I started this journey actually 23 years ago when I was in the “dig” hole for 9 months as an ESU cop. Over the years you try and put it to the side after all funerals you were at and never going to the memorial l, and just trying to not face it. Then the nightmares start. Then the alcohol to try and cope after working a midnight tour ,”who you kidding Will”. Yea it’s fun to drink, but not when people start saying hey, this isn’t you. You’re being a jerk. Oh no. I don’t want that to be me. So the best people came to the rescue to help me. I have been to multiple treatment facilities and this was the first place that focused on my underlying issues rather than just on the drink. I feel the difference in this style therapy helped me with not going back to drinking. I now have 14 months of continuous sobriety which I don’t think would have been possible without the staff at humble beginnings.

The medical team is awesome. I found myself connected with the nurse. I stayed here for 35 days, I stayed an extra 5 days until a sober living bed opened up for me in my home state. I really want to thank everyone there for their help.

This hospital's greatest strength is its comforting, chapel-like atmosphere. Beyond the medical team, the genuine consideration shown by the staff truly stands out. This high level of service made me feel more like a guest at a luxury hotel than a patient. The most memorable moment of kindness came from an employee taking out the trash, who greeted me with an incredibly warm and gentle smile.
However, I was disappointed to see people smoking in the outdoor areas, such as while waiting for valet or walking to the parking lot, with no one intervening.

Greetings to all. My name is Kervin Dejesus and I am living proof that Cornerstone Medical Arts Center changed my life for the best. I have been abstinent from all drugs for 2 years.
I came to Cornerstone Medical Arts Center after hitting rock bottom in my active addiction with one thing in mind and that was to get clean and take charge of my life.

You know, seeing a 4.4 star rating on anything to do with addiction, is a flat out miracle. Addicts are some of the whiniest, hardest people to please. So the rating itself should be a testament. I’ve been in this program for a few years now, even commuting from white plains. That’s how much I love it. Nurses are great!!! My only complaint woukd be i havent had a steady counselor since august when i tranferred there. But all my needs met through supervisors and nuses and the N.P.is a terrific woman. So my needs are met .100% T.Y.

When I started here the staff before and up to today was beautiful and respectful now to management you all let a great doctor Doctor Seth which is very sad and now Doctor Boyd one of the best caring doctor a Christian woman with Faith is God go when Dr. was on vacation there was one Doctor tried her best to put me back on narcotics methodone I refused I didn’t want a life like we all had before and of this management had a heart and there Faith of Gods Love they would of kept around two doctors of the best I ever met that truly cared about their patients it takes a Heart not about saving a few dollars and put doctors in place of Doctors Seth and Dr.Boyd but them two are doing well and so blessed my heart goes the staff because if they let 2 wonderful great doctors go they will let staff go because of greed and management doesn’t care about their patients or staff they care about the money money only you all keep God first starting out the day and watch the beautiful blessings keep coming in your lives 🙏😇✝️ and to Doctor Seth and Doctor Boyd Gods going to bless you both in many ways love you both I’m a Christian it’s why I say this to everyone
