Even when I messed up and missed open enrollment, they still worked with me without insurance... i was so worried but everyone reassured me that they would find a way to help me here and they did. I called 988 in July 2024, and they sent 2 regular people to just talk to me. They did not judge or tell me what to do, they listened and were able to get me out of the living environment that was making my grief from my sweet baby brother’s suicide so much worse. I’ve been homeless and was DONE soI took half a bottle of blood pressure pills. Crazy thing because I didn’t even get a good night sleep. So then I was assigned a case worker who was a regular person going to college to get his degree in counseling, who would come and pick me up, take me to my appointments and take me to the pharmacy. It was amazing and it’s because for once I was SHOWN my life was worth living, clearly something my own family would never do. I’ve been at this clinic almost a year and now my social security will finally go through in a few months. They even helped me do my application and soon I will have my own income and will never need help from any family ever again, and THAT feels great. I’m healing a little and none of this could have happened without MHMR. I’m just so grateful & this place does great work if you’re very direct and honest about what you need. BEST PLACE EVER. I have tried various other doctors/clinics and none of them even begin to compare to this one. The staff here is absolutely amazing. I can’t even make a single complaint. Dr Son is the best as well. He explains everything and you truly feel like he understands you. I can proudly say this, this place saved my life. If you or someone you know needs help getting off opiates do it right the first time and come here. You won’t be disappointed. If you are specifically struggling with fentanyl please don’t waste your time with other ways. I have tried 6 other methods from lazer therapy to having the earpiece to suboxone. Methadone is the key to our current fentanyl crisis. This clinic makes recovery possible again!

I use to go to denton clinic last year and even years ago and I was honestly struggling very hard to keep up with payments and Im not here to bash... I blame myself for not communicating better. At the time I was forced to leave my denton home and stay with family in the colony and had to drive every day Mon thru Fri to denton. I finally tried looking for some place closer and thank the Lord He led me here. I called and they asked about insurance which I gave all my info about. I seriously had doubts that it would be of any help. Years ago methadone wasnt covered easily by insurance... But they made my day when they told me yep they take my insurance which is through marketplace. AND I would not have to pay anything out of pocket!! I was singing and dancing. Been here ever since. Even when I messed up and missed open enrollment, they still worked with me without insurance... i was so worried but everyone reassured me that they would find a way to help me here and they did. Everyone is SO NICE also. Love it here.

I absolutely love this place from the front staff all the way to the back staff. Everybody is so amazing and so kind. The office manager helped me find a location where I could get my dose since I missed it on Saturday and I was so grateful for him to reach out because I finally got my dose I needed Because THEY CARE! This place was a huge game changer for my husband. He was really struggling with alcoholism when he arrived. Everyone was kind, honest, and patient. He stayed the whole 90 days and still wasn’t ready to leave, he loved it so much. He found peace in himself here. We were recommended to Touchstone by a friend and we tell everyone who asks about Touchstone what a difference it made for my husband. He had attended other rehabs in the past but no where else made a difference. Touchstone will not only change the life of the addict but the life of those that love them as well.

HSR partners with the client on a journey whether it is for mental health, trauma or addictive patterns. Just because someone goes to treatment does not mean they are ready for it. We are often there at our lowest moments and unhealthy. There is agency on the client to embrace their own journey. What I like the most about the HSR curriculum is that it is diverse. They are not endoctrinated to one model as one model does not fit all. They introduce you to many tools so we can pick the ones that serve each of us. We also know that if a tool stops working for us, there are others out there. Recovery is a journey. Not a destination.

When I referred one of my clients to treatment, he replied, “I’ve sent my wife to these places before. They take my money and do nothing, but I get to tell my friends I tried. She needs healing, not this.” I understand where he’s coming from as I’ve read similar stories in the media. HOWEVER, those experiences are the exact OPPOSITE of the care given at Healing Springs Ranch. I’ve had the joy and honor of getting to know Rachel and Melissa the last two years. I’ve heard how they talk about the business after hours and I've seen the work they put in to make HSR amazing. They are creative in their programming, dedicated to their clients, and committed to doing the right thing. You’re not there to play on your phone and do your own thing. This ain’t Celebrity Rehab. Their program goes beyond the addiction and drills down to the trauma that caused the addiction. When that trauma is explored, understood, and healed, a new, healthy lifestyle begins. It’s amazing (and hard not to cry) when you see a family member hug these two women and says, “You gave me my son back”. If your family is ready, Healing Springs Ranch is your greatest hope.

They would not approve my Zepbound shot for 3 weeks so I gained 40 pounds in 41 days. I went from 200 pounds when I went in to 240 pounds when I was finally able to check after I left. They have a habit of taking forever and dragging their feet when it comes to approving anything medically necessary outside of their prescribed regimen. But, that's really my main complaint with the facility. Otherwise, the staff and community is very nice.

I went to pick up medicine for a friend of mine, I have never been there before, so I go around back and park and the sign said... Come inside lobby. The door looked like a back door that the employees use. So I go around front, go inside and tell them what I'm there for. And she laughs and said it's around back. I said oh ok, the sign meant for me to go I side that back door. As I'm leaving I can hear her laughing and saying... Oh my god ! Made me feel like I was stupid or something. She could have waiting at least until I was out of ear shot !!

In 2011 I went through treatment twice in one summer. The 1st time I completed it but wasn't committed and was back the next month. The 2nd time I was all in and worked the program to the fullest. I was clean for 12 years. I also had 3 family members who attended the treatment center and were a success. This place was awesome. However, after 12 years, I recently had a 2 yr relapse and decided I needed help. I knew the place to go. The only problem is I called and called and called and any number I could find apparently was not Summer Sky or it appeared it no longer existed (even through Facebook). This was so disappointing. I chose a different place closer to home and left early during the detox phase because I needed the structure that Summer Sky provided at that time. Not sure what is going on but if there is a next time for me, I sure hope there is a better way to contact them.

Every one here is SO NICE! I was looking forward to finally meeting a doctor who could help me. Well, when I met Dr. Dinghra through an iPad and only saw her eyes and nothing more, it felt extremely impersonal. I gave the doctor the benefit of the doubt. As we proceeded to talk she began interrupting me and even worse he started subtly insulting. Complete lack of empathy throughout. She only had his eyes in the frame I had no idea who I was even talking to. I could barely understand her but I definitely understood the insults. She should be fired IMMEDIATELY. Update: The director switched me doctors to Reddy and she was by far way better than Dangra. She is very nice and listened to me.

If it weren’t for MHMR, I wouldn’t be alive today. They have saved my life! Maybe my situation is just different?! I called 988 in July 2024, and they sent 2 regular people to just talk to me. They did not judge or tell me what to do, they listened and were able to get me out of the living environment that was making my grief from my sweet baby brother’s suicide so much worse. I’ve been homeless and was DONE soI took half a bottle of blood pressure pills. Crazy thing because I didn’t even get a good night sleep. So then I was assigned a case worker who was a regular person going to college to get his degree in counseling, who would come and pick me up, take me to my appointments and take me to the pharmacy. It was amazing and it’s because for once I was SHOWN my life was worth living, clearly something my own family would never do. I’ve been at this clinic almost a year and now my social security will finally go through in a few months. They even helped me do my application and soon I will have my own income and will never need help from any family ever again, and THAT feels great. I’m healing a little and none of this could have happened without MHMR. I’m just so grateful & this place does great work if you’re very direct and honest about what you need.

All the homeless around make it a little sketchy sometimes but it's next to 2 homeless shelters. Everyone there is very nice tho.

My son recently went there !! Sure wish they would have put him here in the beginning of his sentence!! He spent 6 months in Kyle correctional center!!! This place has a much better program and the nicest employees!!!! He has 2 months here and the short time he's been there I can already see a difference in him !!!!

I was here in a short stay in July-september of 2020. Under COVID it was frustrating and very very diluted. It's a co-ed facility and they do NOT allow fraternizing. But yet I have met my partner for life. We do not recommend to take the chances and risks involved but man I'm happy we did. We credit, Cindy, Wycliffe, Ali, Annie, and the other staff members there. Without their strict policing we probably wouldn't have been so strong today.

I can't say enough about this place they helped my stepson out a lot he was there for 3 months, I just wish they were accepting people right now but there under remodeling, update:what I was told they are not longer accepting people the owner wants to.close.

Good addiction programs for adults. Christine, Dee, Gina, and Kim are great therapists that actually care about the clients. The medical staff are nice. No facility is perfect, but this place is good and I personally recommend it.

As of now there’s only 1 nurse working & she’s doing a great job! The rest of the staff is great aswell and have always been very helpful if I’ve ever needed anything. To the one nurse that’s by herself, I feel bad for her but she’s doing what she can to make sure everyone gets taken care of & she’s doing an awesome job of it.

I absolutely love this clinic. They are so nice. This clinic has done everything possible to make the closing of my old clinic 4 yrs ago, so it was seemless and easy. I have stayed because I am completely comfortable. The counselors are so wonderful and nice. The cost is typical. They are even accepting Medicaid and Medicare. I am so happy I was able to transfer. I think I like this clinic the best out of the 3 others I have been to. Thank you Denton Treatment Services. You have been so wonderful.
