Wellbrook Recovery was an amazing place for me to truly understand my substance abuse behaviors and how they were connected to my mental health. Their dual diagnosis therapy helped me work through issues I didn’t even realize were fueling my addiction. The home itself is beautiful and comfortable, which made it feel a lot different from traditional recovery centers. Wellbrook is the most incredible place you could ever imagine. I was in the absolute darkest time of my life. I didn’t want to live and thought that I was destined to die from my disease. Wellbrook and their incredible staff helped me learn to love myself again. That I am worth it and that I am seen. I learned so much about myself and how my past traumas weren’t going to dictate my life and my chance at recovery any longer. No one ever said that it would be a picnic, or luxurious. The staff helps you to be as comfortable as you possibly can, while going through such a change. I felt forgiveness immediately. Everyone is so kind, approachable, and well organized. I made an appointment just before the office opened on a Friday. I was in terrible withdrawal pain. Bright View's nurses and staff courteously excorted me to comfort. The intake took about 6 hours, then I was dosed. I'm glad I chose to go here. Group therapy is amazing and insightful. Transportation provided. Very little is not provided. Weekly prescriptions to begin with. The hotline is available at all times. I have been with Bright View since September 2023. Addiction is treatable and this clinic works well with me to try to solve my problems. They're going as far as they can to change individual drug habits and doing a great job.

I was recently released from incarceration and I was without a prescription for not only my methadone, but for my anti depressants. All of the staff was so beyond kind and nurturing when i was feeling my worst. Every staff member i’ve interacted with has introduced themselves and told me if i ever need anything to get on my feet, or need help before my next appointment to always call and they’ll make time for me. They are so much more than addiction treatment. The doctor gave me a temporary prescription for my antidepressants while i find a doctor so i wouldn’t be without (that helped me not be suicidal for the next month) and they also helped me to get my insurance set up. These people care. Even the patients i’ve met here have been so kind. And if you’re a woman or lgbtqia+ you’ll love Faith the receptionist. Her style and she checked on me to make sure i felt safe when an older man was chatting with me :) (I was fine, he was awesome actually!) Above all, judgment doesn’t seem to exist here. They’ve helped me get on my feet and make me feel like i have a 2nd home in a matter of 3 appointments. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you guys.

Aging a patient receiving care after ansuto accident. It was a first visit for both of us.
Staff were friendly and compassionate. Not at all rushed. They listened and answered questions. The care was professional and efficient. Pharmacies brought prescription to room before discharge. No complaints at all.
So why not five stars? The facility was showing it's age. Very few amenities to fill the long hours. There was no "call button" to summon aid if needed.

We had a wonderful experience at Geauga UH! Had our first baby here and everyone was so personable, kind, caring, and they explained everything so so well each and every time. I had many nurses and doctors but just to name a few that worked closely with me (Dr. Usis, RN Tracy, RN Megan, and Dr. Hartup). They were all amazing and took great care of me and were also very kind and accommodating to my husband as well. Highly recommend this phenomenal place.

Such helpful, polite and respectable staff. I've been to Audiology several times and they have been great, as were the operators making the appts.
Today, a huge shout out and thank you to two VA police officers and a young man driving the golf cart around the garage picking up veterans and taking them to their destination. After walking around 20 min to a half hour attempting to locate my vehicle which I thought I parked on the 3 rd floor, I had to contact the police for assistance. I told the officers I would meet them on the 3rd floor parking garage, as the room in the back seat of the cruiser was extremely limited and claustrophobic. While waiting on the 3rd floor, the young man driving the golf cart in the garage offered to drive me around, as the police officers looked as well. Within a few minutes my vehicle was located. I'm 70 yrs old and was getting a little anxious about not finding my car while I walked around in a somewhat hot garage. I didn't get their names, but they know who they are and I say thank you! Next time I'm taking a picture of the row I'm in.

I don’t understand all the negative reviews. I have been going to Willoughby for 5 years, weekly. Yes, there are some providers that I am not a fan of. BUT, they have always helped me find someone who was a better fit. The receptionists are great, the pharmacy is great, and they also take feedback about their groups seriously. There’s always going to be a few bad apples. But I credit signature and the providers I’ve worked with for saving my life. I really needed the help, and they helped me navigate that.

There is no place like home. This is a
resort to take time and clear away the buried wounds and unneeded past regrets of ones life. The new path of a day set out for with a positive reset of one's own destination for daily rejuvenation of peace ✌️ love and deeper true self. Food was good! I've used signature health for almost 10 years and have only had 1 bad experience when it came to my psychiatric care, and that was remedied as soon as I spoke with my case manager Dee. I also liked their primary care doctors as well and continued to do so I told I moved out of the area. I still use signature for my psych care, and in my 10 years at Signature health I will say that the beginning was a bit bumpy with case manager turnover but the last 8 years have been AMAZING. I had been working with Doc Wilhelm until his retirement and his replacement Katie is also amazing (I was a bit apprehensive at first but she made me feel at ease) I will say after Doc retired I also opted for a therapist as well and have been pretty consistent this time and I look forward to my weekly appointments with Kearney as well. Please keep up the amazing work!

I do groups at Edna House and absolutely luv it there! I have told the women several times I’m moving in just not as a client (yet, right?) these women support one another and are somehow able to put differences aside, plus it always floors me that everytime I walk in that kitchen is spotless!

The Edna House for Women is the best! It is a safe place to heal and to grow while living in a supportive and structured environment. The recent renovations have turned an already very special home into a beautiful place to live while beginning a new life in sobriety.
