I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone at this location for a while now… Unfortunately, the communication seems to become a barrier to being served and the ability to serve.

Love supporting this organization. They take items that most other donation centers do not. God is so good!

Daystar saved my life. 9/20/10 - was my last indulgment!! I was bent and broken. My life as I knew it was was coming to the end. Daystar changed my life. I spent 7 years at daystar!!! God helped save alone with daystar and staff.

My daughter was in psychosis from being on so many psche meds actually causing severe symptoms. I am thankful for the drs and all who treated her and Andrea who promised me to get her off the dangerous meds. I am so grateful that the staff at this hospital immensely helped her I feel like I got my daughter back she still needs some help and healing but I am hopeful she will eventually feel like herself again.I seen improvement immediately and continue to see the changes in her behavior she is so much calmer every day seems better .Thank you for the care she received and I know she will be better.

I've been to Roxbury in the past deviated with a couple of patients acting like fools like they were staff pretty much ok but attitudes as well I understand that they were trying to do their jobs in trying to keep everyone safe but they are also there to talk to people not to let other patients pass gass right behind you in the medication line or right in your face or put their fist in your face like one male patient did, that mail patient was lucky I was being discharged yesterday when he did that to me and I was in line getting my medication when this happened I am not the type to get ticked off about it but I was already ticked off to begin with

The majority of the nurses Kanika, Chrissie, GiGi are awesome. The ONLY nurse I didn’t care for is Erin. She gave me the wrong dosage on my liquid Prozac twice. She’s not friendly at all. Why does Erin stay in the room clicking a pen and shining a flashlight until she wakes the person up and leaves? Why are the doors left open when we are trying to sleep? Why are the doors locked for four hours? The majority of the employees were fantastic.

Staff are kind, patient, and helpful. Located in a calm rural area that takes away the stress of driving through city streets.

Everyone is very polite and helpful. The location itself is great, giving VA access to a lot of the locals who otherwise would have to drive an extra 30 minutes farther.

All are very friendly,always have given me the best care I could ask for. Keep up the good work.

It's a great place with people who actually care about what you're going through, and want to see you do better. Jorge the staff member really goes above and beyond for any and all who walk through the threshold, as does the rest of the staff. I may just volunteer because of how welcoming this place is. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Walking into RightTurn was a scary situation. The unknown and uncomfortable scenarios that played out in my head wasn’t even close to the experiences I encountered. In the beginning while sitting in the lobby feeling like the world was on my shoulders I hade to fill out all this tedious paperwork. I now know it’s there to protect my anonymity and confidentiality. I just didn’t know what to expect. From the moment I walked in I was met with a level of respect I haven’t been given in a long time. It made me feel at ease. I was introduced to everyone and I’m not good at remembering names but a smile and kind words are really memorable. Id like to tell you I love everyone I met at Right Turn but it’s just not the case. Their program, the way the messages are delivered, the way the group facilitators speak, the outside meetings that are brought in it made me feel like they said everything I couldn’t every emotion I felt was being said by another individual I instantly related. I was given an assessment, peer to peer counseling and private talks with my counselor it gave me the ability to speak on how i was feeling, what I felt and what was on my mind it opened me up to see areas in my life where I kept falling short. Music group, Art group and round robins allowed me to express my pain and excitement in a different way. Individual and community based groups gave me a perspective from other people’s pain and suffering. We all have different stories but the same plot. I heard what I needed to hear. All I wanted was some help. I’ve had enough. I wanted to stop drinking and drugging. I want a better life for myself. For my family. I just didn’t know how to stop. I wanted just one more day clean and sober. I wanted the pain to stop. I’ve come to realize “I am not alone”. The staff at Right Turn isn’t walking around in lab coats and text books. Telling me how I should feel or act. So phony. It’s the total opposite. I was allowed my process. Each and everyone of them have been thru what I’ve been thru. Some a little more. Lol. Some a lot less. We found common ground to relate and express ourselves. I was talked TO and not talked AT. Thank you RightTurn Impact.

I wanna take my time to write this review cause this place is great if you wanna stay sober .im giving 5 star to this place cause I had a great experience at this place 5 weeks ago. Everything was on point including the stuff ,the food, safety wise 👌, and very clean place. I really appreciate how the stuff was professional especially with Jorge, that guy is very helpful and it was just so great to have people like him in that place, to help you process whatever you going through. Nice being in his meeting ,give great advice and a listener and he make sure he treats everyone with respect 🙏 . Sherry and Christine are awesome too ,very welcoming I had a very good outcome for my court and the judge was impressed of all the work I put thank to them them 😊

I went there for 9 years and am considering going back. My therapist really listened to me and would even go a few minutes longer in sessions if that meant she could help me more. I really felt the sessions helped me throughout daily life.

I must say im at the right place.the people are cordial, friendly and they go above and beyond to meet your needs..im grateful for my therapist ms.serina brown who gently and kindly guide you to reach your full potential..yes you have to really want it.

RISE Counseling is fantastic! New in town and coming from a place where most of the options for counseling are at the hospital which is cold and clinical or the nearby health department, pretty much the same, I really appreciate the atmosphere.The waiting room is so relaxing! I much prefer the small private setting to big clinics which can make you feel like you're being processed like cattle.
