I was admitted into this program after 4 months of my recovery, was super anxious going into a new facility I didn’t know what to expect. Then I met some amazing people there, from housing staff to clinical. They taught me a new way of life I never thought I could dream of, there was a lot of ups and downs with treatment there but Mathew always made sure he was fair when it came to situations. The Therpist there was very understanding sometimes I didn’t like what she had brought to me but it was because nothing that is worth it will be easy. They coutined to make me feel like a person and build me up, hosting meetings at there facility constantly caring about individuals. They all have kept in touch with me still, they will always be a family to me. Today I have 10 months clean my family back in my life and a beautiful daughter I got to take home with me. God is good always.

I entered the Grace House in October of 2020, literally on the brink of losing my three beautiful daughters forever. I was born into a very dysfunctional family, was a victim of domestic violence almost my entire life, and eventually became a substance abuser. I barely survived two unintentional overdoses during the summer and still my life continued to spiral further down than it ever had before. Finally, I accepted the fact that I needed to enter treatment not only for the chance to get my children back but also just to stay alive. When I walked in the door I felt completely defeated, overwhelmed, and anxious yet I knew I was in the right place. Slowly, with the help of the caring staff and hard work from all involved, each day became a little bit easier. They advocated for me when it came to having my children placed with me in the program. The support and encouragement my girls and I received was second to none. We were given the tools we'd always needed to live a better life. The staff as well as the other women and children in the program became "our family". Because of the work I was able to do on myself and the insight i gained from therapy and daily groups I was able to take my voice back and set clear boundaries, something I had never successfully done throughout my life. My girls also learned so many important things such as it's okay to feel, you can restart your day at any point, you are unique, communication is key, laughter is the best medicine, help others, be grateful, and so many more. I graduated in June and moved into my own apartment in July with my three girls. Life is still life, there are still good days and bad days but thanks to this program I am better equipped to handle those not so good days. This program is a life changer if you are willing to put in the work,

I’ve had a very positive experience with this clinic. From the beginning, the staff made me feel welcomed, respected, and supported in my recovery journey. The counselors are compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about your well-being. They take the time to listen and tailor the sessions to your needs rather than just following a script.
The medication-assisted treatment has been life-changing for me. The medical staff is attentive and explains everything clearly, making sure I always felt informed and comfortable with my treatment plan.
Appointments are well-organized, and I rarely had to wait long. Communication was smooth, and I always felt like I could ask questions or express concerns without judgment.

Springfield, MA | Boca Recovery Center in Springfield is a premium alcohol and drug rehab center in Massachusets that provides individualized and comprehensive care focusing on long term recovery. They offer inpatient and outpatient programs for adult men and women including medical detox, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient programs and medication assiste | Treatments Programs Payment Options | One of the best experiences of my life and I DO very highly recommend as I think it is an amazing place for someone ready to make changes, but there’s some room for growth by Boca which I’ll get into shortly. I don’t think I would have as good an experience anywhere else. The facility is warm and welcoming, and the staff if fantastic. All of the RSes were wonderful people, and many have dealt with similar issues so between the other residents (who were great) and the residential staff you could always find someone to talk to no matter the hour.
The facility staff was great, very friendly, kept the place clean, and oh my god, Tim the cook has a gift for cooking and truly his love for his job and the residents shines through in both his personality and the amazing, delicious, nourishing foods we ate.
My main suggestion- which I understand Boca is aware of and working on now- is that the admissions process be a little more robust and consistent, and that certain providers, especially med providers, be more transparent and consistent about timing and follow through of scheduling appointments for clients who are in a chaotic point of their lives. However you can tell that operations directors- Big Tim, Katie, and Brianna- really deeply care about clients and are willing to advocate for clients when needed and talk things through with them. Nothing is perfect but they are continually improving and for a relatively new facility the experience provided was an exceptional one. And George, my therapist, and Drake, my case manager, were just awesome people. Like you know people who just are straight shooters and really care about others and you can tell right away? George and Drake epitomized those values and listened well, and had some great advice.
I feel like I was able to find and work on myself at Boca for the first time in my life, and I made many connections I suspect will remain with me in one way or another for the rest of my life. It was transformative and despite the above I truly believe anyone would be challenged to find a better place out there to go to at such a crucial point in life. Boca really gives the tools to people who want them to forge a new path for themselves. And being surrounded by people from a variety of different backgrounds but with many shared experiences made me feel so much less alone than I could have believed.
Big shoutout to the following staff, and I’m sure I am forgetting some, who made my time there exceptional: George, Drake, Tonya, both Megs, both Tim’s, Ben, Olga, John, Cameron, Isiah, Malijiah, Sabrina, Michelle, Will, Santoush, Katie, Brianna, Bob, Karen, Grace, Autumn, Angie- I’m so sorry for the ones I forget but each and every staff member I interacted with gave me some form of support, advice, an ear or even just a needed chat about the day. Boca needs to give all of you a raise but your care for us who come through those doors is so evident and if everyone in the world held the values you hold the world would be a better place. Thank you for sharing yourselves with us residents so we could be in a space to work on ourselves and learn to open up with ourselves and others. Starting to work on myself was made so much easier just from having the gift of knowing and getting to talk to you all.
Edit: I am changing review to 5 stars because despite the few issues I addressed above I don’t want to deter anyone or give them second thoughts about going to Boca. It could very well change your life.

They focus on ev | Treatments Programs Payment Options | Carlson was the right place at the right time for me to bring a friend of mine who had finally decided to detox and go into an aftercare program, from addiction. I think the Carlson center was awesome. They medicate you so you are really comfortable. Their food is incredible and you can get seconds too which is helpful when you are starving and coming off alcohol. Every time I relapsed I went there because I knew they would give me another chance. You should go to groups but yes you can sleep if you’re tired. I remember the first time I went there. I was in serious alcohol withdrawal. I had the best sleep after being medicated. Their staff is great too. They saved my life. They wake you up for vitals early but you may need medication. They have punch in the tv room which I drank like no tomorrow. Snacks too. I’ve been there like 7 times and they always treat me great. I wish I could say my name but can’t. Stay away from the community health center of Franklin County if you value to the your life and the life of your loved ones. You only get one life. The Behavioral Health Network and Greenfield are a true lifesaver. When I showed up at their door at the beginning of June 2025 before my 40th birthday I was literally being stalked by the Grim Reaper. Every particle of this breakfast is hands down phenomenal. From the first stone you drive over in the parking lot to the security overseer Adam in the waiting room. I've been nothing but helped and heard. I am very proud of this facility and Alexander getting involved with helping others get their life back whether it be for the same reasons as me or other. And the difference between the behavioral health network and hcrc at energy Park is that the behavioral health network is a not-for-profit practice. Meaning they put the patient and the patient's needs first. Hcrc the energy Park in Greenfield is for profit, meaning they work off meeting there deadline and they do not seem to care how people feel about the medications or anything they don't seem to understand that not all people want take home medications and if you're so desperate for takeovers and it's likely not exactly cuz you're dying to have your medication as I learned considering as I walked out of hcrc in the middle of my intake appointment knowing it was the complete wrong place for me I was asked on my way out to the car if I had any bottles I would sell. I had no idea what that meant and was actually terrified being something very intimidating and new full of uncertainty with plenty of terminal illnesses and other service medical issues on board. The practice went above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable from picking up the paperwork to be getting treatment through my treatment and I wanted therapeutic services or had any needs they were usually addressed immediately or I were able to be put on providers

This BHN facility has its ups and downs to it. From May 2018, to current day! I have experienced so much over the years. From being a Co-Ed Detox up until 2022. My last time being in this building in 2021, I'm now a resident of Connections. My caseworker Alex is very reasonable and understanding. The program director Jen is a wonderfully kind and cooperative person. This is a locked facility, where you have to be let on or off the unit. The different paths in recovery are accepted. There is from a structured guidance program here. 3 beds in each room, 3 meals provided daily, and staff (Recovery Specialists & Clinical Counselors) that will provide help/assistance/resources. I've been here in this new program for a week now and have adjusted very well. My future here will be very conducive to my recovery, I also believe that I can and will be very successful.
The downsides here are only, grievance forms aren't responded to timely. Your not allowed to bring food or beverages on to unit. Very

Greenfield, MA | Baystate Franklin Medical Center in Greenfield, Massachusetts is a full service hospital that offers drug and alcohol rehab services to adult women who are pregnant. They provide a team of medically trained professionals to help women who are experiencing a substance use disorder. Their program is called the Moms Do Care Empowerment program. If you | Treatments Programs Payment Options | Went in on Tuesday with my 2 1/2 year-old. She was having trouble breathing and didn’t seem like herself. She tested positive for RSV and the pediatric doctor there (red headed lovely woman) was super helpful in making the decision to get her helicoptered over to CCMC in Hartford. The staff is very knowledgeable and I appreciated them making quick decisions and getting us a transport that was safe and effective. My only complaint would be that my daughter seemed way worse often than anyone else in the waiting room and we still had to wait about 45 minutes to be seen. I went up once and explained like she’s actually struggling to breathe and then it was only about 10 minutes later that they saw her so they did act once I voiced my concern. I would recommend advocating for yourself at the urgent care check-in if you are really in distress.

Took my wife to ER yesterday. All around impressive experience with all the staff. Triage staff were thorough and patient. Nurses equally excellent. Doctors were calm, reassuring and knowledgeable with great bedside manner. Continual checking in on us while in the room. Not your typical ER experience. Thank you to all. With appreciation, gratitude and respect to all.

I was very happy to have learned of this establishment. Many insurances are accepted like Medicaid and Medicare, although certain counselors accept certain insurances. The scheduling coordinators are very friendly and work with you to receive the help you need. It is also worth noting that services are offered for kids and even toddlers, with referalls offered as well.
