My time here was really rough . My detox was horrible but getting sober isn't supposed to be easy. But I can truly say that the staff here are amazing. They are truly the reason I stayed and continued onto treatment after. You really have to want to get sober and if that's your mindset this place will set you up for success.

This place saved my life. I went there straight from detox and I was home!!! I stayed sober clean and I'm hoping to get a job there I filled out an application? A awesome person I met Melissa Johnston she currently works there she was a client there when I was!! I will never forget the food I got to eat it was amazing!!! The staff was so caring and engaged!! I was treated for hep c while I was there to!!! A nice room with a shower in it!!!!! A personal trainer so we got to work out!!!! The kitchen was opened all night which I thought was great!!! Came through here nearly 3 years ago and am happy to say I am still clean. Place is amazing if you are willing to take some suggestions and not stay in old patterns. Ton of dudes I went through stayed sober a year or more. The ones who complained and threw themselves a pity party while blaming the world for their problems, instead of being accountable for themselves; relapsed. This place gives you every opportunity to succeed, you just have to be to willing.

I switched clinics in July. So I've been going here to New Season in Mentor for about 5 months now. I'm used to a much bigger clinic in Youngstown. I had gone to the clinic in Youngstown for almost 7 years. It was great until the main doctor left and then the medical team lost their ability to communicate effectively as a whole. So now I'm at New Season and even though the drive from Ashtabula County sucks in the winter, I don't have to go that often. They easily transitioned me from my last clinic and continued me on my same dose and same take home status. I'm happy to say that this clinic may be very tiny in comparison, it's a comfortable and welcoming place. I assure you that you will not ever feel judged while coming to this clinic. Be open and honest with them about whatever meds you're on and they'll work with you. It's a safe place. I do hope to see it grow maybe a little more. But they seem to be fully staffed and equipped for the amount of patients they have for now. Nothing bad to say about this place at all. Oh and because they are a smaller clinic they do nice things like a patient appreciation event and a Halloween party. Very awesome!

Excellent experience at the Labor & Delivery unit. All nurses and doctors were phenomenal. My situation ended up being a little complicated, and they handled it with complete care and professionalism. My doula was also running extremely late, but the nurses and doctors were so responsive to our needs that we didn’t need the doula. 100% recommend L&D at Geauga.

I'm leaving next week for sober living. I will have been at Orca for 30 days by then. This place is amazing. This is my 5th time in rehab. The counselors, nurses, and staff are amazing. This is the only place that I have been to that I feel listened to, treated like an adult, and receive excellent information and resources. Also, they let you have your phones and allow you to go out on your own when you have been here for a week. Trust me when I say that I realized, by coming here, what my greatest stumbling block has been in staying sober. The knowledge that I'm taking with me has me very optimistic and positive about my future.

Ramar has helped me tremendously. It’s a great place to go to if you truly want to seek sobriety. If you want to actually get better you will definitely get something out of it. The staff is amazing and courteous. The food is plentiful, you will not starve here. I’ve met some amazing people here as well. I’m glad I chose Ramar!

I see Tanya Fox as a psych NP at Ravenwood, and she is a complete godsend. She spent so much time and effort with me to reach a diagnosis, when I first showed up a year ago feeling upset and uncertain about everything. She is very patient, sympathetic, and reassuring. She’s great at listening to you and adapting to your concerns. She does a wonderful job at answering your questions and making sure you feel good about your treatment plan. She’s very welcoming, approachable, and available. She clearly is very knowledgeable and has well-thought-out Plan A’s, Plan B’s, (etc. as needed) so you can always stay hopeful. I just cannot say enough nice things about her. I’m so glad I found her.

I don’t leave reviews often, but it’s been years since I’ve seen Rachael McLaughlin here, but I think about her often. I saw her for the first time in 2017 and she saved my life. I saw providers who dismissed, misdiagnosed and gave me medication that did more harm than good. Rachael listened, gave me a diagnosis that made sense and went above and beyond to get me on the appropriate medication. That was 9 years ago, and last year was the FIRST time since then that I had a medication adjustment. Unfortunately due to insurance I had to find a new practice to go to, but had I never had an insurance change I’d still be seeing her to this day.

My name is Stephanie and when I was at my worst signature health saved my life. They helped me to help myself and using harm reduction and peer support leaders I got off all of the hard drugs that I was killing myself with.
