The detox department has some of the most compassionate people. Everyone from the janitorial to the nurses. People greet you in the hall that aren’t even from that department. There’s always going to be a bad Apple in the Bunch, but I would say 98% of the staff are very excellent

10 stars for the Clinic. Nobody likes to go to the Dr's office. Everyone always looks like they wish they could punch you.
I was surprised by the smiles and pleasant greetings. Even the couple of people leaving in the parking lot had smiles. I had to get labs. Another thing nobody likes. I didn't have to wait at all before getting called back. The Lab Technician Lady was funny and nice! I never thought I would be able to say I enjoyed my super quick and uneventful experience at the Muscogee Creek Nation Clinic.

I give this hospital 5 stars due to their excellent treatment that was given to me at the ER as well as hospital when I was admitted . That no one any where else gave me when I needed the medical help I needed the most. I want to give Dr Wang the upmost gratefulness for his help and being heard and caring and doing everything to get me admitted to get the help that I greatly needed if it wasn’t for him going above and beyond I don’t know the battle I would of still had to face ahead . Also for the nurses I so so grateful for your compassion caring thoughtful going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable heard and given the best treatment possible Stephanie , Nora , Karisa , Kenzie, Charlene Andrea y’all have a gift keep doing what your doing it’s the little that makes a difference to a patient also Dr. Collin’s thank you for taken the steps on my discharge process for your compassion thoughtfulness and advice on the next steps I need to take and for making sure what needed to be done was done . If I have forgotten anyone that treated me there I’m so sorry I appreciate each and everyone of you it made a difference to me and will never be forgotten .

Valley Hope has changed my life. I went from isolation in a motel room doing drugs, to being a productive citizen. I’ve been sober 54 days today and a huge part is because of Valley Hope. Sincerely thankful for all of the staff, from the nurses, to the kitchen to the custodial; everyone cares and gave me hope! Attending the Valley was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. My relationships have been restored with family members that I never thought would be. I have a job, in sober living and attend meetings regularly with N.A. Special thanks to Mrs. Pat and Mr. John B. A family member recently completed the recovery program at Country Road Recovery Center, and I cannot say enough good things about them. He had dealt with addiction for many years. In terms of being in the program, he recently said "It was the best things I've ever done and I wish I had done it sooner". When he completed the program, they helped him with placement in a sober living house and arranged for his attendance in an intensive outpatient program. They care about their patients. Our family highly recommends Country Road for addiction treatment.

Narconon saved my life!! I did the Narconon program after years of uncontrollable drug addiction. I tried but failed at 2 other rehabs, half- way houses and hundreds of AA, NA and CA meetings (helped me stay clean for months at a time, but always temporary and I always relapsed). This program really works! I’m living proof! Now I’m ‘permanently’ free from drug addiction and cravings... 23 YEARS and counting!!!

I recently went to this facility. This program has helped me get my life back. I was headed down a bad path where I wasn't going to be able to accomplish what I wanted to do in life so I seeked help. The staff here was very helpful and completely dedicated to improving peoples lives and showing them the way to live a drug free life. The sauna program was amazing!!!! I truly don't have the craving to use drugs anymore. It's something I have struggled with for most of my life and its completely gone. I never believed it was possible but I don't have any problems with wanting to get back on drugs. The courses that are administered here seemed silly to me at first but everyday that goes by I see them helping me in all the areas of my life more and more. I am thankful I made the decision to go here. I'm a more productive person than I have ever been. My communication skills are better than ever before. My relationships are better everyday and still improving with the information

I haven’t had the appointment yet but Marliena in patient registration was SO SWEET AND HELPFUL!! I felt so “heard”!!! I wish there were more employees that were so helpful and NICE!! I have been going here since 2008. Venessa Harvey is the absolute best provider. She's 100 percent an absolute NO bs type of person and when it comes to my health, that's what I want. I dread going to indian clinic because they're preferential and it SHOWS, but this particular clinic has given me the best providers. Dr. Davis took care of me at the urgent care and that man is an angel. I hope there are more doctors like Dr. Davis and Dr. Harvey... They make you feel HUMAN (not like a number 😭)

I took my grandson H S & K today for counciling. He has some anger issues, responsibility problems and a few other personality quirks (normal teenager) that has gotten him into trouble.
This was his 2nd visit and so far he seems to be okay with it. I don't get to go with him but I understand that. I believe his parents are on the right track.

I had a procedure yesterday that I was so nervous about. I can’t say enough good things about every person I encountered when I got to the hospital. From Cindy at registration to every single nurse to the anesthesiologist to Dr Dare. They all made us so comfortable to the point of laughing hysterically. I just want to thank them all and I feel Cushing is blessed to have the hospital and wonderful staff here to serve. Thank you all so much! Can’t say that enough. Highly recommend the personal, kind service you provide!

This is by far one of the best hospitals I have gone to for healthcare (and we'll just say I've had a "few" to compare to over time...)
I was experiencing uncomfortable visits at my local hospital, so decided to try Hillcrest Cushing for care, since it's not too far away. I could not be happier with my decision.
The reception area and rooms were clean and well-kept. I only had to wait a few minutes to get straight to a room, and everyone was friendly right off the bat. You can tell when people are happy with their jobs and these folks portrayed that.
All of the staff: The attending doctor, nurses, dietary aides, housekeeping staff, etc. were all extremely helpful and respectful.
I most definitely recommend making the extra trip, if you live close to the area, for individual or family healthcare needs.
