Being a client at Paramount Recovery Centers, makes me feel dignified and like I have hope. The staff here are absolutely amazing and are willing to go to any length to help in any way they can. From the BHT's to the therapist even going all the way to the top. Everyone who works here has everyone's best interest at heart and it shows with every interaction you'll have. All in all I'd highly recommend PRC to anyone who struggles with substance abuse or mental health.

What a life changing experience! I have too many good things to say to list them all here. The buildings and the grounds are new and well maintained. The staff are all wonderful and go above and beyond for every client. I got to see first hand how hard everyone, frome the cleaning staff on up to the directors how hard they work for us and how much they care. The clinical staff are so knowledgeable and caring. I felt like everyone there was working on all my issues with such a drive and the highest level of competency. The recovery specialists do a food job of fostering a positive and safe group culture. I was especially impressed with Katie, who's commitment to the clients was demonstrated daily by her caring, upbeat, positive nature and willingness to go above and beyond for every client, all day, everyday. A big thank you to Katie and to Rose, Erin, Nikki and all the others who helped me change my life so drastically for the better in such a short 28 days. This is a wonderful detox and treatment center! They will get you sober and give you the tools and resources that you’ll need to stay sober. Kind, caring, knowledgeable people (Case Managers, Recovery Specialists, nurses, food service staff, cleaning staff), nice, clean facilities, good food! Couldn’t ask for more. The folks at NERC truly care about you and your recovery. Special shout-out to Case Managers Sara, Tara, Brittany, Grace and Diana, as well as Recovery Specialists Pam, Gretchen, Danny, Nikki, Nikyrah, Esmeralda, Lauren, and all others whom I haven’t mentioned by name. Rose is an amazing family therapist. There are a lot of great, caring folks working here who truly want to help you! They also offer free, confidential family support through their Magnolia program. I was thoroughly impressed with the care and compassion of the staff in the detox program. The nurses were very supportive and helpful were always available to answer questions and make sure I was comfortable as could be during a low point in my life. The facility was amazing and extremely clean. If I had one negative thought it would be the food it could definitely use an overhaul but other then that was an awesome experience for a tough time in my life and will be forever grateful!!!!

Came off 170 mgs of methadone without any major problems. I slept, ate, and was overall content. Nursing and tech staff made the stay what it should be. I’m not really a taker but sometimes a smile from a random staff would get me out of the funk. They reduced my methadone 10mg a day from 170 until 20mg. I thought I would feel awful at 20 but the only problem I had was high blood pressure and sweating. All symptoms I could deal with. It’s detox! You’re not going to like everything about it!
Atlanta, Mark, Christine, Joe, JAMIE! No techs or nurses ever made me feel like I was a bother. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get off a substance. Especially methadone, in I feel 1000 times better without that crap in my body. I live in NJ, only one place would take my ins. The rest would only detox from methadone of a 30-40mg dose. Sunrise did not rush me and kept their word I wouldn’t receive surprise bills. They even didn’t bill me for things they should have. Shortly before I went there I was on a ventilator. I am Doing the work but this place helped get me across the line. If you complain here it’s your addiction talking. Has your addiction ever been correct with advice? Great place!

Been on liquid handcuffs for 3+ years finally starting to decrease my dose, this place saved my life they’re awesome and don’t treat you like an addict. My only complaint is they should make it easier for take homes. I don’t understand why they don’t give everyone 1 weeks worth and if the patient messes up then take them off. I feel like if I git take homes right away I could have winged myself off. Because yes Dr’s know a lot and a lot more than me but I know for a fact I know my body better than any doctor. Had a six day visit on the 4th floor. The groups were productive and helpful. The mental health support team was very thuro. I wasn't a fan of the food or lack of cleanliness in group bathrooms. The nursing assistants were hit or miss based on engagement and cell phone usage. The facility should put a policy in place removing cell phones from the floor. If our disabled veterans can't use their own phones, why should we / they constantly see the floors "care team" on theirs.

Physically the Brockton VA is extremely easy to reach, right off Rt 24. Traffic light right at the entrance so you don't need to fight or race other drivers.
Loads of parking at any major care building, to include one handicapped lot adjacent to building 3 [main care facility].

I finally registered for VA Healthcare and with some doubt, made an appointment for a physical. I was completely surprised and impressed with the whole experience. The staff was knowledable, friendly and showed concern. They were all articulate and spent considerable time with me. The facility was clean and modern. I had a follow up with the Pharmacist to go over my meds and same thing, she was wonderful. I am now using the VA for my primary care. Thank you for making me feel welcome.

June of this year I went to the er at the w. Roxbury va hospital with issue with my feet. Come to find out if had diabetic related issues that resulted in me becoming a double amputee. The Dr's and nurses took great care of me. I'm still going through the healing process, but everything is going great. I have had a great experience with the va hospital.

We are from CT & My boyfriend went in for stomach surgery at the West Roxbury campus & as family members, we were housed in the Fisher House. Just have to say how absolutely stunning that place is. Clean, accommodating, fully stocked kitchen, the house manager was just an absolute Gem. We can’t thank the VA enough for allowing me to be by my boyfriend’s side, free of charge, while he went through this. It really helps relieve a costly burden.
The hospital & hospital staff were all great as well. We were helped by two older gentlemen at the front desk as soon as we entered who were just two rays of bright, sunny sunshine on a cloudy morning. all other staff was helpful, kind, & attentive as well.
As far as the hospital its self goes, the hallway bathrooms really need some attention. I’m sure some are cleaner than others, but oh boy…..
I also got stuck in an elevator by myself for about 4 minutes, never been so scared lol
All in all, The positives outweigh the bad ones here, so a 5star review from us !

I’ve been here for 15 plus years and my counselor Paul goes above and beyond for his patients. Most of the staff has been here for years and they’re great. If you follow the rules and keep your head down, mind your buisness you’ll have no issues with this place… some people have complaints but those are usually the people who do whatever they want and tend to forget how lucky we are to have this place. The photos aren’t from this clinic. I don’t know what clinic those are from. It’s a clean place though and constantly updated.

I’m never one to leave a review but doctor Catherine is an absolute angel. My 1 year old spiked a fever of 103 and he is the most social baby ever. Still managed to be in a good mood and wave and talk to everyone lol but to assess him is complicated to say the least. Dr Catherine was so patient and kind, even let the baby play with her stethoscope to distract him. She addressed our concerns was quick and painless!
Not only was she an excellent doctor but an incredible human being.
As parents we were so grateful for being handled with the most professionalism and kindness possible.
