Heywood hospital like all hospitals has its share of good and bad. It all depends on the day and people you deal with during your visits.

Surgical Unit for Day Surgery was amazing! From when we were greeted at the destination to every nurse, lab tech, anesthesiologist, the volunteer that wheeled me out to our car, and everyone else. Absolutely changed my life for the better. I went in arrogant and with my head on backwards. They supported me through every step of the process and when you leave you really do “get your power back”, the choice to make the right decisions. This is one of the greatest recovery centers to regain control over your life. The groups are very informative and welcoming. The criteria was open and well covered. I came to this hospital with my husband, who has a heart condition. His surgery hasn't been scheduled yet, but I don't know how to thank everyone I've met here. I have to say this clinic is the best clinic I've been on and I've been on a few for the last 15 years . everyone is treated with respect a Westfield HCRC, they go above and beyond for you . Kristin is the lead supervisor there and she always makes sure she returns my calls and every problem I've ever had she always takes care of it . I came to Elevate in April of 2023, and it was such a good experience, I stuck around for another 20 months to get better at emotional regulation. Good news! Now I am better at it!
This is a great place to get better if you’re the mood to get better, and it’s even a great place if you’re not.
