I know Amarillo Recovery Center is a supportive place for men who want to remain sober and be with others who have gone through the same challenges in life.

I'm not happy with the flow by past...and my addiction..Bob has known my parents to since they wasteenagwrs.

This place was a real godsend. They really helped out my family. My mother-in-law was in a real bad place before. At the other place they were doing nothing when we switched her everything was like night and day. With the adjustment of her medication and the great staff and care they took. Thank you.

Freedom Behavioral Health took good care of our family member during March 2021 and got his dementia medication adjusted so that he now has much better quality to his life. Yes, it was difficult to not visit him during the 2 weeks he was there, but we were able to talk to the staff on a daily basis and received very detailed updates from them. The nurses were very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate, and Dr. Ryder was very effective in evaluating our family member's dementia and treating it successfully. Our family member has been successfully living in a memory care home for the past 2 months, and we all feel like we owe a big "Thank You" to Freedom Behavioral Health for helping him get to this point.

I'm really thankful that we have a wonderful VA clinic and branches here in Lawton. It's the best thing for veterans in texhoma area. I have yet to find a reason to complain 😃 The staff is great, the service is marvelous and the environment is Veterans friendly 🥰

Needed assistance for my father in law to get his heart medicine after he moved, I was immediately helped and they acted quickly to get his meds over nighted with refills. Jennifer was awesome in giving her time and effort to make this happen!

I retired from Ft Sill and stayed in Lawton for 2 years after I retired from 2021-2023. Moved to Dallas then I realized I spoiled I were from Lawton. Ft. Sill is not bad at all. I miss this hospital

Thanks to them I got my brother back from almost 12 years in addiction. I thought we had lost him forever. Only God knows his reasons, thankfully we have a 2nd chance with him. Thanks Hope Center!! ♥️

This place sucks people who work there treat the people like there nobody’s just because we are ex druggies been clean 8?months supposed start your steps after 3 months but just because your ex druggie act like your a nobody if you can get treatment somewhere I would only reason I’m still there cus closest to where I’m from next place is 5 hours and I’m still thinking about going

I need to rate a perfect ten honestly. The staff here as well as the Dr. go well above caring. The utmost respect and care I have experienced from everyone here. They will always care and truly give their all when it comes to patients. I truly want to thank all of the staff and doctor the Councelors and nurse for their professionalism as well as the care they give. I don’t feel like a patient, they make me feel like family. I love them all. The receptionist is always friendly as well with a smile every time. He’s great as well thank you. I will recommend and have recommended already to anyone in need of honest caring loving staff here. Thank you all so much and GOD BLESS YOU ALL!

I have been at New Hope Recovery for one year and my experience in this place has been amazing! I have been able to see how the lives of the people have changed, if it were not for them, I would probably be lamenting in jail.

I brought my daughter in when she asked for help. They saw her that day and set her up with a social worker of sorts. This person promised to be there for her and help her learn how to cope. She saw her three times, randomly, and never took the time to actually get to know her to help her. The counselor they got her with, six weeks after her first visit, for a 30 minute zoom call. She asked her over and over how she felt and if she felt like hurting herself. There was no actual therapy. The last time she had an appointment, they called my 14 year old on her phone at school, something she was uncomfortable with. So I called to get her appointment info and they told me I was not allowed to know anything because she's old enough to make her own decisions. 14!? Now we are a year later and she is worse than before and no one seems to care because she hasn't actually hurt herself yet. Horrible.

Excellent center for not only mental illness but addiction. Got me stabilized instead of pills with ups and downs.

If anyone needs help with food, finances, housing, or other day to day needs, then the Coalition is where to go for assistance. Many local citizens help to organize and administer the many services. If they don't have what you need help with, many will go above and beyond to help Liberal's families and individuals. They have a wide range of information and resources meant to help anyone in need. They are a tremendous blessing!!

After a tragic experience. I had no money to cover for my medicine. I had to call Kansas coalition. They not only cover for my medicine, but I met Susan which is the greatest. Thank you for the support and help. Reach out if you need help it's okay.

I love shopping at the Super Thrift. The gentleman that work there are kind . I can see the hope in their eyes and in the way they present themselves. Recovery and healing can be overwhelming but they walk in hope and it’s evident. ( “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind “ 2 Timothy 1:7 ) What an amazing ministry! I pray often for this ministry and those so blessed to be a part of this mission . Remember In your temptation God will always provide a safe place, know your safe place … run don’t walk when you need to take refuge … Gods word tells us he[God] will never leave nor forsake us! I grew up in Compton, California, searching for acceptance and belonging. I found it in the gang lifestyle, living as a gangbanger and hustler. I had no remorse, no hope, and nearly lost my life when I was shot in the head during a gang fight. Instead of prison, I was sent to Teen Challenge. Two weeks into the program, I surrendered my life to Christ. While there, I discovered a passion for creating art with my hands. Today, I walk in complete restoration something I could never have achieved on my own. God has not only restored my life but has given me more than I could have ever imagined.

Great experience people were great

This is a very old facility, in fact the oldest mental health facility in the state. If you’re struggling, but afraid to take that first step to help yourself, you’ve nothing to fear here. Yes, it is restrictive. No phones and no smoking, etc. However, those are measures that actually help you to cope with your mind and body, maybe for the first time in a long time. The staff of nurses, therapists, doctors and techs are the most loving people I’ve ever met. They saved my life. I had not eaten or slept for months, struggling to cope with a physical illness that is killing me, and a mind fracturing under the pressure of it all. I leaned into it all, and let them save me. And they did. Food I could tolerate, fresh and plentiful was served to me by kitchen staff that care and nurture, without judgment. I was given medication that helped me to finally sleep, really rest. I was given every opportunity to share and find comfort in my pain, both with the staff and with the other clients there, themselves as scared as I was. Today I am home and so grateful for my life and the VERY last line of people willing to stand up for and with me, and advocate for my physical and emotional worth. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are forever kept safely in it. Clint, Tyra, Moriam, Stephanie, Linda, Logan, Abby, Emily, Megan, Dr. Reeder and Dr. Cunningham, the intake and kitchen staff, and finally to Troy. Who watched me move and learn to be at peace with my body, in its weakened and depressed state. The sun is still on my face, the wind at my back now, thank you all.
