I had recently visited on October 17th, 2025. I had a viral infection that was later determined after testing. I had seen many folks with many much more serious cases, so I asked to please wait in the waiting area until final decision where I should go. I believed to have had 3 X-rays, Strep culture, COVID 19 test and other rapid testing. I will believe a few other times I visited that things were going to be a smooth advance to the actual unit. I had also back in 2019 being under a Section 12 care was treated without prejudice and utmost respect. The loyalty and trust from all the employees were great and that I wouldn't seem to have a rough interaction. I wish to be there on certain circumstances differently, but I have not had Ever bad interactions at BSF! Even during other hospitals being out of operations and BSF being over packed with clients and patienta they managed to handle everyone with care, respect and patience. If your from the Greenfield area this would be the location to go for emergency medical needs.

I just got out, I was sicker than I thought. Im going to honestly say I have mixed feelings it really is hit or miss at this hospital. Respectfully I can say they are very short staffed, and extremely overwhelmed. I was in for 2 days found an abcess and pin hole in my intestines they treated me to the best of their ability they were honest but towards the end the vibe was off. And yes they definitely want to make sure you aren't there pill seeking. Not everyone is a junkie and yes i did feel that i was screened for some reason.People like me dont look sick because of high pain tolerances I live in pain. However you have to give credit were it has been earned the unit nursing staff on 1 floor was and is excellent they listen they care.kaylee,shana,serenety,brenda,michelle,levy,CT. I forgit your name and everyone else I couldnt remember thank you. Room#6 corner suite. So in the end we are in control of ourselves if your sick and you need the ER go because if I need them again I will take my chances. Sometimes you have to make the best out of a bad situation that's just life.

I have had good and bad experiences at Cooley Dickinson Hospital. It depends on who your doctor is in the ED. I've spent as long as three months as a patient at Cooley. I was lucky enough to end up on North 3. The staff was great and did all they could to take care of me. West 5 was ok, but I was disappointed that when I fell with my rollator they didn't do anything to make sure that I was ok.

Worst experience with a “doctors office” I’ve ever had. They are unreliable, don’t answer the phone half the time, you can be calling for 2 days without a call back. They can’t keep providers for more than 4 months it seems like a revolving door. This place should not be in business. Oh, and good luck getting them to send in a prescription without 2 weeks notice. Complete and utter nonsense.

Okay then!!! Where should I start..Me Personally I will say that I like the staff there I mean some days are good and some days are not Good 👍, I learned that you Just have to be Patient, because it's not gonna get any faster getting your dose, because eventually you will get it and then you move on with your Day, I mean that I really like the nurses, whoever is working that day, I've had some 😞 difficult days and I will have a conversation with the nurses and they always have something positive to say and make me feel better ☺️, My Counselor she's the best because she understands me, and I'm not One to really put my self out there but she's very patient with me 🥺, and I love ❤️ that, The Security guard is also Great 👍, he treats you with respect, and does his Job well and I respect that..with that being said, I really like this program because you get treated with respect and responsibility for your action, Takin it One day at a time, like I'm doing,, I'm grateful to be here because I can still remember those rough days..but I'm 😊 good now thanks to everyone that helped me in HCRC..it works if you let it work, I'm tryin my best ❤️, sometimes it just takes a while longer for me, but I ain't mad at you, my time will come...Ty 4 helping me too remember what it was. Like to 💕 love myself..I learned that whatever you focus on grows...AMEN..If you focus on the negative, it's gonna continue being negative and it's gonna show, with that being said, There's so many things to be grateful for, your Character determines your faith...
