I implore you to find a more intimate and personalized treatment facility! Especially with the additions of Narrative Based Interviewing and Celebrate Recovery to the curriculum, one can expect a much higher sucess percentage upon discharge. Every single staf member at Silver pines legitimately cares about the experience each and every client has with the facility. It certainly shows.
I strongly suggest rocking with Eddy in the narrative based interviewing as research is indictating a 100% success rate if practiced every day. This practice is not only changing how we treat substamce use disorder and mental illeness , but also will be instrumental in creating a global shift to bring people back to the power of the moment and realize the endless possibilities with being the most active participant within the unfoldment of their lives. I assure you this will change the world.

I attended twice, Great facility, however I’m on my wife’s UHC plan through her employer,not Medicare. No problem with insurance the first time I went, however (going the 2nd time) they are trying to say I’m on Medicare. I called UHC and nothing has changed in my coverage. Trying to charge me 15,000. What’s going on? Also once there ,they) Siver Pines) wanted out of pocket money(cash,Cc card) they never asked for that upfront either time. They even checked recorded call. I’m very dissapointed with billing. Put a “sour taste”on my experience

My 4yr old daughter and myself lived in fountain springs for 6months and I truly believe that without the lady's who run the facility i would have lost my daughter to cys. I'm 7yrs clean today and I still feel like fountain springs saved us. while we lived there my daughter had surgery to remove her tonsils and adnoids at potsville hospital and I was allowed to stay there with her and had special accommodations for a few days after.

My overall experience with Gaundenzia Fountian Springs was good, the Program help me obtain and maintain sobriety while learning about addiction and taking parenting workshops. This women's or Mommy&me program also helped me regain full custody of my 2 children because I worked the Program by putting my all into it, they put their all into helping me fight for my children back. I loved most of the counselors most of the time LOL. But it was a life changing experience that help me take control back of my life to create a better future for myself and my kids. There is also a women's and mommy&me soberliving housing program connected in the back called Gaundenzia New Destiny which bridges the gap after one completes the rehab. Very few programs that help families like this.... I wish there were more to help others who need and want it

My mom started rehab at this center about maybe 10 years ago. This rehab center is amazing! The fact that you can allow patients to have their kids with them and getting help at the same time is great! I’ll never forget what they did for me and my siblings and my mom. This rehab center is the best I’ve seen so far. Unfortunately I think I’ll be sending my mother back to this place.

I am a 2021 graduate. Before coming to Teen Challenge, I was homeless on the streets of Philadelphia. I came here for recovery, but I got a new life instead. It sounds weird to say about my time in rehab, but it was one of the best years of my life. After graduating, I interned here, eventually becoming a staff member. I wanted to work here because of what I saw in the staff as a student, their love for God and people, and servanthood. I wanted to bring that same love and servanthood to people who are sick and suffering, like they did for me. It is not just a job but a calling. I would recommend PAATC to anyone struggling with addiction, and I am eternally grateful to God for using it to give me a life and a purpose.

Pennsylvania Adult and Teen Challenge is a vessel used by God to change lives. My life has been changed here and there in no doubt about that. I went through the program 2 1/2 years ago and after 16 months I completed a 12 month program. That right it took me a little longer, but totally worth it. Yes treatment can be hard and I even complained most of the way through it. But I was also grateful during treatment. I wasn't on the streets of Philadelphia homeless, starving and hopeless. The staff here showed me love, compassion and empathy. The Lord's work is happening on this mountain and I believe that wholeheartedly. God used every situation here for me to grow closer to Him. I had a broken elbow witch I broken all the way through while homeless in Philadelphia and I got reconstruction surgery while at PAATC, I would have neglected that if I remained homeless. Also I had 3 warrants located in 2 states and the Lord allowed them to stay over my head (as a layer of protection) until he saw fit to allow them to be removed, because I would have left treatment if I didn't have warrants, like I have done so many times before.
2 years later I am warrant free. I have remained on the mountain after graduating to turn around and give back what was so freely given to me, Hope and a new way of life through Jesus Christ. This journey was not easy, but what journey worth wild is? I totally recommend this place to anyone that is struggling to get out of an endless cycle, but understand this will be the hardest thing you do but I promise you it will be the most rewarding one. Relationships restored, family restoration, a future and a hope. To me it was worth it. There is Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness and Self control here because God's Spirit is here.

I loved it here n trust me when I first got here I wanted to leave so bad when I finished detox and went to the inpatient side I was trying to get other women to stat after detox, this placed saved my life and let me know it's possible! She took the Time to Talk to Carmen and He was just to wait till Monday for an Appointment but Carmen wanted to get checked to make sure He wasn't dehydrated, check his Potassium and to get another pill over the Weekend till Mondays Appointment. We'll We trusted Andrea and went to Hospital never Knowing We both where in for a Living Nightmare! She didn't explain he was going in ED We both never heard of it and We just trusted her. They metal wanded Carmen dressed and undressed, then they put him in an outfit that looked like a prisoners outfit then they had a lady outside the door that stared constantly at him and when he said I want to get out of here she said oh NO You have to wait till you see a Dr., Nurse and Psychatrist and you might be sent somewhere else plus you don't get the Psychatrist in person She was on a laptop! I just Wish Andrea would have explained the ED Department he went into because he would have never went nor would I have went in with him. So the ED Department - 0 Stars So now Carmen doest Trust N.E

Clearbrook Adminstration and Staff are top notch and care about their clients journey to recovery. Clearbrook case workers and aftercare staff are top notch in meeting employment issues such as contacting employers in getting FMLA and Disability leave approved and setting up aftercare upon leaving Clearbrook.
Clearbrook' s kitchen staff was kind, curteous and accomadating with several options to choose from. Food was great!
The pharmacy that the nursing department utilizes is very difficult to work with in getting meds. There was always a problem when getting meds whether it be payment, delivery or insurance issues.
So Clearbrook started a Mental Health program so it was a little difficult dealing with MH clients disruptions and distraction during my stay.

Today I helped a Vietnam era veteran. Remember as a veteran sometimes we struggle. When you see a service person in need of help, do what the Lord installed in your heart love of one another.
The gentleman was in need. I would encourage anyone whether you're a veteran or not. Help the elderly.
My suggestion would be to take an index card and put the person's first name only, last four if you're a veteran and POC. Place this in a plastic bag and safety pin it to the person in some form or fashion.
This would eliminate hours of wasted time helping people to connect with loved ones.
Let them know the Lord brought you to them out of love because he first loved us.
One other advice if you're helping someone and you have to walk away give them something of yours to assure them you will return. A small act of kindness goes a long way.
The Lord sees all and never forgets. Lose the attitude of someone not being your race. When you served you should NEVER see race. Remember that.

1st. Time to enter as a patient. The nurse i met and dealt with was so gracious and kind, easy to talk to and professional,even when she had to do a procedure on me. The Doctor was absolutely above what I expected. I can't say more for my experience.

I've updated this review because I traced the issue down to the VBA as being the ones sending my SSN over the mail. They use it as my File# usually appearing right under my name. I requested it be left out of mailings to me, or not to include the whole #.
I never registered with the VA after retiring in 2011 because a lot of bad things were on the News back then having to do with the poor service provided to veterans.
However, this year I decided to register and I'm happy so far. The only thing I'm not happy with is that the VA back in 2011 and still to this day continuously sends all correspondence to me with my full name and full social security number.
Like doesn't the VA know this is a big no no? Thanks for sharing my PII information with whomever receives any of my lost mail. And everyone knows nowadays that pieces of mail get lost a lot. The VA is a government agency, don't you all go through PII information safeguarding training? Like wow and this is why I couldn't give the VA a 5 star because apparently training is needed on safeguarding a veteran's personal identifiable information. Fix this issue or give veterans an option to receive all correspondence via e-mail versus snail mail.
