The doctors are so sweet. But the front office staff could use some customer service skills training. My daughters school therapist whom is for Logan Hocking middle school found a suicide note in her book bag. That therapist told us to come to this location and get her seen immediately. Instead of the office staff doing so. They sent us on what would be a 4 hour journey to Athens then the plains Hopewell health centers. Then it was their lunch break in the plains and we had to wait an hour until they would talk to me. Not even my daughter. I believe the ball was dropped for her. She was in a crisis and cause of the front office staff she is just now being seen today for her first appointment a MONTH later. She is 12 and her wanting to kill herself required immediate attention and they failed at getting her that help that she desperately needed. That day to say I was Angry was an understatment.

My 3 year old hurt her arm while on vacation and every single staff member treated her like she was their own kid. We were seen quickly, they were so patient and caring. She needed x-rays and they brought the x-ray to her, the techs were so sweet and gentle with her. The nurse asked if she wanted a pillow because she was sleeping on me (it was about 9-11 at night). The doctor was very thorough and reassuring. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I fell and broke my arm while on vacation in Hocking Hills. It was later at night and we decided it was best to go to the emergency room instead of waiting for urgent care to open next morning. When we walked in to the ER, I was questioning our decision to come here as there was no one in the waiting room and there was not a receptionist present. However, there was a check-in kiosk that was very easy to access. We were quickly called back and met with the sweetest staff. I was so impressed by their care and service! They were having a very eventful night in the ER when we arrived, but I always felt attended to. I was able to get X-rays and my arm was splinted. We arrived shortly before midnight and were heading back to our cabin by 1:30am. I had a follow up appointment with an orthopedic surgeon back home and was told they did a great job splinting the arm to protect my injury. Very thankful for the team here and all they do to serve the HH community. Dr. Green took care of me and she was so down to earth and sweet. Also shout out to Josh the paramedic, who splinted my arm perfectly!

If you or someone you know are thinking about going to a treatment center I’m happy to say the staff here have created something special. From the second I called I’ve been treated with love care and empathy by everyone at the facility. Even after completing the 28 program staff members like Joshua Haskiell reach out to check in on me regularly. They don’t make anymore money to do those things they are just genuinely good people with big hearts who have earned my trust. The main guy the director of operations Jacob May was there in the flesh 6 days a week with his door literally open all day. A man in his position doesn’t have to make your problems his problems but that’s exactly what he does for anyone needing help. He personally helped me with seemingly little things but important to me and he didn’t act like they were little he acted like they were important to him. That’s the kind of care you can expect to get at this facility top notch.

Compiling the amount of gratitude I have for this facility into a couple sentences is near impossible. Being surrounded by nursing and clinical staff that did everything within their power to create a safe and peaceful environment was crucial for my first month in sobriety, and Harmony's Walker location made that a reality. Most facilities do not have the staff or patience to go the extra mile and accommodate the spiritual needs that some individuals have, but Harmony did that and some for me. I didn't interact with a single member of their team that didn't genuinely care and show that they had the experience to get me through what I was facing, and when I hit a point that I needed more than mandated groups Josh H.'s kayaking trips and hikes got me through. Feling alone and scared is natural during early sobriety, but being alone doesn't have to be. 💜🐇🐿️🪾

Had a very good experience at detox here, no cell phones which was hard at first but I think is really for the best you have to stop and focus on yourself and your recovery. Moving onto a different program, if I didn’t have a small child I definitely would stay for phase 2, I think it’s a great place lot of good sobriety to be found here.

It is what it is, a methadone clinic. If you want to get sober it will work for you. If you don't want to get sober and want to play with methadone, we'll you'll get what's coming to you. All places have good and bad people but this program will work if you work it.

This center and the workers here, Dr. Brown, have been a resource, a light in the dark, a savior when I could not save myself. The nurses, counselors and secretaries are absolutely wonderful and caring human beings who do not judge but have true servant's hearts. Words can not express how grateful I am for the treatment center and those within it. For those saying that this place is a joke - they've either failed drug screens, broken the rules or not made their intentions clear. I am one among hundreds who have been saved through this center. There will always be people mad that they can't take advantage of workers or use the place for wrong reasons. No one forces you to stay if you don't want to be here. You stay because it saves your life.

Amazing service. Great staff. Just yesterday I had an appointment at this clinic. Afterwards I went to Rural king and dropped a salt lick block on my toe. Worried that it might be broken, I returned to the clinic. As a walk in, I asked the clerk if they do X-rays and explained my situation. She said take a sit, they'll be right with you. Not 10 minutes later, I had my X-ray taken and I was out the door heading home. I am very blessed to have access to this clinic. They do great work and I would recommend this clinic to any veteran in the area.

Staff is professional and takes time to know the patient and always makes sure you are always doing your best. They work with you and never show judgement. Great flexibility. I mess my appointment times up regularly and they have never given me any greif for it, and always get me in with no trouble. The staff is friendly and super supportive. Both of these are not typical for these clinics, in my experience. Spero is a breath of fresh air. I look forward to talking to everyone.

I ended up having to stay overnight on August 13th. Got to room on the 4th floor and the shift change was happening. The 2 nurses I had for the night were awesome, Ashley and Taylor. They took very good care of me! These are 2 special young ladies. They are what nursing is all about!

I spent nearly 2 weeks in this hospitol in January and another 3 weeks in March. The nurses and doctors took excellent care of me. This was not continuous , it was a total of 5 stays. The only real complaint I had is the fact that I was on a clear or full liquids diet for most of my stay and being a diabetic there were not a lot of choices for me. I kept my door shut always because of noise so I never heard anything. Thank you for much for your excellent care of me. I had a couple of meltdowns and they stayed calm and calmed me down with their caring attitudes
