I haven't had any issues as far as the clinical, and mental health staff, and as far as any other staff, they also are supportive, and are serious as far keeping us all sober. If it wasn't for this place, the alternative would be death, or locked up for me. The doctor is a wonderful doctor with true concern for his patients. I definitely recommend this place if you are interested in M.A.T's, primary care, case management, psych, or counseling. She spent so much time and effort with me to reach a diagnosis, when I first showed up a year ago feeling upset and uncertain about everything. She is very patient, sympathetic, and reassuring. She’s great at listening to you and adapting to your concerns. She does a wonderful job at answering your questions and making sure you feel good about your treatment plan. She’s very welcoming, approachable, and available. She clearly is very knowledgeable and has well-thought-out Plan A’s, Plan B’s, (etc. as needed) so you can always stay hopeful. The staff here is absolutely incredible they were always there for me when I needed help or someone to talk to. Chris is an incredible caring man. Melissa and Tracy were always so sweet, kind, helpful and uplifting. The facilitators Rob, Shiann, Maddie, Charisma, Hazel were great teachers with alot of advice. Kristen the case manager was truly an inspiration along with a few others. The general staff were always there to talk to if needed. I will always have a place in my heart for this staff. A huge thank you to Ashlee, Keia, Sharon and Natalie yall were a big part of my success at the house and I will forever be thankful to have met you all. If you need help with addiction do not be afraid to reach out to townhall 2 and get the help you need. These negative comments are probably people who didnt truly want the help. I was nervous about going to a different location until I walked thru the doors. I felt right at home. Staff was super helpful and nice. They have added a lot of automation to the process. I don’t feel rushed through, plenty of time with caregiver if needed. Some locations Cleveland and Parma you can see your get your vitals taken, see your doctor, pick up your medications, and be on your way. No long waits and then sit in an empty room waiting for the doctor to come. They move a lot of us through every day. Infusion takes time, still meeting Veterans from World War II, Korea, and all over the world, including the still in increasing number of people being treated for Agent Orange from Vietnam. Thank you to all of the people involved in the care, and treatment, both physical and mental of the veterans. We appreciate what you do for us. Thank you for your help. Leonard Platt 3 months ago I came to the Youngstown, Meridian Rd location to get off of heroin/fentanyl at the end of 2023. The first day i came in to fill out paperwork i could tell i was at the right place. The staff are so caring and even when they're extremely busy they take their time with you no matter what. My only complaint was that my tolerance was so high and they start out every new patient on 30mg. That led me to still use until a couple months later when i finally got up to a higher dosage and they split my daily dose because i have such a high metabolism as found out they testing. Other than that i have absolutely no complaints and would wholeheartedly call a few of the staff friends. They have gone above and beyond for me a few times and i appreciated it so much. Many others will ask how my days going and while I'm at the dosing counter Maria is sure to ask if everything is ok with me which makes me feel great! The first year and a half i had Krista Rubosky as my primary care and MAT physician. Because i drive 63 miles round trip and because i was going thru other medical problems that hadn't been figured out yet, she would do both appointments at the same time on the MAT side. She was so caring and amazing, the best ever, but unfortunately she left there for personal reasons early 2025. As far as all the doctors, nurses and screening personnel, i can't say enough about how good mannered and patient everyone is and i honestly just love them for doing everything in their power to make us patients feel like someone actually cares and takes the time to do so. My heart goes out to all the employees and especially my counselor Abby. She's helped me more than i actually think she even knows. I've never been to a counselor before but it's been a pleasure being with her. I'll be moving next month out of state and I've got to say, i will wholeheartedly miss each and everyone of the employees at the Meridian Health Campus in Youngstown Ohio on Meridian road. I will genuinely miss our interactions every two weeks on my pick up day. Thanks for everything everyone and to anyone thinking of coming here, do it! He takes his time and asks lots of questions and trys to help my son with out putting him on a lot of meds. My son has asd with sensory disturbance and hightend hearing so its very hard for him to navagate his daily life. There was a issue with one of the meds causing aggressions and from the start dr mike knew what to change and it worked wonders. He checked on my son 3xs a week when we first changed his meds and one time he was busy on a Fri and didnt get a chance to call and took time out of his weekend to check up on us.
