Personally, I loved my experience at Matt Talbot for women. Between the food that was good for a treatment center that is just there to get you back on your feet and the lovely RA’s I felt welcomed and at a comfortable place to restart my life. I believe people don’t realize that once you bring yourself into a treatment center you’re giving your life over to the care of people that are just there to help you get sober, but at Matt Talbot they do so much more than that. I got a sense of family friendship and peer support. I want to give a special shout out to the RA’s Ms.Shannon, Ms.Lacie, Ms.Robyn, Ms.Arnetha, Ms.Ashely, Mr.Jerry, Ms.Gloria and more. No matter what time it was, they were there for me when I wanted or Needed something. If it was someone to talk to when I was feeling down or just a pen to write in my journal if it was a volleyball game to play outside or to listen to music on the speaker, they did it with a smile on their face and no hesitation. Not only were the RA’s Delightful And like a family to me, the counselors and group facilitators were also amazing. To name a few Ms.Dorlene was one of the best people to do groups with, my counselor Ms.Jill Was very supportive and a great listener. Ms.Liandre was also great with her groups and a very strong woman who was fair to everyone and gave us candy. Ms.Erin I didn’t work with personally, but she did a good group with Ms.Jill. Same with Mr.Charlie I didn’t personally work with him but he did a good group and was fun to be around. Long story short if your looking for help to get sober In a clean environment with a sense of family And supportMatt Talbot is the place to go.

It was too notch care & its a good place to start your life over & the food was catered/great.. It seems to operate within the bounds of good decent Christian values. I been to a luxury treatment center in Florida & Matt Talbot was even better in multiple ways... I asked a judge to send me there because I said I would leave CBCF whoch is a sham... Specifically for the care at the cosgrove maternity ward. We were delayed to have our baby induced and the staff was extremely apologetic. Understaffed and high volume of babies being born, the team here is incredible. This was my second delivery here. My primary nurse Macey is so kind, caring and friendly. Bubbly and professional, she made my experience go so smoothly and was so personable.
After in recovery all of our nurses were fantastic. Brenda Teddy and Emma were attentive, friendly and made me feel our concerns and voices were heard.
Shout out to Olivia whom is probably the sweetest, nicest staff member I've ever had! She is truly in the right profession.

I have been going to the Akron VA for 4 years now. I have had nothing but amazing experiences from them. They really care about each and every single veteran that walks in those doors. I live 35 minutes from the clinic but its worth the drive. I would choose the Akron VA over the Canton VA any day.

Dr Agwoo is the best physician in Cares Tower. Dr Pan is a close second.
The FES Center is a renowned department led by the fine Dr. Pundik. The two best employees in that department are Jessica McCabe and Lisa Leonhardt

Chad and the micu unit is the best nurse I have ever witnessed in my entire life he was so attentive and did not wait for the medication to run out before ordering new medicine he ordered it ahead 2 hours before it ran out that way it would be ready and anytime that any little thing happened he was actually listening at the nurses station and not just playing on his phone or talking to his coworker as so many often do he was there to do his job and actually cared about my dad receiving the best care possible and my dad did receive the best care possible in his hands I cannot thank that man enough for how wonderful he is and I wish he was up for adoption or for sale LOL because I would take him through the whole journey for my dad to be in the care of somebody that I could actually trust. Thank you so much Chad from every Kincaid. I kind of feel bad cuz I don't remember the woman's name who was his nurse during the day I think it was Carissa or Christina but she also stayed on it this weekend and it was such an emotional time and you too being so so attentive and actually doing the job even though it's so hard and the hours are long you both truly poured your heart and soul into being the care providers that you signed up to be and I've never seen that this whole time and it truly is a blessing you both are truly a blessing thank you

I have no idea what these bad reviews are talking about. I took my husband into the er and he got admitted. From start to finish i had nothing but respectful, kind, and awesome nurses. Hallie on night shift 4B went above and beyond to take such great care of us. Thank you so much. Kelly, dayshift, 4B is so sweet. She went above and beyond. They both treated us so great. Not like we was there job but that we were people they cared about. It's nurses like these that make a difference. I can't praise them enough. I'm so very greatful.

My name is Stephanie and when I was at my worst signature health saved my life. They helped me to help myself and using harm reduction and peer support leaders I got off all of the hard drugs that I was killing myself with. I have been clean off of methamphetamine and fentanyl/heroin for 8 years now. Thank you to the staff at signature health. I've used signature health for almost 10 years and have only had 1 bad experience when it came to my psychiatric care, and that was remedied as soon as I spoke with my case manager Dee. I also liked their primary care doctors as well and continued to do so I told I moved out of the area. I still use signature for my psych care, and in my 10 years at Signature health I will say that the beginning was a bit bumpy with case manager turnover but the last 8 years have been AMAZING. I had been working with Doc Wilhelm until his retirement and his replacement Katie is also amazing (I was a bit apprehensive at first but she made me feel at ease) I will say after Doc retired I also opted for a therapist as well and have been pretty consistent this time and I look forward to my weekly appointments with Kearney as well. Please keep up the amazing work!

Chad and the micu unit is the best nurse I have ever witnessed in my entire life he was so attentive and did not wait for the medication to run out before ordering new medicine he ordered it ahead 2 hours before it ran out that way it would be ready and anytime that any little thing happened he was actually listening at the nurses station and not just playing on his phone or talking to his coworker as so many often do he was there to do his job and actually cared about my dad receiving the best care possible and my dad did receive the best care possible in his hands I cannot thank that man enough for how wonderful he is and I wish he was up for adoption or for sale LOL because I would take him through the whole journey for my dad to be in the care of somebody that I could actually trust. Thank you so much Chad from every Kincaid. I kind of feel bad cuz I don't remember the woman's name who was his nurse during the day I think it was Carissa or Christina but she also stayed on it this weekend and it was such an emotional time and you too being so so attentive and actually doing the job even though it's so hard and the hours are long you both truly poured your heart and soul into being the care providers that you signed up to be and I've never seen that this whole time and it truly is a blessing you both are truly a blessing thank you

I have no idea what these bad reviews are talking about. I took my husband into the er and he got admitted. From start to finish i had nothing but respectful, kind, and awesome nurses. Hallie on night shift 4B went above and beyond to take such great care of us. Thank you so much. Kelly, dayshift, 4B is so sweet. She went above and beyond. They both treated us so great. Not like we was there job but that we were people they cared about. It's nurses like these that make a difference. I can't praise them enough. I'm so very greatful.

It definitely deserves 5 stars easily for their services. But something needs to be done about the emergency # you can call a thousand times & maybe still not get through. Me personally called over a hundred a few times & got though just to be hung up on 3 different times so I called the other # the lady who I did get her name didn't want to give me a supervisor # at first until I wouldn't get off the line I told her there may be something wrong with the line.If I can get though, than it goes to busy SOMETHING'S WRONG WITH THE LINE.I said there may be other people out there that really needs this service as bad as me¬ being able to get though So finally I got A a name to email someone about my concerns..So we'll see

I wish that I used the help me grow program when my older two were babies. Julie was amazing and she was right at the end of our time together I felt like she was more than just my help me grow lady I felt like she was my friend and she was definitely my confidant.
They also bring supplies to you...including boxed of diapers!! Amazing right 😊
One of the biggest things I was blessed by was this past holiday season they choose- I think one family out of them all -to give a $200 gift card to and they picked me and I was so shocked and so thankful that someone just GAVE me something like that! it was no strings attached they just gave me the gift card and my baby had a better Christmas than he would have because this has been a really rough time for me and I wouldn't have been able to do very much for under our tree. I'm getting deeper into my recovery here they're very helpful with programs and avenues. I couldn't be happier with their care today I'm grateful to completed my previous programs at landmark and legends. They all serve a purpose and I say today it's about the willingness to obtain a sponsor, home group, multiple phone numbers and multiple sponsorship. Build relationships with others in the program because it is a "WE" PROGRAM. I see so much negativity on here, I realize that most have never read the chapter "working with others" and they have no gratitude. Y-Haven keep doing what your doing. It's minor things wrong with the place, but overall great program and thank you for keeping the doors open for me and others. I have heat, water, food, safe place, meetings around me. For others coming into the program of recovery don't look for the negatives, look for ppl who want their recovery like yourself and stick with those ppl. Thanks for the opportunity

These people truly care! I feel that this place is a gift from heaven sent by God. My life had been jail, cruelty and, drugs but in this place, they have helped me to open my eyes and realize that the life is more than this and that I'm able to be happy. Now I'm sober and enjoying more and more each day to being sober. This place is definitely like no other.
