Calling treatment centers to explore options for a loved one was really overwhelming for me, but my family knew a must-have of any treatment program our loved one admitted into was a strong family education and support component. The Ridge made the information-gathering process so smooth and so reassuring. The staff answered every question we had, every question our loved one had, and they set us all up with support all the way around, right from the start. From drop-off and intake all the way through to discharge, The Ridge’s team was incredible. Their patience and guidance to / for my family throughout the entire process was truly invaluable. We feel a new level of confidence in our communication with and support of our loved one, as well as an entirely new understanding of the disease of addiction, that we know will set us up for success moving forward.
I don’t have words for the amount of gratitude my family and I have for The Ridge. Our loved one’s treatment process and newfound sobriety - along with their commitment and dedication to staying sober - would be enough in and of itself, but the rest of us had a life-changing experience as well. We learned so much, have knowledge and education around addiction that we didn’t have before, and have found an amazing community of people we’re so lucky to have found. I cannot recommend The Ridge more highly or more strongly for family members seeking treatment for their loved one’s addiction.

I love this place! The staff are all incredibly sweet. They have snacks & hot chocolate for when you’re in the induction room waiting on meds or your first time starting mat. They have either intensive outpatient or regular outpatient. The decision is based on the care they believe you need to succeed in your journey. Everyone is different. If you choose to do mat or come for groups/therapy, that’s your choice. As long as you’re not here from either jail or court. For me, I come once every week & I will soon go down yo bi weekly & then monthly. You have the option here to see a psychiatrist, which in my opinion is just great. Great place to be now. Doctors, counselors, nurses, etc. Better ran now than before.
Just took away a star because of how every time you need something and call and I needed to speak to my counselor for a minute has nothing to do with her but they want to know and ask and get rude if you don't tell them your private information that is supposed to be confidential..... It's understandable that they're trying to see if they can help with anything. But to keep prying to try to find out what it is about etc. Is not okay. Counselors and are the ones that, "need to know", why i need to speak with them. Period.

My review would be 5 stars but today I was on my way to see my new counselor and pick up my weekly takehomes beforehand because I was told I could do that, they have bounced me around to several counselors for no reason. I had an appointment at noon and was under impression I could pick my meds up beforehand. But I guess I was supposed to come before twelve is what my new counselor said she told me. Difference of opinion but really my main reason for 2 stars is because I arrived at 12:11 and had my counselor let them know beforehand exactly what time id get there. So I just feel like the 2 nurses that were there , that one could of left their window open for me. I also understand that I should know dosing hours after a year, but since I come so early I had no need to learn them. I was so upset I had tears. I'm over it now but having to skip a dose today seems unjust. I already work 3rd shift and literally had to stay up to come to that noon appointment w new counselor. Because y'all have so many quit. I went from Andrea to Brent to Daniella and have to work around their schedules constantly.
P.S. I've been attending for a year now , never been late, I always arrive between 6-8 am. I'm always respectful, so honestly it's very upsetting that I was turned away when I never bother anyone for anything. Thank you.
Updating my review. The director kindly explained to me the situation and that's all I wanted. Thank you Kelly.

This is the best Methadone clinic that I have ever been to and I highly recommend going to Covedale instead of other clients. The staff here is really great and they care about their patients and they offer a whole lot more of care than other clinics. Going to the clinic is one of the best decisions I have ever made cause, the Methadone keeps me from craving for opioids, and I have not felt any need in using opioids, but it doesn't take care of other drugs, such as benzodiazepines, stimulants, etc., only opioids, but it is up to the patient if they are willing to stay clean and sober.
