The people who work here are the best I've ever dealt with at any hospital. They respect your dignity, they encourage you, and they are always eager to help, regardless of your circumstances. Took my grandkids here two separate days. Both times we were in and out quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was the doctor who saw my granddaughter is not approved by soonercare so the pharmacy could not fill her prescription. So that was a waste of time for us. They knew she was on soonercare so are lots of kids here. Why bother going if you can't get the medicine afterwards. But the facilities were very nice and efficient.

My husband went there for kratom addiction. He left early but has been sober for 6 months!! I credit them with helping him get over the physical symptoms with care and compassion. Truly life changing!! And his insurance fully covered his stay. Family days were insightful and it's a very nice, interesting property. Id recommend it to anyone facing addiction. I want to point something out. I was in this boys home for four years. Those were the best years of my life. I had very tough times but the staff stuck with me and helped me out. I’m seeing a lot of bad reviews that don’t make sense to the boys home that I know. There is one that kicks the side of me like a truck, it’s the review about Rylan Harris. I personally knew this young man and he took it upon himself to break the rules and put himself in harms way. Unfortunately he passed. I know of some other kids that the same thing happened to and I could’ve been one of them cause I would run away. Kids aren’t running away cause this place is abusive like you people want to claim. They are running away because they don’t like the authority above them. Now may God bless those families who lost someone, some little boy that was in some sort of accident. But don’t blame the staff. The staff do everything they can and have rules and policies preventing things that I know for a fact they follow. They don’t like some of them but in order to keep the job that continues helping young men they have to. This place is not a bad place. I stuck out four years here. I got out three years ago and since then I’ve bought several of my own cars, kept a good paying job, and pay my own bills. I’m 20 years old. DO NOT BLAME THE STAFF. If a staff member did something wrong I have full belief and trust in the management taking action. And if this isn’t enough to stop all the hate sending these people’s way than all of you are no better than who you say they are

You can always get someone on the phone, they are attentive, answer questions, provide you the help and resources you need. 10/10 as for my experiences with IHS and we’ve been to several different healthcare facilities in the state since we’ve moved so much. I haven’t had the appointment yet but Marliena in patient registration was SO SWEET AND HELPFUL!! I felt so “heard”!!! I wish there were more employees that were so helpful and NICE!! I have been going here since 2008. Venessa Harvey is the absolute best provider. She's 100 percent an absolute NO bs type of person and when it comes to my health, that's what I want. I dread going to indian clinic because they're preferential and it SHOWS, but this particular clinic has given me the best providers. Dr. Davis took care of me at the urgent care and that man is an angel. I hope there are more doctors like Dr. Davis and Dr. Harvey... They make you feel HUMAN (not like a number 😭)

I took my grandson H S & K today for counciling. He has some anger issues, responsibility problems and a few other personality quirks (normal teenager) that has gotten him into trouble. This was his 2nd visit and so far he seems to be okay with it. I don't get to go with him but I understand that. I believe his parents are on the right track.
