But to my surprise the lady the registered me was super nice.. the lady they had me talking to was super nice even though I thought I was too broken she's was willing to help me.. they only thing I was a little disappointed with was I went in to get my meds straightened out and find a new one and it has taken me a month to be seen again bc they see so many people.. which isn't they're fault they're trying to help so many people.. it just sucks to have to wait and fight alone until the next appointment.

This place saved my life. I went there straight from detox and I was home!!! I stayed sober clean and I'm hoping to get a job there I filled out an application? A awesome person I met Melissa Johnston she currently works there she was a client there when I was!! I will never forget the food I got to eat it was amazing!!! The staff was so caring and engaged!! I was treated for hep c while I was there to!!! A nice room with a shower in it!!!!! A personal trainer so we got to work out!!!! The kitchen was opened all night which I thought was great!!! I planned to stay at APR for 30 days but ended up staying 60 days. I love my counselor Sam and really appreciated all the counselors and staff! The program was exactly what I needed to help my with my addictions. There are opportunities to attend outside NA and AA meetings, go to the gym, and attend church. I particularly enjoyed the volunteer opportunities! The other people in the program were warm and welcoming and the program is designed to meet your needs in recovery. I highly recommend APR for treatment!

I have been going to the Akron VA for 4 years now. I have had nothing but amazing experiences from them. They really care about each and every single veteran that walks in those doors. I live 35 minutes from the clinic but its worth the drive. I would choose the Akron VA over the Canton VA any day.

I have been going here for 8years and never had an issue and if I ever did the staff where there to help me. Comquest saved my life and I would recommend it to anyone! When getting help there are certian things you have to do and sometimes they are not comfortable for you. With medications i have never had one issue, the doctors are NOT quick to get you off, they always have told me whenever your comfortable, I told them I will be on this for life, they told me no problem. Thank god for this program cause it gave me, my life back and I am able to enjoy my son and wife and have a family and build back what addiction took from me and conquest and its staff where the people there for me.

The Ravenna VA Outpatient Clinic is a GREAT place to be a member of. I have never had to wait for a visit for more than 30 minutes. The Doctors are the best at this clinic. Dr B and Dr F are the best! I had Dr. B as my family physician at University Hospital in Ravenna for 3 years before he joined the VA staff which is next door to the VA clinic. He is an extremely intelligent Doctor and goes out of his way to be professional and dig into what might be causing any discomfort for you.
I had an emergency problem, called the clinic and was assigned to Dr. F. in 2 hours who I never had contact with before the call. It turns out that he was also a carbon copy of Dr. B. Great listener and got right to a diagnosis of my problem and set me up with a quick procedure at the Hospital.
The staff is also the best. Everyone that I have had contact with is very friendly and dedicated to their job.
I have nothing but the highest opinion of the Ravenna clinic!

The horizon house helped save my life. The staff here is absolutely incredible they were always there for me when I needed help or someone to talk to. Chris is an incredible caring man. Melissa and Tracy were always so sweet, kind, helpful and uplifting. The facilitators Rob, Shiann, Maddie, Charisma, Hazel were great teachers with alot of advice. Kristen the case manager was truly an inspiration along with a few others. The general staff were always there to talk to if needed. I will always have a place in my heart for this staff. A huge thank you to Ashlee, Keia, Sharon and Natalie yall were a big part of my success at the house and I will forever be thankful to have met you all. If you need help with addiction do not be afraid to reach out to townhall 2 and get the help you need. These negative comments are probably people who didnt truly want the help. Most individuals seeking counseling support, any form of adiction accredited counselors are available, very friendly experience, great support staff! No reason someone cant find the help he or she needs, very professional staff ready to figure our the best approach plan for every individual case!! I want to thank everyone at canton outpatient! My husband is Vietnam veteran and been going since 2014 and still going there ! They all have treated me and my husband very friendly, professional and not afraid to smile or give a laugh ! He is seen for different reasons! One time I didn’t agree with a blood sugar specialist but he got changed and has been great ever since, has had issues with his eyes and he can see again! I’ve always felt they have went above and beyond how they take care of him ! Vets have helped us so much we appreciate them all ! They don’t hesitate on doing anything with my husband!
