When I found myself entering this treatment center, I had absolutely nothing going for me. A year later, I got my son home, my fiance and I both got clean TOGETHER, we both have full time jobs, 2 cars, a beautiful home and our families back. For this first time in 14 years we are both sober, healthy, happy, and succeeding in life. Without the counselors and all the help here, I woukdnt have made it but love my life today more then anything Andi owe thisplace so much for that. I can't recommend these people enough! Betzy at the front desk is very friendly and helpful same with my Doctor Sean and My Therapist Priscilla. Came in looking for help for my ADHD, got diagnosed went through the process and Now I'm being treated and Wow, I'm just impressed with how smooth and friendly the process has been and their willingness to work with my work schedule which consists of 12hrs swinging from days to nights every week. My life is starting to take a turn for the better and I'm excited and hopeful for what's to come!! My only complaint which honestly doesn't outweigh everything enough for a lower rating was that I had an Interaction with a Nurse I believe her name was Gina , one time that I tried to call my Doctor to try and give him an update on my medication which was not working at the time. This lady had the Audacity to tell me "If you truly had ADHD you should be feeling some sort of effect", as if I'm trying to lie about my medication for whatever reason. When I'm the one struggling, close to lose my Job due to my heavy inability to focus, and struggling with my life at home...Few weeks go by and talk to my Doctor we agreed in upping the dosage, and If she ever sees this(and I hope she does), Guess what lady, it worked, I was not lying, so your disrespectful comment was completely unnecessary. And honestly if that is how you normally treat patients who are struggling you have no business being in this clinic or any others.

I've been to multiple places for treatment and this place is BY FAR the best I've been to in 10 years. The appointment process does take a bit longer than most places but you can tell the people who work here genuinely care about you. They listen AND accommodate to your wants and needs. The very first recovery center I've been to. Based on my experience it will be the last! (in a great way) I love this place, the meetings and my counselor. They have medical for those who need medicine to help with their addictions. They really do care. If you are ready to take that step to being free from which ever substance you are addicted to then this is a really really great place. I would give more stars if I could. Been going here 15+ years. Well actually in cranberry 1st, then here at NC. In all that time, I've come to realize this: they don't need us. We need them. They have ALL the leverage, we have none. That being said, I would suggest getting down on your knees and thanking God that you have the option here in NC of Discovery House. Would u rather go back to criming, sick every other day.. Ugh. Not me. If u follow the rules, such as showing up during dosing hours,etc u will have no issues.

Great Clinic. I started at the New Castle Location when it was The Discovery House and then transferred to the Cranberry location when I moved, and then ended here at the Farrell location when I moved again back to Ohio. They accepted Ohio medicaid and I really didn't want to change clinics, so I stayed with Discovery House/Comprehensive Treatment Center. Each location was fantastic. By far my favorite clinics. Counselors and staff were 100% amazing and super caring, considerate and most importantly understanding and non judgemental. I really recommend this place.

I was in a terrable car accident jan. 29. I was taken to trumble regional hospital. I was there for four days. The staff was so amazing. They truly made my stay enjoyable. I fractured my neck and back in the accident. I technically shouldn't of been able to get up and walk out of the hospital. Everyone was so supportive and I felt loved. I felt as if I was with family. The level of care was top tier. The food wasn't the best. I would suggest more fresh fruits and veggies. I still ate it though because I am grateful someone came to work and prepared food for me to eat. I'm understanding you have new ownership. And it's very apparent from everyone I was in contact with that this hospital will rise up and become one of the better hospital in our area. I'm so grateful to be alive and even more grateful for all the love and support this hospital as shown me. Keep rising. This is an example of how health care should be. Thank you all. I m not saying that the whole place is bad but my experience there wasn t very good. It might ve been my fault but I didn t feel like it was. I didn t feel comfortable in my counselor was very judgmental. I don t know how I was supposed to open up and tell my problems to a counselor that was judging me, but I did find somewhere to go that didn t judge me so just be careful when you do go there and pick your person carefully.

I ve been working with Dr Mathurs for the past few years to address lately discovered mental health concerns. I ve found that Dr. M and his staff have been attentive, empathic and supportive throughout the years. Coming from a strict religious background it is such a relief to be in a nonjudgmental environment addressing real MH symptoms previously unknown and untreated from childhood.This industry is a Godsend and needs to be celebrated. The ladies that answer the phone are always kind and listen, I have called a lot in the last couple of months to leave a message for the doctor or what not and they are always kind about it. I have had to cancel and reschedule and haven't had any issues. The doctor always listens to what I have to say and helps advocate for my child.

Dr mike maggio does a good job with both my son's and their medications. I highly recomend him. He takes his time and asks lots of questions and trys to help my son with out putting him on a lot of meds. My son has asd with sensory disturbance and hightend hearing so its very hard for him to navagate his daily life. There was a issue with one of the meds causing aggressions and from the start dr mike knew what to change and it worked wonders. He checked on my son 3xs a week when we first changed his meds and one time he was busy on a Fri and didnt get a chance to call and took time out of his weekend to check up on us. He stays in contact with the counsler and they work very well together for both my son's.

Over 15 years ago, my husband and I were faced with what would turn out to be one of the most important choices in our lives. When new regulations drastically reduced availability to oxycodone, our options seemed bleak. We could either succumb to unbearable withdrawal and a high recidivism rate, switch to the much less expensive heroin, or find another way to rid our lives of illegal drugs once and for all. Fortunately, we found Suboxone and I can say with certainty, it changed (and may have saved) our lives. Having experienced multiple clinics and countless doctors who seemed more interested in $ than truly helping, when we found Crossroads several years ago, it was a blessing in every way. I absolutely love the staff here. They do not get enough credit for what they go through. They deal with a lot, but they are always so kind, hart warming, and helpful. They truly care if you need extra help with resources, and Dr. Jen is the best. I've been to a few of the crossroad clinics and many of them are great, but this is my favorite. They don't judge if you just need help. If you are struggling and need help with your addiction, this is the place to go. If you aren't ready to wean off, the doctor will not even think about forcing you to. My life is very chaotic at times and I can say, I've never felt more safe in my recovery than at crossroads with the staff and Dr. Jen.

For many years,decades in fact, I've heard alot about Teen Challenge. I've heard how wonderful and successful they are with people both young and old who are struggling with alcoholism and drug addiction, where traditional treatment centers and 12 step programs failed these people Teen Challenge successfully turned their lives around with this totally and complete Faith Based approach. Clients/Residents are encouraged to completely stay away from all secular activities and music and totally focus on the Jesus, the Bible, Church, Faith, Prayer and everything else associated with dedication to a Christian way of life. I've spoken to several people in the past who have successfully completed the Teen Challenge Program and they all said that their lives were completely turned around leaving alcohol, drugs, homelessness and crime behind them and now today, still devoted to Christianity are living productive and fulfilling lives.

My counselor Terri and nurse practitioner Brenda have been very kind, helpful and professional to me since I've been going there. The receptionists have been great too. Everyone there has been a joy to see and talk to. Would definitely recommend.
