My experience with this office has been nothing but pleasant! The staff is always friendly and helpful. We don't have long wait times. The doctors always give us their full attention and we don't feel rushed. I had expressed my concerns for my son and the doctor addressed each one and offered me solutions for all of them. Overall, I do not get the negative reviews of this place at all. Our family used to go to trinity health in Chicopee. You want frustrating employees and doctors and an overall bad experience, try them! Greenfield family medicine has always been phenomenal!

The Brattleboro Retreat saved my life. It is a true treasure, especially for a mental health hospital. The bad reviews make me sad, because I think this place is misrepresented. I ve been to bad mental health hospitals, and this is not one of them.We got to do art, music, and have outside time.It is such a beautiful setting right on lake with beautiful views. It was built in the 1800s as a mental health hospital, and I was told they intentionally built it at this location with all these huge windows because they know that being around nature can help heal people. It really made a difference for me being able to see the snow and nature out the window, instead of just being trapped with white walls and fluorescent lights. The people really care. What I learned when I was there is if you re serious and you put the work in, and you take the advice that they re giving you, and you participate in group therapy and individual therapy, and do the work, you can get better and you can heal and you can make sure you never have to go to a mental health hospital again. Some people would just be there and blow it off and not take it seriously and complain the whole time and not get better. You get back what you put in, and The Brattleboro Retreat is the most beautiful and safe setting to recover and heal in.

The program works if you work it. Just like with any other program out there, you have to put the effort in. No one can do it for you. Depending on your insurance you may be able to get a taxi ride to the clinic each day. No matter where you live. Do not let negative reviews sway you from making the decision to get clean. You can do this. These people can help. Everything they do is for the purpose of getting you clean. I know many people who have gained remission from addiction with the help of metro, including myself. When its a life or death decision, choose life.

Dr. Beauzile is the first doctor to ever take my shoulder pain seriously and order further imaging. When the tests came back negative, he referred me for physical therapy and the pain levels have gotten better with time as I have steadily worked toward scar tissue mobilization and remodeling. It has been more difficult this year to get timely appointments at Baystate Quabbin; I suspect this may be because Covid has overwhelmed our already strained healthcare systems. My family members are having similar difficulties accessing medical care in other regions of the state at other providers offices. Overall, I have been highly satisfied with Baystate Quabbin and can say that Dr. Beauzile truly cares about his patients.

I entered the Grace House in October of 2020, literally on the brink of losing my three beautiful daughters forever. I was born into a very dysfunctional family, was a victim of domestic violence almost my entire life, and eventually became a substance abuser. I barely survived two unintentional overdoses during the summer and still my life continued to spiral further down than it ever had before. Finally, I accepted the fact that I needed to enter treatment not only for the chance to get my children back but also just to stay alive. When I walked in the door I felt completely defeated, overwhelmed, and anxious yet I knew I was in the right place. Slowly, with the help of the caring staff and hard work from all involved, each day became a little bit easier. They advocated for me when it came to having my children placed with me in the program. The support and encouragement my girls and I received was second to none. We were given the tools we'd always needed to live a better life. The staff as well as the other women and children in the program became "our family". Because of the work I was able to do on myself and the insight i gained from therapy and daily groups I was able to take my voice back and set clear boundaries, something I had never successfully done throughout my life. My girls also learned so many important things such as it's okay to feel, you can restart your day at any point, you are unique, communication is key, laughter is the best medicine, help others, be grateful, and so many more. I graduated in June and moved into my own apartment in July with my three girls. Life is still life, there are still good days and bad days but thanks to this program I am better equipped to handle those not so good days. This program is a life changer if you are willing to put in the work,
