This is where my sobriety journey began, though I did not complete my month here and stay sober I have now been sober for two and a half years and I would love to work for these guys one day.

The staff is all amazing

I was in Acqua October 2024 and the staff was amazing. They listened to what the clients had to say. The one thing Acqua offered that not a lot of the other places did is dual diagnosis. Not only do they treat addiction but the helped me get on meds that worked for me. I loved that I didnt get the 12 steps shoved down my throat. I liked my counselors and the staff helped me get everything lined out to go home in another state. I'm been sober for 9 months now.

My loved one came in Nov 23 and left in Feb 24. If you’re loved one struggles with addiction and is looking for hope this is place to go!!! I did a family week around Christmas. I will tell you that it was an enlightening experience for me. The lectures were amazing, family systems is by far my favorite. I opened my mind to concepts and thoughts I had been unwilling to look at for decades. Thank you!

What an incredible journey recovery has been! I came to this place—and wow, I’ve never experienced anything so beautiful in my life. The people who work here are truly extraordinary—so kind, compassionate, and full of love. Honestly, they feel like angels walking among us. I’ve never felt so deeply cared for and loved by people who didn’t even know me.

Pinnacle Recover is amazing. All of the staff go over the top to meet your expectations. The program gives you everything you need to achieve your goals and gives you all the tools you need to help you in recovery. The food is outstanding, Chef Ed is so compassionate about his cooking. I've never had a well balanced diet as good as it was at Pinnacle. The activities you get to enjoy are so much fun. Sober softball, hiking, bowling, batting cages, ice baths, open mic night are some of my favorites. The facility is more than adequate, its an amazing house that is filled with comfort. Overall, Pinnacle has changed my life in so many positive ways. I feel as if my life is starting over and I get the opportunity to be happy again. Shout out to Katie my therapist for all the help and knowledge she has given me. I'm ready to go out into the world and face all the challenges it brings head on. Thank you Pinnacle!!

This was one of the best recovery facilities, faculty, amazing and amazing views. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

The Chateau has been instrumental in my growth and continued recovery. The staff and therapists humanized my experience from day one, providing a safe and supportive space where I could begin to rediscover my whole self. Through multiple modalities, I was able to process and begin healing from both deep-rooted and secondary traumas—some of which I had carried for far too long in silence. What sets Chateau apart is their unwavering support even after treatment ends. Their commitment to alumni care reminds us we’re never walking this road alone. I’ve continued to grow, and while I still face struggles, the ongoing alumni meetings, reunion, and check-ins have helped me feel held and connected. There’s a true family and community feel that stays with you. I even had the chance to visit the beautiful new facility—and walking through those doors felt like coming home. What other treatment center invites you back with open arms, long after you’ve completed the program? I truly owe my life to Chateau! I have been to Chateau twice after severely struggling and ended up spending almost three months total there. I was very anxious not being a first responder or veteran and much younger than many of those there. The second I walked through the front door, I felt safe. Clients and staff didn’t not care that I was neither of those things. Through the help of Chateau, I found the motivation and will to stay alive and sober. I started to discover my authentic self and be happy with who I was. Chateau helped me in so many ways and will never be able to express the amount of gratitude I have for the facility, staff and clients. I am grateful, happy, and hopeful. Before I arrived at Ardu' I was lost in pain and self destruction. From day one I felt recognized not just as a patient but as a person. Ardu's compassionate care, expert guidance and support helped me demonstrate what true healing looks like. Ardu' possesses a spiritual aspect that I will never forget. The Ardu' staff was professional, kind, and compassionate. The meals compared to a five star restaurant, and the classes were engaging and motivational. Ardu literally saved my life. Ardu is just not a business with employees. It is a home with family. They truly care about your wellbeing and will do everything in their power to help you. They show you ow to live life again in healthy ways. If you want to get clean this is the place to go. I am almost 2 years clean and I know there is no way I would have made it with out them.

Cirque lodge saved my life. Truly a wonderful experience from my therapist Aaron to the aftercare program with Jen, truly saved my life and I will be forever grateful. If you are struggling please don’t hesitate to reach out the place is beautiful and the people are even more wonderful. Stop fighting and submit, save the lives and the lives around you.

This program by far is the best Rehab facility in the country. My life was changed after being there for 56 days. The professional staff, attention to detail, intense therapy, and process groups all helped in my transformation on my road in recovery. They also included my family in the process, because this is a family dis-ease… I highly recommend Cirque…if you seriously want to stop drinking or drugging, are willing to be openminded, honest, and willing…this is the place for you. Everyone that took care of me was wonderful!

Just as everyone, I did not wake up and decide "hey you know what would be fun? Going to the ER". However that is exactly what I did. As much as I do not like going to the doctor, the nurses (Lacey and Karlee) EMT (Linda) and Dr. Meyer made my visit amazing! They were really quick with getting me in and seen and had me out in no time! I really appreciate that ER and they really did treat me as if I was "a close family member"! I will definitely be going to Mountain View ER if me or my family need them again!

This is my second baby I’ve delivered and I’ve always had great experiences from nurses to anesthesiologists to the dr! Love it here. My friends who’ve delivered babies elsewhere are always impressed at the recovery rooms. Also the food is good so that’s a huge plus! Also want to add on I have celiac disease and they accommodated that so well. And if you need a lactation consultant Anna is incredible!

My LO never had the opportunity to receive treatment here, but I can't say enough good things about Natalia who works at intake. My son was arrested due to his mental illness. In a frustrating system, Natalia was a shining light who worked hard to help my son get treatment instead of prison. She wrote multiple letters to the judge, New Roads came out and did assessments and validated my questions and concerns. If the actual facility listens and cares like she did, I am sure the place would be amazing. It came highly recommended to me from various parents whose loved one's were able to recover, thanks to New Roads. I truly wish my son could have received the help that he needs from a place like this. Unfortunately, our country still has a long way to go in the criminalization of those suffering with a serious mental illness. Thanks New Roads for all that you tried to do and especially Natalia.
