I am truly thankful for the Serenity Center in Plainview. The program helped me with hurts and hangups that I carried from my addiction. I am more confident in my recovery emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. The staff treated my daughter and I with the upmost respect and loved US every step of the 90 days. If you are a struggling mother they offer a women's and children's program, THAT WORKS! Thank you with all my heart. I now have a stronger bond with my family and children. The counselors a some staff members have been in our shoes. They know what addictions do to us 1st hand. I loved that about it , because they really can help you through it.. The recovery coach Ms. Dee is awesome! If you need treatment I would go there.

Been to the ER multiple times for stones in my cystic and common bile duct; finally had my gallbladder removed. The Day Surgery Team were absolutely exceptional, professional, warm and kind. It can be un-nerving going in surgery and they were the best team one could have had. They are simply the best care givers I have ever been in the company of. Now the ER team, especially at nights were absolutely awful. It was as though they were angry at me for inconveniencing them and minimized my emergency. I always dread when I have to go to the ER.,

I'm staying at the domestic violence shelter in Amarillo Texas most staff is very nice and caring about people they helped me with getting safety and transportation my only problem is that if women are in the office staff doesn't run them out and back out and back 5 times but as soon as I need help they're getting my bus ticket they are making me come to the office leave the office come in the office multiple times I still don't know what is going on

This place saved my life!!! I was going through treatment here and then I unexpectedly moved back to Dallas. I was unable to get into a clinic there for reasons unrelated to WTCR. I relapsed and I knew that I needed to get back to Amarillo and back into "my clinic" here. I did everything I could to try to get me and my dog back to Amarillo. 7 very long months passed and I was desperate and ready to give up when a ride back to Amarillo found me. Me and my dog arrived back in Amarillo around 2 am. We had no place to go and no one knew that we were coming back. I was there when they unlocked the door. I told them of the dreams I'd had about being back here inside this building and how happy I was until I woke up and it had only been a dream. I would be heartbroken and just bawling. I had come to the clinic hoping to get an appointment for intake. I never thought I would be taken in that very moment, yet I was. I thank God for these people each and every day!!! I have met and made friends with some of the most amazing people!!! I have had my hopes restored! If you are in need of help this is the best place to begin. Everyone here whether it's staff or client is happy to offer encouragement. This place saved not only my life but untold countless other lives as well.

I went to Dove Tree Oct 21st 2024. I was a serious alcoholic for over 26 years. I have been sober ever since that day. It will be 2 years soon. They helped me so much. I did the 6 week recovery plan. I am blessed the DTR helped be become the best version of my self. Thank you for helping me get my life back. If you are considering rehab this is the place to go. I have been in rehab several times in Houston - from trashy to Bougie - and The Ranch at Dove Tree is by a Millenia Far and Above any other Recovery experience I’ve ever had!!! The Staff are impeccable - From the CEO to the guys keeping the grounds - are Experienced in Addiction/Alcoholism because most of them have been there! They care from a place of knowing and understanding. My counselor, Katrina, is an Exceptional and Dynamic force in my recovery foundation! Josh is my first TAC Group leader - and I don’t think anyone could have impacted me in this type of forum as has he with his leadership, background and compassion! The RA’s are more than kind, professional and courteous-they are real people who get it! Fire Sky Recovery is a beautiful place out in the country, with peaceful surroundings. The facility is very comfortable, with beautiful furniture and Tempur-Pedic mattresses that make the rooms feel like home. There’s a TV in every room with Netflix, Hulu, Prime and cable, which makes it easy to relax and feel comfortable during your downtime. The classroom is comfortable and inviting, and the teachers are excellent. The teaching and classes have been an important part of my 30-day recovery and have given me the opportunity to learn, reflect, and focus on making positive changes. I also really appreciate having groceries and the things we need available. It makes the experience much more comfortable and allows you to concentrate on your recovery. I want to give special thanks to Robin, Erin, Madison, Laura, Bre, Dan, and the amazing marriage and family therapist Heather, for everything they have done and for the support they have provided during my time here.Their efforts have made a real difference in my experience. Overall, Fire Sky Recovery has provided me with a beautiful, comfortable, and supportive environment. I’m very grateful for my 30 days here and would definitely recommend Fire Sky Recovery a 5 star to anyone who is serious about recovery.

George Mburi should not be allowed to work in the position he is in. All he does is say the same things over and over again. He doesn't know his patients at all. Chad Beavers is the same. I was being treated for symptoms caused by my somatic ocd which Chad Beavers and Laura Settlage told me that I didn’t have. It started out okay because the meds helped my symptoms but I just lay on my couch all day due to my depression. I wanted to try a medication specifically prescribed for ocd but they wanted to put me on antipsychotics instead so I asked to be discharged. These people should not be allowed to practice medicine or give any kind of advice to anyone . The state board needs to revoke their license and close this place down.

I can't begin to express enough gratitude here on this small form! From the doctors, to the CNAs, kitchen staff, and group leaders...these people care! They changed all my meds and even had a cardiologist NP that changed, and added heart/bp meds. I had special needs for my diet, and the kitchen staff was awesome! Pre-op has to be the friendliness and caring staff at the hospital. They answer any concerns without you feeling like a baby. They make you smile, no matter how nervous you may be. Thank you for all you do. You can tell easily it's more than just a job to them. My favorites are TV, Trey and Amanda. There's several others, but these are the ones who always go above and beyond. Outstanding Facility Pete has to be one if the most Amazing men I have met in Recovery and there too help if They Took insurance I would deff be there or back there instead of A State fundrd facility that is trash (Sunrise Canyon ) . But Would recomend this place to anyone even if they dont have insurance . There kind understanding and Support and Sympothize with All, Dr Gore is an Outstanding Doctor.
