This place is the most effective and helpful recovery place I’ve ever had the pleasure of attending. The dedication of staff to get to know their clients rather than just gaining as many as they can and not really knowing anything about them is very meaningful. I would recommend this facility for anyone dealing with drug/alcohol issues and they are dual diagnosis well equipped for mental illness. This is the best recovery tool I’ve ever had access to and I’m so thankful.

Never Alone brought back the child that was lost in drugs and addiction. We can't say enough about the staff and the facility. They loved and cared for her so well provide her with all the things she needed in her recover and helped her find herself again and provided her with the knowledge she needed to start her recovery. The staff cares about their jobs, care for the kids their wellbeing and their success in recovery and it shows in their dedication and interaction with the kids. Over the last 5 years I have been a patient in many world class hospitals in New York City and in the last 2 years I have been a patient at Health Alliance Hospital twice. During those stays, I can say that the doctors, nurses, and nurse assistants are exceptional. They are as good if not better then some of the personnel in the highly touted hospitals. I was in Astro home for children back in 1972 and I remember they put me in the cottage I’ll never forget Frank Mulhern, and his wife Donna Mulhern, and their son Keith I remember Artie Freeney I remember Dave Tompkins and Terry the house maid I remember sister Patricia wow so many years ago and I still remember their names. I am now 56 years old going on 57 this year so you know that was many many years ago. I had some good experiences there, but I’ll never forget the day. My mom dropped me off how sad I felt at five years old.

Love Lexington!! Started on 412 Main Street, they got me into the methadone clinic and both places saved my life! I’ve been sober for 3 1/2 years thanks to this program. The groups are great, the counselors are the absolute best in the area, the doctors and nurses care about not only your dose, but how your feeling and if you have any issues they bring you right to the doctor! When i was there in 2018 it was very strict which most people cant complete theu get kicked out or relapse. The then director Andrea was a tough woman to trick or get one over on. Counselors come and go thst normal. Brian the house manager was also amazing and there for a long time. I heard its not the same its easy to get over on staff which isnt good for the people trying to get better. Id love to know to who the new director is. Also the house is amazing compared to like renwick house in newburgh.

He did it at first but liked it at the end before I left..

This place has changed sense 85 thru 1987. Wow! I wonder if any counselors from back then are still working at this Old building its kept up well. Love to see it. The memories and good People had a great impact on my life. I will add old stock photos if their interested.

My is Christopher harris, I was a resident here around 1994 I think, this place saved my life. Mr Clinton Mrs Edwards tough sometimes... but fare. It was a great place to keep kids off the street. Thank you an God bless the staff. Btw we almost beat one of the top teams that year felt great to be apart of something thank you.

The urgent care staff is really good. The wait times are short and I have been here on several occasions. Everyone provides good service; Nurse practitioner Theo is not only professional but a great person, and nurse Arlent (sorry if I misspelled it) provides great service as well.

I love everything about Gateway HV! Gateway has been there for my brother (and therefore my family) for nearly 15 years. My brother has been helped with job coaching on the job, internships
and computer courses. We were thinking of signing up with the job help, Health Home care case management and PROS (he could get psychiatry through that program. My daughter has received services from Astor for the last 2-3 years. I have nothing but good things to say about the receptionists, staff, therapists, nurses and NPs. They have been a blessing to us! When my daughter does not have an appointment one week due to a holiday or whatever, someone will call to check on us. I really appreciate that. It is tough having interns as my daughter's therapists but they need to train somewhere. If your child has extreme difficulty with change then ask for someone that is consistent.
