I just want to sincerely say Thank you, to the bunch at Milestones. Jaylen Jimenez is the go to person for the house if you have any concerns or goals you what to achieve without anything holding you back don't hesitate to talk to Jaylen. The staff at Milestones were open minded to my concerns with the addiction and mental illness combined to help me be aware of some of the reasons for my addiction . This programs will focus on how and what COPING SKILLS are and how they can help or assist you with some of your underlying issues.Which made me a be self-aware of my environment I was surrounding myself in or what was brought on within my gene pool that i was diagnosed with. Therefore, understanding how to use coping skills came daily a routine I utilized to make me stronger individual to battle any triggers that I'll experience with the hear and now. A trigger is anything that you remember from your past that either brings a memory to have been negative or positive. It's what you do to process those memories and give them acknowledgement but do not let them affect you so you can't move forward. With the time you have to put 100% into your treatment plan and the 100% from the staff will give you the reinsurance that you can give fine detail to your mental thought process Which can take sometime so settle in with Milestones to overcome any battles you may be facing! My daughter gave birth to a beautiful baby girl at lake region fergus falls. In healthcare myself, I was very impressed with the OB service here. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive putting my daughter at ease. Loved the experienced perspective from Hannah and Patti. Loved the energy brought by the newer nurse from Georgia. Midwife Heather was absolutely amazing, supporting my daughter's desire for a VBAC yet ensuring the safety of both momma and baby. Her bedside manner was amazing. She put as much control as possible in my daughter's hands and supported her birth wishes. I am surprised and thankful this type of birthing service is so close to home and right in fergus.

Dr. Money saved my life. There were so many beautiful people in my case that I have to give credit to, but without Dr. Money, I wouldn’t have had a chance. I was transferred to Essencia Health in Fargo where they airlifted me to the U in St. Paul. They asked me if I wanted DNR, cpr, or all the bells and whistles. Would have never had a chance without Dr. Money. I owe him and so many my life. Thanks again for EVERYTHING 🥲

My experience over the past 5 years has been mostly POSITIVE. I personally believe active involvement in therapy given my chronic conditions of Bi-polar and Anxiety are critical to my coping and overall management of these diagnoses. Medication management and FINDING the BEST medication can be a challenging and overwhelming situation not to mention some of the side effects. I couldn't begin to tell you how many and how long before finding what medications worked, my "life savers" as I often say. I wouldn't be here today if I hadn't had support from my therapists during what I call being a "gueina pig". My point here is through the years (30), I have had many experiences and many psychiatrists and psychologists, and therapist. Northern Pines, Julie Hoyt is a diamond in the rough and I use this phrase as we all know how "rough" the area of mental health is and the tough roads endured. I am so blessed to have found Julie when I moved to MN 5 years ago. I tell her all the time that she can't ever retire! She is God's gift to me and this profession. Thank you Julie. Also, Joanne and the front desk schedulers are always most helpful. Happy retirement to Joanne. Sadly, the CNP who prescribed my medication left some time ago. That was difficult dealing with replacing my medication needs as no available backup to handle all the needs. Having a plan in place and hiring additional Medicare eligible therapists are my only recommendations. As much as I don't want Julie to EVER retire, it would be wise to have an additional Medicare eligible therapist. Overall, I give you 5 stars, or should I say I give Julie 5+ stars. I will keep on shining or know that on those days of darkness, Julie will help me realize I'll shine another day. Thank you for having such an amazing therapist on your staffing team and on my continuing care team. Let's all cheer, "Julie your the best, Julie your the best, Because Julie your the best, you can't retire n rest.". Ha! Oh I should say by no means has Julie mentioned retiring, it's all coming from my head. Everyone please Keep Yourself Healthy and Erase the Stigma! Remember therapists are ALWAYS there, find yours that fits!

I had an appointment today for an operation at the Sanford South University Medical Center. The CNA Erin was very kind. The doctor, Amna Masood was so sweet and personable, and answered my question directly. The anesthisiologist was moving more rapidly than my pace, but hey, we all have our own speed; she was professional and courteous. The registered nurses had good bedside manners. Next time I will make a point to remember their names. Not many photos this time, since I was unconscious, Lol.

I was cutting tree limb at about 12' on a ladder. the limb was another 12-14' above head I was using a pole saw. the limb approximately 30 ' long and 10" in diameter broke off perfectly as far as placement away from the house it was over and between the vehicles parked adjacent. I failed to see the possibility that none of its branches would break. they did not. so it never settled out to the ground. the end went straight down like it folded in half. and then the placement of the cut above me, up and to the right. fell directly the angle I had positioned myself on the ladder. I didn't notice it as I was watching the end fall. I moved last second when I realized it was upon me. about took my ear off. knocked me unconscious and freefall off the ladder. the force found me landing right arm initiating contact and then side of my head . as I was rotating like a cartwheel. I was found 15 -20 ' from the ladder which was secured and tied off. I landed on the cement sidewalk. I was unconscious for up to 20minutes. I don't recall anything until after the ambulance ride and at my towns local hospital. awesome job by first responders, the couple that found me and called it in. and Wheaton Minnesota hospital. my surgeon at Sanford is a wizard! the wrist was so dislocated and shattered the X-rays look like a mouth with most teeth gone and no recognizable lips or structural consistency resembling a mouth. just had my 2nd surgery to remove plate and pins and I honestly am working and am confident I can return to the oilfield anytime. and I am supposed to have 3 plus months of physical therapy. and the injury has a year long healing timetable. this was July 5.. I had a little bleeding on my brain and was checked by a neurologist to get approved before surgery. I check in on line show up early and am often done within 10 minutes of my scheduled start time. every single person I encounter there is awesome. efficient, professional and helpful. I have had a significant amount of injuries and they have never been this hassle free. so thankful! very impressed. shout out the unbelievably talented Dr. Erpleding!

Both of my kiddos see Melissa Fairchild. She is hands down the best Dr. I have had for my kids. I have went through a couple different Doctors that wouldn't listen to me or my kiddos about how they felt on different medications or how they felt in general. Melissa m Fairchild has been for the last 3yrs managing myself and my 2 now almost 10yrs old girls meds for our ADHD and other mental health disorders and I honestly couldn't express how much she has helped all 3 of us providing us with meds that not only have helped us stay on track at school and work . I’ve been here for 6 years and I’m on my way tapering down with the program but I just had to leave a review because there’s a reason BHG Brainerd is ranked one of if not the highest MAT clinic. They care. Sounds corny but they do. I could have failed multiple times but they don’t even let that enter your head. The lines are quick ( unless coming back from a holiday or if you get there in the morning right when they open) for the most part there quick. Counselors that they have care and the phase up’s can be quick depending on you. If you pass your monthly UAs then you will be at once a week in no time. This is the best place in Minnesota.

Chelsea is an amazing therapist. She is able to listen to you and validate you while still keeping the class on track and running. She actually teaches many valuable skills that help and are really needed to succeed. She listens to where you are at mentally that day and goes to your level to help you learn as much as possible. This is the best treatment I've ever received, I'm very satisfied and recovered from my pain. The nurses and techs in the adolescent unit are very loving and caring. They actually helped me and lowered my chances of harming myself in HUGE amounts. My severe anxiety was really improved within TWO WEEKS. Depression went down and I was comfy being there and opening up to nurses, techs and psych doctor is comfortable and helpful. When my mental health needs care for, I would usually come back within a year because it takes a long time for my mental health to get bad whenever I come out of that place but when I find out that im going there whenever my mental health gets bad again I get really happy because I get help and comfortable treatment there. To the nurses and techs I really love you guys and you all provide the NO. 1 treatment here. Really great hospital and would recommend

Chelsie, who leads the program, is an absolute standout professional. Holding a Master’s in Counseling, her expertise and clinical skill are evident, but what truly sets her apart is her genuine heart and deep concern for everyone in her care. She brings a unique sense of curiosity to every session—a curiosity driven by a sincere desire to understand you on a deeper level. Because she approaches everything with that pure curiosity, there is never any room for judgment in her presence. You feel safe, heard, and seen for who you truly are. The environment overall is incredibly chill, supportive, and grounded. The staff and fellow group members are so kind, creating a community where healing feels entirely natural.
