I loved the staff they always take their time to make sure you are important and there support throughout the detox program is unconditional. I was connected with many resources and programs to further my sobriety and journey down the road of recovery. Thanks to ABHS I'll have 1 year clean January 2nd, this place has its pros and cons but that's anywhere you go. Only thing that I would improve would be installing a few more phones on each floor 100 people fighting over 6 phones kinda sucked. Other than that The food was good and the staff were pretty cool.

This place will gaslight you and then discharge you without a second thought, they never tried to reach out although knowing I struggle constantly with bad thoughts, they released me knowing I need help and they gave me a diagnosis that never happened, could not keep a therapist for longer than a few months before having to restart again and again, could not get appointments when I'm in crisis and need urgent help. They abandon you. Don't bother.

So after coming from another facility a few years ago (had to take a break from the drama of the previous place), this one is a bit better. I get one-on-one with my therapist, (which I'm on my 3rd there now, but that's fine as all staff has been awesome, and I DON'T have to repeat myself!) and sans the rooms being fairly small, at least my therapist focuses on me and is genuinely interested in how I am feeling, while giving me tools to help.

These guys helped me heal in one of the hardest times in my life. I think the Lewis county courts has barbaric ways of treating underage drug offenders but these guys can’t control that. I owe everything to the people at true north and I am great full for my time spent there.

Royal Life at Sound Recovery helped me reset. I was deep into party culture at school and honestly lost track of who I was. Their IOP was short and intense which worked great with my college schedule. Group therapy felt real and not judgy. I wish they had more young adult-focused stuff but I still found people I clicked with. Really grateful I went.

Valerie has helped me through all this frustration and I think she is great. She is so helpful and makes sure my messages are sent but my doctor has been out all week and now she's out next week, returning again on Wednesday. I just wanted to let the staff know that the front desk goes above and beyond to get things done. And I appreciate all of you. I really hope people read these reviews so that employees can get the recognition they deserve! The staff here are just so welcoming, from the physicians to the security staff. I wanted to give a special shout out to Fatima, she has always been so attentive and caring to me during my time with Dr Almond. I was in crisis a few months ago and Fatima went above and beyond to make sure I was seen same day by a physician even though Dr Almond was out. I am doing amazing now on my new medication and Fatima may have saved my life that day by being such a caring and attentive person. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Fatima!

This is an amazing rehab facility, not my first rodeo at rehab but this was my first at royal and I can honestly say I wouldn't of wanted to go anywhere else. The staff are wonderful, they don't treat you like a prisoner, quite the opposite, have never been happier with the program, activities, and overall environment of the place. Great food, you get your own room and you tend to make friends fast. Would recommend this place to anyone.

This place is actually trying to help you stay sober. I belong to another clinic (for the moment) and I have curtesy dosed here before and had an emergency where I couldn’t get back to my home clinic in time and Amy and Betty Anne (excuse my spelling) and the Front Desk did everything they possibly could to help me get emergency dosing for the day with them even though it was close to closing time. I plan on switching to their clinic closer to my home as soon as I can. They truly want to help you stay sober. They will do whatever they possibly can to help you and be on your team. I truly believe this clinic is the BEST clinic there is. If you need help getting sober or you are on the fence if you could even do it, go to these guys, I know they will do everything in their power to help you and they will be on your side too!

I walked into Bayview at my lowest point in life. It was hard for me to accept treatment. I refused that I needed help. I thought I was fine and that I did not need the help.However that really did change after spending some time in the mental health and substance abuse programs. The counselors were really amazing and the way they structure their program really does help. Every one of the staff is easily approachable and they can all relate to you as the patient in some way. The staff do everything they can to help you and make you feel safe and easy to talk to them. I went in as a broken man and I came out someone better. If you really want to get better, this is the place to do it. Anyone here that writes a bad review or says that it did not work here in the review section did not try to get better. Instead they are blaming a place that truly cares about the patient and they gave up on themselves.Again if you really do want to get better come to this place because I cannot think of another program that is well structured, professional, and as caring as Bayview.

Security took one look at me with my frantic demeanor, said “you need your birth certificate miss?” I shook my head, he said “the kiosks are to your right when you walk in, grab a ticket and they’ll call you”, I had no wait time and the young lady upheld such professionalism, was also very kind. I had an expiring options contract, and I needed to move. Time was of the essence. I called the Robinhood support number help and was called back within seconds. The options specialist on the Robinhood customer service phone number was calm and efficient. They explained my options—selling, exercising, or letting it expire—and what would happen to the underlying hood stock. Their common sense in a stressful situation was simply amazing.

From day one, Larry (office mgr) made me feel right at home. The road to sobriety isn't an easy one and it can become discouraging if you're not surrounded by the right team. Larry and the rest of the Lakewood ctc team, has made this journey one that I now know I can accomplish and also will not fail at. I would like to add that larry got us back on track with transportation with paratransit thank you again Larry !!!! Larry has always gone above and beyond with the clients needs.He has always been very respectful and greets me with a smile . He's never been one to react negatively even when a client is angry,yelling, or being rude. He's just a all around good person who does his job well.

My son have seen the same therapist for 2 school years now and we have nothing but positive experience with Consejo! Our therapist Ms. Adrina has been amazing, supportive, respectful and very resourceful. My son had improved his behavior and socials skills. Thank you!

Ok at first I give them a 1 star I was being reviewd by women ! They had no f’n clue !
As soon as I got a man things picked up ! However still not where I need to be almost a year in my dose is still not powerful enough so I have to take double or even tripple the amount to still barley feel it working !
The result a lot of wasted time running out early I mean it sorta sucks ! However my psychiatrist is pretty good actually I like him a lot however it seems like it’s taken forever to get me on the right dosage for my Adderall. Hopefully this will change because month supply last a half a month and I don’t feel it working. Life is too short to be not feeling the way I’m supposed to feel and get my projects accomplished, I guess if you really need it you hardly feel it. Well, I guess that’s my case so we get a four star

Seamar is definitely what you make it but but the staff there is so accommodating and they truly care about the people that come there and will work with you if you truly want to get clean and better your life! Honestly if anyone has something bad to say about the place it's just because they weren't ready to change their life! SeaMar set you up for complete success leaving their doors from housing to legal stuff to doctor and mental health appointments. They let you smoke cigarettes and take you on outings every other week and genuinely understand what their clients are going through. I couldn't recommend a better place! Just remember if you want the help it's definitely there!

This place is great! The staff is amazing and they genuinely care about their clients. The food is amazing and the management is efficient and fair. I was there for a month in May of 2024 and I can't think of one negative thing to write. If you're struggling and you want to change your life, this place is for you. Next week I will have 8 months clean and I couldn't have imagined how my life would change! Don't hesitate, if you're thinking about going just do it, if I can do it you can too!
