Ray recovery is amazing. The staff and the clients are fully engaged in helping with every situation I’ve had. All the problems I faced since being in this program have all been accomplished by the suggestions I’ve taken from the staff. The facilitators have all walked in our shoes and have life experience. They give not only to show that hard work and the program works, but also to help with any needs you might have. It doesn’t matter how many times you fall. It’s about how you get up. In saying that I have literally been to every facility in the north east area Up until 2025. Ray Recovery to me surpasses each and every one of them and I am proud to be a client at this facility. I would highly recommend this program as I do to any family friends strangers and so on. Huge shout out to Ray Recovery and thank you all very much.

My time here was really rough . My detox was horrible but getting sober isn't supposed to be easy. But I can truly say that the staff here are amazing. Nowhere did I see a sign saying Hilton Regency. Its not a resort its a treatment facility. I destroyed my life with Alcahol and lost everything... New Destiny restored my hope. I was dead inside and not far from it physically. The counseling and therapy helped me tremendously... but mostly it was the staff. A awesome person I met Melissa Johnston she currently works there she was a client there when I was!! I will never forget the food I got to eat it was amazing!!! The staff was so caring and engaged!! I was treated for hep c while I was there to!!! A nice room with a shower in it!!!!! A personal trainer so we got to work out!!!! The kitchen was opened all night which I thought was great!!! This is an amazing place, and a solid program to work. I haven't had any issues as far as the clinical, and mental health staff, and as far as any other staff, they also are supportive, and are serious as far keeping us all sober. If it wasn't for this place, the alternative would be death, or locked up for me. So thank you New Day, Niles and Newton Falls, for giving me another chance at life and for helping me reestablish a relationship with my family, and being there for my mental health also.

Excellent experience at the Labor & Delivery unit. All nurses and doctors were phenomenal. My situation ended up being a little complicated, and they handled it with complete care and professionalism. My doula was also running extremely late, but the nurses and doctors were so responsive to our needs that we didn’t need the doula. 100% recommend L&D at Geauga.

I'm leaving next week for sober living. I will have been at Orca for 30 days by then. This place is amazing. This is my 5th time in rehab. The counselors, nurses, and staff are amazing. This is the only place that I have been to that I feel listened to, treated like an adult, and receive excellent information and resources. Also, they let you have your phones and allow you to go out on your own when you have been here for a week. Trust me when I say that I realized, by coming here, what my greatest stumbling block has been in staying sober. The knowledge that I'm taking with me has me very optimistic and positive about my future.

Ramar has helped me tremendously. It’s a great place to go to if you truly want to seek sobriety. If you want to actually get better you will definitely get something out of it. I see Tanya Fox as a psych NP at Ravenwood, and she is a complete godsend. She spent so much time and effort with me to reach a diagnosis, when I first showed up a year ago feeling upset and uncertain about everything. She is very patient, sympathetic, and reassuring. She’s great at listening to you and adapting to your concerns. She does a wonderful job at answering your questions and making sure you feel good about your treatment plan. She’s very welcoming, approachable, and available. She clearly is very knowledgeable and has well-thought-out Plan A’s, Plan B’s, (etc. as needed) so you can always stay hopeful. I just cannot say enough nice things about her. I’m so glad I found her.

I don’t leave reviews often, but it’s been years since I’ve seen Rachael McLaughlin here, but I think about her often. I saw her for the first time in 2017 and she saved my life. I saw providers who dismissed, misdiagnosed and gave me medication that did more harm than good. Rachael listened, gave me a diagnosis that made sense and went above and beyond to get me on the appropriate medication. That was 9 years ago, and last year was the FIRST time since then that I had a medication adjustment. Unfortunately due to insurance I had to find a new practice to go to, but had I never had an insurance change I’d still be seeing her to this day.

They helped me to help myself and using harm reduction and peer support leaders I got off all of the hard drugs that I was killing myself with.
