Everyone is so kind, approachable, and well organized. I made an appointment just before the office opened on a Friday. I was in terrible withdrawal pain. Bright View's nurses and staff courteously excorted me to comfort. The intake took about 6 hours, then I was dosed. I'm glad I chose to go here. Group therapy is amazing and insightful. Transportation provided. Very little is not provided. Weekly prescriptions to begin with. The hotline is available at all times. I have been with Bright View since September 2023. Addiction is treatable and this clinic works well with me to try to solve my problems. They're going as far as they can to change individual drug habits and doing a great job. They’ve helped me get my life back on track and for the most part everyone there is amazing. I used to go there once a week and now because I’ve stayed sober for 6 years now I go every other month and I love that they give everyone that incentive once they hit a certain point. Other than I’ve had to switch to counselors a couple of times and that stinks cause it’s really hard for me to trust people and open up, I can not complain about my experience at BrightView. They have truly saved my life and helped me get myself back on track. I have an amazing job that I love, a son who can count on his mom every single day, i was able to get my license back and have my own car, and my own apartment which up until 3 years ago I never had, and the will to keep on pushing every day thanks to BrightView. I’m so thankful for my care team and the women’s health clinic here is really great! I hear so many veterans complain about other VA hospitals, and I’m forever grateful that has never been my experience. Sometimes the wait is a little long for some things, but that’s understandable if it isn’t urgent (for instance I had a standard dentist appointment in May and my cleaning appointment isn’t until the end of September), but I don’t mind because I always get taken care of. I will have been at Orca for 30 days by then. This place is amazing. This is my 5th time in rehab. The counselors, nurses, and staff are amazing. This is the only place that I have been to that I feel listened to, treated like an adult, and receive excellent information and resources. Also, they let you have your phones and allow you to go out on your own when you have been here for a week. Trust me when I say that I realized, by coming here, what my greatest stumbling block has been in staying sober.
