Dr. Kloster has stand by me and supported me through the good and the bad. When I joined Hawthorn over 10 years ago. I was ready to fully commit to the program and do the program the right way. I was on a couple programs a few times and do to me not being ready to give up everything completely. Those other programs failed for me. And let’s be honest it was 99.9% my own fault the programs didn’t work for me. I felt forced into seeking help before I was 100% committed in my mind that I needed help. Dr. Kloster always spoke to me as a father would a son to help show me the errors of my ways and the life I could have if I just keep my head on straight and work the program the way it was designed to help me succeed to the fullest. Dr. Kloster is one of my heroes! Not just for what he has done to help me over the years. But the help he’s giving to the community as a whole. I’m grateful for him because if he was to refuse to help me at that time. I don’t believe I would be here now texting a biography of Dr Kloster. 🤣 I know many more people who feel the very same way about ( Our Good Ol’e Doctor Kloster. He brought the help to this community that we have been sadly been missing in this area. Which left this area so far behind the times, as far as recovery and help for people. The only options were to be sent away to inpatient. That’s not always an option that works for everyone. I want to give personal Thanks to Dr.’s Kloster, Haughton, McLaughlin, and any other Dr’s I forgot to mention their names. And to all the hard working staff that does everything in their power to make sure that you have everything you need and at a reasonable time. Thank You Savidia! You truly have saved my life and given me hope that things will keep moving forward in the right direction as long as I continue to use the tools and knowledge you have given to me. I have been going there for years. My recent Primary Dr. retired as well as her Nurse assistant. Both were fantastic. Today I met my new Primary. Alex,P.A.. Wow!! Impressed.Really knowledgeable and thorough. I left there feeling like I have a new beginning. I hope he stays. What an asset. Thanks Alex.

41 years ag, I went to Serenity house. I learned that I was indeed an alcoholic. I was introduced to Alcoholics Anonymous could not have been a better place for me. I learned about AA, the twelve steps, a day a time, how not to pick up a drink. I attribute my years of being sober and free to my stay at Serenity House. Robert

I did my growing up here. When nobody was there BSI had taken me in and helped me with my anger. I thank all of the OGs. Lenny and Mark for our hockey trips, Jeremiah and Colleen for my school days in the Annex dorm, Scott and Shelly for fighting my case through and through, Keith (R.I.P), weezy, and Hilder for being the dopest staff I ever ran into in any residential, not to discredit any others, just those three pulled me from some dark places. I now work with troubled you in a residential home and am glad to say that Bennington helped me find out a purpose in life. So many years spent and so many tears wept. This place has went from hell and back and I hope it continues doing it's beautiful work.

I use to come here for years and then I moved and have been guest dosing - my husband and I - and there’s no clinic available in the area not even Kingston. My home clinics still Binghamton - I emailed and emailed and no response a whenever i go in their busy. They know me, They were both my counselors before I left. I just need to have my insurance cover bc it’s expensive and taking from my kids and I cannot keep borrowing. Please 🙏 just let us be patients there or help us set up a can every day 4 hours a day to get to Binghamton. But doing that will affect me working. Idk im just fed up and I wish I wasn’t on the dose I am or I’d just stop. Yet id still give 5 stars bc everyone is just really sweet.

My daughter went through the Mountain Valley treatment program for her anxiety. Mountain Valley provides excellent, evidenced based treatment for anxiety and OCD to teens and young adults ages 13-21 in a beautiful, warm setting. The staff: directors, clinicians, and residential staff, are intelligent, skilled, compassionate, and wise. Not only do they provide great treatment in the form of exposure response treatment, CBT, DBT, and ACT; they explore the larger life journey, values, and meaning for each resident. They connect the residents to nature in their beautiful NH setting, and on their farm with animals. They have a wonderful chef and integrate healthy food and life style choices. They have a three phase treatment structure that aligns the treatment process with the idea of a heroic journey, and have ceremonies to mark entering each phase (a fire ceremony and an ice bath ceremony). They foster an atmosphere among the residents that allow them to develop community with others and deep connections. My daughter not only learned the tools to address her anxiety that she will carry forward, she learned to connect with herself and her values, and to tolerate her distress and challenges with courage. In addition, they offer a parent support and education program that allows us to learn about anxiety, supports us, and gives us the tools to parent our children with significant anxiety. They also offer a transitions program for the residents after they leave to bridge the return to their lives at school, home, and in their communities, My daughter’s experience at Mountain Valley was life changing and healing. I recommend it without reservation for kids with severe anxiety and OCD, and am so grateful for her and our experience at Mountain Valley.

Mountain Valley has truly been a lifesaver to our family! It is a special place made up of special people who have both the expertise and the caring hearts to support both their residents and their families during a very difficult time. They were able to turn my daughter’s bright light back on that had been dimmed due to anxiety and depression. They educated her to help her understand what she was going through, gave her coping skills for when she experiences her highs and lows, and helped her to learn strategies and routines that allow her to maintain a healthier lifestyle. They also helped and supported our family to learn what we could do to better support her. In connecting with the other residents and forming incredibly close friendships, for the first time, our daughter didn’t feel alone in what she was going through. The therapists and staff at Mountain Valley are unmatched in the way they care about and connect with the residents. My daughter really trusted them and finally had hope that she could get better. On top of all that, she loved being there and had so much fun in all their activities. I am forever grateful to Mountain Valley!!!!

This is my daughter’s second half of her review – she ran out of space because she had too many great things to say!! (look under “anonymous”) Every staff member becomes a mentor, every resident becomes a sibling, every animal becomes your new best friend (the sheep are fluffy dogs, the donkeys are so sweet, the chickens are annoying little cutie pies, the rabbits are calm hoppy buddies, and the goats are adorable monkeys). Mountain Valley is a one-of-a-kind “milieu” — it’s truly a family. My friends from MVTC are some of the best people I will ever have the pleasure of meeting. Months could go by without contact, but I know they’re always there for me like nothing’s changed. The work at Mountain Valley can be difficult, and it’s the most amazingly transformative time of your life. My happy place is Mountain Valley. To know that there is such an incredible place existing so full of empathetic, kind people gives me hope for the future of this world. Hearing about the troubled teen industry, I’d gone into treatment terrified of abuse, neglect, and more. I feel heartbroken for people who experience those things, and I also feel heartbroken for a suffering teenager who lets those stories stop them from going to Mountain Valley. It scares me to think of where I would be (if I would even still be here) without the people who saved me at Mountain Valley. The love and joy MVTC brings me is immeasurable, incomparable. I wish everyone in the world could experience Mountain Valley, because being so seen, loved, accepted, heard, and genuine is so rare in this world. Every single person at Mountain Valley is changing the world. I owe them everything and have so much gratitude for each and every one of them. If you are reading this and considering Mountain Valley, know that treatment is difficult, scary, and not linear. AND know that out there in Plainfield, New Hampshire, there’s a group of people that would be so happy to welcome you to their family as you shine your brightest light into the world.

My husband really likes the Dr he sees. The wait time isn't to long at all. We receive very helpful service from the employees working here.

As a Veteran with a 100% disability rating, I have been a regular patient at this VA healthcare facility for the last eight years. During every visit, the medical and clinical personnel have consistently delivered superior care. I always receive my prescriptions through the mail punctually, as guaranteed. The staff are welcoming and devote time to offer support and respond to inquiries.

Went for consult for a sleep study and follow up.

Friendly staff. My doctor always lets me ask all the questions I have, and the front desk people are very nice.

Outdated but great physicians and staff.

They help you on your recovery experience not force you into it. They facility is clean and welcoming. They offer a collection of events and always trying new ways to reach the community

I love this recovery center!!! All the employees make you feel safe, comfortable and important, I would recommend it to anyone struggling with addiction, or that has loved ones that are struggling, the Family support is amazing❤️

Healing Springs is a welcoming recovery community resource center serving those in recovery, substance users seeking recovery, and family dealing with loved ones with substance-use problems and issues. The center offers a plethora of programs for those in recovery including 12-steps (AA, NA, MA, OA, CODA), All Recovery, and Refuge Recovery. It also offers different guided activities including Recovery Writing, painting, and jewelry making. Community activities include gardening, Saturday coffee and chat, fishing, and bowling. The center is staffed by both volunteers (many of whom are in recovery) and professional Certified Recovery Peer Advocates (CRPAs). Some of the Center's CRPAs specialize in areas of family, veterans, incarceration, and hospitalization. Positive energy flows throughout the center and all of the programs which are offered. The Center is NOT a rehab, however it does provide information to those seeking rehab facilities. Come in. Sit down. Enjoy a cup of fresh-brewed coffee. Chat with someone. Feel the good vibes.

This BHN facility has its ups and downs to it. From May 2018, to current day! I have experienced so much over the years. From being a Co-Ed Detox up until 2022. My last time being in this building in 2021, I'm now a resident of Connections. My caseworker Alex is very reasonable and understanding. The program director Jen is a wonderfully kind and cooperative person. This is a locked facility, where you have to be let on or off the unit. The different paths in recovery are accepted. There is from a structured guidance program here. 3 beds in each room, 3 meals provided daily, and staff (Recovery Specialists & Clinical Counselors) that will provide help/assistance/resources. I've been here in this new program for a week now and have adjusted very well. My future here will be very conducive to my recovery, I also believe that I can and will be very successful. The downsides here are only, grievance forms aren't responded to timely. Your not allowed to bring food or beverages on to unit. Very

This place is the best!!!! I was at HCRC for a little over a year and many issues with them during that time. BHN has been so accommodating with me so far,and Bonnie's so nice!!!
