I checked myself in here for some care recently during an incredibly difficult time in my life, and overall I am satisfied with the treatment I received. The medication I was prescribed did the trick in treating my insomnia and stress for the most part, and the staff was kind and accommodating. As far any criticism goes, I'll leave it at this: Drop the "woke" stuff. It's 2025.

Great Clinic. I started at the New Castle Location when it was The Discovery House and then transferred to the Cranberry location when I moved, and then ended here at the Farrell location when I moved again back to Ohio. They accepted Ohio medicaid and I really didn't want to change clinics, so I stayed with Discovery House/Comprehensive Treatment Center. Each location was fantastic. By far my favorite clinics. The people here have saved my life. They actually care and want you to get better. I have to talk about Erin the nurse though. She has been such a great influence on my life. She has always been there to help and encourage me to succeed but never ever have I felt judged by her for my previous mistakes. I ve seen some people get mad and say horrible things about her because they lost their privileges, only to later come and tell her thank you for holding them accountable and helping them to really get back on track. When you re an addict you place blame on others so much because it s the only way you can live with yourself, but then you come to realize that it s us who did wrong, they realized Erin didn t take their privileges they took them from themselves, and the same people have come around and told me she saved their lives as well. She is an incredible nurse. She cares so much and sets an excellent example. I hope that Foundations realize just how blessed they are to have someone like her. She s a treasure and a beautiful soul. One reason I ve been clean for so long is I couldn t stand to let her down. When I say she s saved my life I mean it. Cherish her. Always!

I cannot say enough good about foundations and their staff. The nurses Erin and Edie are God sends. These people have helped save my life and I have many years clean and sober because of their help. People have preconceived notions and judgments about medication assisted recovery but you don t know how it really is. These people care. They don t want you stuck there. They saved my life over and over and I will forever be grateful. I m going on 19 years clean because of their help and services. If you or a loved one needs help, there s no better help out there than foundations. ADDED . I was reading the other reviews and I d love to address the one who says the nurses are horrible human beings. ABSOLUTELY NOT. When you don t follow the rules that are out there for your safety you lose privileges. The nurses are not being mean by having to tell you that you failed a drug test or you didn t show up to group so you can t have the same privileges as those who do what s right.. YOU DID THAT TO YOURSELF. And then he stated someone should burn it down!? If anyone did something so heinous because they can t comply.. you d be totally destroying so many peoples future. Not only would you take innocent peoples jobs but you d crush single moms in recovery and other people trying to make it! How incredibly horrible! If anyone out there wants to get their lives back these people will bend over backwards to help you. Please don t be turned off by a rant from someone who destroyed his own experience by not doing what s right. Part of recovery is taking responsibility for your mistakes. No one can ruin your recovery but you. Foundations is amazing and they care. Especially the AMAZING NURSES! I want to add about my counselor Sydney. I have never in my life felt more advocated for. She is absolutely amazing. The people here truly care and want to see people get better. The only people who have problems are the ones who are completely out of line and disrespectful. They re mad because they don t get privileges but they forget they are the ones who ruin it for themselves. The nurses didn t make you give a positive urinalysis. You did that. I have maintained my privileges for over a decade by simply allowing myself to live a normal life. And I wouldn t have this chance if it wasn t for the help of these great people. Thank you foundation s staff for helping to save my life. My son who I got clean for in the first place is now on his way to becoming a state trooper. If you listen to them and do what you re supposed to do. You will have your life back!

Over 15 years ago, my husband and I were faced with what would turn out to be one of the most important choices in our lives. When new regulations drastically reduced availability to oxycodone, our options seemed bleak. We could either succumb to unbearable withdrawal and a high recidivism rate, switch to the much less expensive heroin, or find another way to rid our lives of illegal drugs once and for all. Fortunately, we found Suboxone and I can say with certainty, it changed (and may have saved) our lives. Having experienced multiple clinics and countless doctors who seemed more interested in $ than truly helping, when we found Crossroads several years ago, it was a blessing in every way. Not only are we treated with respect, but the team at Crossroads is dedicated to ensuring every aspect our lives is set up to promote our ongoing progress. We are proud of our journey to success and we credit Crossroads for enabling that success and for paving the way towards a bright, productive future.

I absolutely love the staff here. They do not get enough credit for what they go through. They deal with a lot, but they are always so kind, hart warming, and helpful. They truly care if you need extra help with resources, and Dr. Jen is the best. I've been to a few of the crossroad clinics and many of them are great, but this is my favorite. They don't judge if you just need help. If you are struggling and need help with your addiction, this is the place to go. If you aren't ready to wean off, the doctor will not even think about forcing you to. My life is very chaotic at times and I can say, I've never felt more safe in my recovery than at crossroads with the staff and Dr. Jen.

Crawford County Drug and Alcohol Executive Commission (CCDAEC) in Meadville, Pennsylvania, was established in 1973 to reduce the prevalence of substance use issues among county residents and promote healthier communities. This primary goal is reflected in their broader services ranging from substance use assessment and treatment to case management
Hello my name is Mark and I'm an alcoholic I have been for 40 years now not that I am proud of that. I had another DUI conviction and decided I needed help for my problem. I went to ccdaec before I had to by court it was the best thing I could have done for myself but ultimately went to jail and I saw a councilor while I was incarcerated which helped. I made the first four steps but then was released and I started my court ordered counciling which included groups and individual counciling. If you knew me you would know I'm not good with change or new people. I've never felt more comfortable with the counselor s I was assigned to. They brought out all of the things I have never talked about before. They made me so comfortable and supported me like I have never known before. I would like to take this time to say thank you for all that you have done for me but unfortunately without you in my life I have relapsed once again but thank you for trying it was a good run when you all were in my life. I'm not proud of what I have done but thank all of you for doing what you do. I love you all and once again thank you.ThanksMarkPs I miss you all
