Great service offered to persons in need they have a methadone clinic and a residence. It is like a one-stop shop except there is no detox service offered. There are groups and structured programs for clients. I know of persons who have used the service and are now successful. If they did it, so can others. Staff listen to clients and create a system that caters to each and meet them where they at, while holding your hand safely during the process. Well done and thanks

Forever grateful, if you’re pregnant in active addiction please come to VIP. In the 2 years I’ve been going I’ve never been treated with anything other than the utmost respect everyone always asks about the baby and genuinely care about how I’m doing. Marion is an exceptional counselor, I truly believe without her support and all the other staff of course I would’ve never come this far. Thank you guys. Anyone considering help please go and allow yourself to be helped because recovery is possible.

I graduated in 1996. Best decision I ever made was to go to Vip. I was assisted in furthering my education, addressing the issues in my life. Vip helped me to get my children back and raise them, obtain housing, respect, dignity and become a respectful lady. I am a Casac with a Bachelors degree and have been actively employed since 1997, thanks to Vip and have not relapsed once. About to retire and feeling real good about the life that Vip helped me to re-build. I am forever grateful 🙏. You get out what you put in.

Great case management services offered here for a wide variety of different clients enrolled to the HSA program of NY State.

Very friendly staff, they have a lot of patience for their clients. They have a lot 2 offer us as clients and there are times they feed u if they have it. Very respectfull to thier clients and have a lot of confidentiality. Try this clinic they r very quick and clean I recommend to anyone. They have other clinics and I have been there they r all the same as far as all the good things I have mentioned. Hope u enjoy ur visit. Lulu😁😘😍👍

The best clinic experience I’ve ever had. The registration people on the 1st floor need attitude adjustments- you can tell this is a unionized workforce- all else was amazing. Most secretaries are excellent- a couple seem miserable- overall 5 stars for quality care by the people I need to be good at what they do- therapists and doctors- they are wonderful!

The vibe here was chill and the people were down to help whenever I needed 😊 The process wasn’t always easy but the support kept me grounded 🧡 I felt like they truly had my back through everything 🤗 Real grateful for the whole experience

It's a bit hard to find the front door for the first time. It looked like a church building, but then I went around the corner and there it was lol. I expected it to be awful HOWEVER complete opposite. Very clean and cozy place. Never crowded. The staff is very patient and concerned with your well being. There's a welcoming presence as snacks are available in a small wicker basket. Self serve coffee is always available (not messy or sticky at all) cold water is available just ask the front desk clerk. The seats in the waiting area are clean and comfortable with a television that usually shows the news. Restroom is available. When you enter you ring a bell and look through the glass panel. They buzz you in, you scan your forehead in the digital thermometer and sign in. If you don't have a mask they'll provide you one. The intake process, groups, one on one counseling are all extremely comfortable and easy. The other clients are very friendly and welcoming as well. Please give this place a try.

Very good staff, beautiful furniture, and amazing clients. Odyssey House provides teenagers, and adults the right, enjoyable care they rightfully deserve. Staff are glad to assist and will not disrespect you in any sort of way. Programs, Trips, and many other exciting activities will be provided during your visits. Snacks are provided for teens and for adults coffee and other nutritional snacks. Clients who attend "Odyssey House" can decided to come on time for group/individual sessions or earlier for game room or time alone for you to think.

My experience at this hospital was absolutely wonderful. I gave birth here on October 12, after a long labor, and throughout the entire process, the nurses and the doctor kept encouraging me and telling me that I could do it. Their kindness and words of support gave me strength when I needed it the most. Dr. Patel was extremely professional, kind, and attentive. The epidural helped relieve my labor pain, and at the moment of delivery, the anesthesiologist gave me another medication that truly eased the pain and helped me stay calm and focused. One of the nurses held me and gave me courage while I was getting the epidural ,a moment I will never forget. I was originally supposed to deliver at a different hospital, but my water broke unexpectedly, and I had to go to the nearest one. Looking back, I truly believe that God led me to the right place. I feel so grateful and blessed to have delivered my baby here, where I received such excellent and compassionate care. After giving birth, when I was transferred to a private room, the nurses brought me food right away and helped me with everything I needed. They patiently taught me how to breastfeed my baby, how to hold him properly, and how to change his diapers which meant so much to me as a first-time mom. I’m deeply thankful for Dr. Patel, the anesthesiologist, and the entire nursing staff. Their care, warmth, and professionalism made my birth experience positive, peaceful, and truly memorable. 💖 From Arlinda and Reyan🫂
