My time here was really rough . My detox was horrible but getting sober isn't supposed to be easy. But I can truly say that the staff here are amazing. They are truly the reason I stayed and continued onto treatment after. You really have to want to get sober and if that's your mindset this place will set you up for success.

A awesome person I met Melissa Johnston she currently works there she was a client there when I was!! I will never forget the food I got to eat it was amazing!!! The staff was so caring and engaged!! I was treated for hep c while I was there to!!! A nice room with a shower in it!!!!! A personal trainer so we got to work out!!!! The kitchen was opened all night which I thought was great!!! This is an amazing place, and a solid program to work. I haven't had any issues as far as the clinical, and mental health staff, and as far as any other staff, they also are supportive, and are serious as far keeping us all sober. If it wasn't for this place, the alternative would be death, or locked up for me. So thank you New Day, Niles and Newton Falls, for giving me another chance at life and for helping me reestablish a relationship with my family, and being there for my mental health also.

New Season on mentor ave is one of the best places I’ve ever been to from the caring and loving staff to the great counselors they have here at new season. Honestly this isn’t like any other place I’ve been to or tried, I’ve been in and out of rehabs, after cares, I’ve done a lot of in patient and out patient treatment and honestly at new season this is the first clinic where the people actually seem to care about you and treat you with respect that you deserve. These people actually care about you and are willing to work with anyone to help best fit their needs. They don’t judge or discriminate anyone here this is a great environment they have there at new season and I enjoy new season more than I enjoyed signature health but that’s just me.i am currently enrolled in there Iop group at new season and 10/10 recommended. Great people with fun activities and they feed you everyday what iop group does that??? It keeps me busy and out of trouble so thank you to the loving staff at new season they truly are amazing and a blessing honestly.

I called New Season because I had questions about the program and have a family member who will be coming home soon and is interested in MAT. The lady who answered the phone ( her name was Octavia ) was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with no hesitation. My situation ended up being a little complicated, and they handled it with complete care and professionalism. My doula was also running extremely late, but the nurses and doctors were so responsive to our needs that we didn’t need the doula. 100% recommend L&D at Geauga.

Ramar has helped me tremendously. It’s a great place to go to if you truly want to seek sobriety. If you want to actually get better you will definitely get something out of it. I do groups at Edna House and absolutely luv it there! I have told the women several times I’m moving in just not as a client (yet, right?) these women support one another and are somehow able to put differences aside, plus it always floors me that everytime I walk in that kitchen is spotless!

The Edna House for Women is the best! It is a safe place to heal and to grow while living in a supportive and structured environment. The recent renovations have turned an already very special home into a beautiful place to live while beginning a new life in sobriety. They offer all of this without requiring money or having health insurance to get into the program. This house saves lives!!!

The horizon house helped save my life. The staff here is absolutely incredible they were always there for me when I needed help or someone to talk to. Chris is an incredible caring man. Melissa and Tracy were always so sweet, kind, helpful and uplifting. The facilitators Rob, Shiann, Maddie, Charisma, Hazel were great teachers with alot of advice. Kristen the case manager was truly an inspiration along with a few others. The general staff were always there to talk to if needed. I will always have a place in my heart for this staff. A huge thank you to Ashlee, Keia, Sharon and Natalie yall were a big part of my success at the house and I will forever be thankful to have met you all. If you need help with addiction do not be afraid to reach out to townhall 2 and get the help you need. These negative comments are probably people who didnt truly want the help. Thats just my opinion. Also a huge thank you to Kari and Hannah yall are amazing counselors. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR SAVING MY LIFE!!💙💜💙💜💙💜

Please know you literally changed my life several years ago and I wanted to thank you. I moved to this town and had been suffering for 1.5 years because the doc I had refused to change my med that wasn't working. The first visit your docs changed up the med and in 2 weeks I was no longer suffering. So Thank you for caring enough to try something different. I suffered unnecessarily for a year and a half...it's difficult to just find a new doc when you are suffering terrible. Moving to GH town and Charak saved me. When docs don't listen or work to find a solution it's difficult but go somewhere else. Advocate for yourself because 1.5 years of suffering that obviously was not necessary is IMHO criminal. I wish someone would have helped me get a different doc or had told me to keep trying different docs til I found one that cared. Thank you GH office for giving me my life back!

I normally go to the Akron outpatient facility (5 stars also) I went to Ravenna outpatient to see the ENT. I was nervous about going to a different location until I walked thru the doors. I felt right at home. Staff was super helpful and nice. Dr and staff were very informative and kept me up to date every step of the way. I was in good hands the entire time.

The VA does a very good job of taking care of us. They have added a lot of automation to the process. I don’t feel rushed through, plenty of time with caregiver if needed. Some locations Cleveland and Parma you can see your get your vitals taken, see your doctor, pick up your medications, and be on your way. No long waits and then sit in an empty room waiting for the doctor to come. They move a lot of us through every day. Infusion takes time, still meeting Veterans from World War II, Korea, and all over the world, including the still in increasing number of people being treated for Agent Orange from Vietnam. Thank you to all of the people involved in the care, and treatment, both physical and mental of the veterans. We appreciate what you do for us. Including the people that have improved the system, and trying to fix issues that may arise.

Though my wait in the ER was long I still appreciate the care I was given. Floor 4 was outstanding. Everyone was extremely busy. I could hear people yelling and being rude to them. Yet every time they came to my room they were smiling and very helpful. I experienced pain i wouldn't wish on anyone. They took really good care of me. Vivian, Gabi, Dee and the rest of the team thank you so much.

Sue in Stow is amazing!!!! She has always taken great care of me. I have been coming to the Charak Center for years and I look forward to seeing her bright and helpful face. She has talked me down several times when I was in bad shape. She still helps me when I am not feeling well. Sometimes I would end up end up in the hospital without her talking to me. She amazes me with how she is always doing what seems like everyone else’s job. I always see her doing everything and again am amazed. I'm leaving next week for sober living. I will have been at Orca for 30 days by then. This place is amazing. This is my 5th time in rehab. The counselors, nurses, and staff are amazing. This is the only place that I have been to that I feel listened to, treated like an adult, and receive excellent information and resources. Also, they let you have your phones and allow you to go out on your own when you have been here for a week. Trust me when I say that I realized, by coming here, what my greatest stumbling block has been in staying sober. The knowledge that I'm taking with me has me very optimistic and positive about my future.
