Charak Center for Health and Wellness in Medina, Ohio has an amazing, helpful and caring staff who go out of their way to assist both new and existing clients. In addition, my provider Angal, is patient, knowledgeable and compassionate with my needs. I'd been with a therapist in Las Vegas for over 9 years and thought she was top-notch; however, Angal and the Medina office far surpass my prior Nevada experience.

I highly recommend Medina office! They have been SUPER kind to me! And they pick up the phone when you call them! If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thanks, to a great facility caring for their patients

Love the Counselors and the staff. There is wonderful and nice there to help you and your time are quick to get you help. So you're not suffering when you show up. To get the help that you desperately need.

They are really about helping people.

Okay they have stepped their game up some thankfully this program saved my life. If you don’t get take homes better plan for at least an hour of your time. They have one good nurse Shelly! And the staff is very good people they all truly care about you.

I recommend Urban Ounce of Prevention for Drug treatment and counseling, thanks to their welcoming and supportive environment I currently have over 7 months of drug and alcohol free time and they provide other resources which help to restore you to a sustainable lifestyle without drugs or alcohol. They also helped me find an apartment and provide transportation to and from their facility. The have mental health services, counseling and support which I have personally witnessed help many individuals to achieve and maintain sobriety. They also provide transportation to AA and CA meetings. They have shown me that they believe and are committed to recovery and restoration of a lifestyle which can reconnect families and help to restore children to their parents. They are culturally and spiritually oriented and accept multi cultural client. They also provide services for young people to stay clean and help them to achieve and accomplish positive things in their lives. Strongly recommended by me, they have made it possible for me to get back on track after decades of failure.

Well,one thing I can say, is that I really need to be here.The program as actually is helping me to believe in myself,it helps me to deal with my demons and also my addiction I know that I started out real rough if,it wasn't for Ms Georgia,Ms.Dashawna,Ms Carol and Mr.Eric I wouldn't be trying to change for the better.One day at a time.

The horizon house helped save my life. The staff here is absolutely incredible they were always there for me when I needed help or someone to talk to. Chris is an incredible caring man. Melissa and Tracy were always so sweet, kind, helpful and uplifting. The facilitators Rob, Shiann, Maddie, Charisma, Hazel were great teachers with alot of advice. Kristen the case manager was truly an inspiration along with a few others. The general staff were always there to talk to if needed. I will always have a place in my heart for this staff. A huge thank you to Ashlee, Keia, Sharon and Natalie yall were a big part of my success at the house and I will forever be thankful to have met you all. If you need help with addiction do not be afraid to reach out to townhall 2 and get the help you need. These negative comments are probably people who didnt truly want the help. Thats just my opinion. Also a huge thank you to Kari and Hannah yall are amazing counselors. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR SAVING MY LIFE!!💙💜💙💜💙💜

The people that work there are great!! Always trying to help the best they can, trying to build community with amazing events and really showing what a good institution this is. I've been going for over 6 months now and I have to say that everyone is so nice. My counselor has literally saved my life and helped me work through my anxiety.

It’s had it ups and downs but for me I been using services for over a decade. They are friendly caring compassionate team who had many expansions. Many good people have come and gone. They have excellent employment services, great counselors, A great psychiatrists Dr. D they have many beautiful friendly people like Sharona and Yelena who are great with Clients. They also have case management.

This place helps individuals who are bound in any type of addiction and helps them get a good relationship with our Lord and Savior, I’m forever grateful and thankful for this Ministry and the Pastors who are helping people in need!!

I have been so well cared for since my stay here the last 30+ days! Everyone is respectful and very friendly. The room is clean and bright and has privacy. The aides here are excellent and attentive to my needs despite the demands on their services. Nurses come in and check on my healing and general condition often. The Center is clean and well equipped with three physical therapy and one dialysis room. I have had OT and PT daily during the week and since my entry here I had the comfort of an air mattress which with my issue is a blessing! I am so glad I could avail myself of the Falls services. Although I hope I do not return for obvious reasons, I will miss all the professionals I have met here. I am quite impressed!

My adult special needs daughter is a resident at Falls Village. She is non verbal, and is totally dependent for all her care. She has alternate ways to communicate. She has been in two other facilities where the level of care was not what I would have liked. Her care here is wonderful. She is happier than I have seen her in a long time. She has her favorites among the nursing staff, and it is obvious who they are! No place is ever going to provide perfect care, but this facility is by far the best we have encountered so far.

We had a great experience at this facility when my father-in-law was admitted after breaking his hip. The place is clean, organized, and welcoming. Special thanks to Nurse Jennifer. She was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and well taken care of. Her compassion and attentiveness truly made a difference during a tough time. We’re grateful for her and her STNA Bailey. Thank you both for your care and support!

They are truly amazing here I was a client they helped in the past it's been about a year and I try to call every once in a while to check on these beautiful lady's! No matter how long it has been they are here to help and they are truly amazing for that !

Ms. V is a god send I was in the roughest place in my life and she believed in me more than I believed in myself I love her more than she knows if u need to get sober if u need to change your lifestyle she is the person u want to talk to she will be hard on u be she will also care and make sure u reach your goal

Great atmosphere and their staff is exceptional..Best place I've been compared to the many others I've been to, strongly suggest if you're looking for a place of people with great knowledge and such.

I have a loved one receiving excellent psychiatric treatment and counseling. The staff is always very responsive to concerns and they are always willing to go above and beyond. My loved one sees Dr Morris who first of all is an expert professional yet also has wonderful bedside manner. Btw, we travel over an hour for the wonderful care at PR. They offer telehealth appointments, which make treatment and counseling very accessible to anyone looking for that benefit!

Terrible place to go for mental health. I am going here for ptsd, anxiety and adhd. It took 6 months for me to be treated for my ADHD. I was told after calling multiple times the first time that I didn't receive my medication bc they hadn't received everything they needed from my doctor. Mind you, this was after being screened and tested and waiting 3 weeks when I was told that I wouldn't have to wait longer than a week. After waiting another 2 weeks, I called again and was told that they were waiting on my screening results. They said they would have to call the place that does the screening and find out what is going on bc my results should have come back already. 2 days later, I finally got my meds. It took a month and a half to get my meds for my adhd when it should have only taken a week. Had I not called, I would probably still be waiting. Update... things have been going very well since my last review. My counselor has made actually made me feel like she cares about my mental health now and she takes my feelings into consideration. I have had no issues at all since the med problem.
