The nurses, doctors and staff were absolutely wonderful. I felt I got the very best care possible. Starting with the ER Dr who was especially kind and truthful then the floor Dr was equally attentive. The nurses and CNA’s were great. Thank you for the excellent care.

St. Agnes had very kind and caring inpatient staff while my grandfather was in the hospital (8/21-8/24). He had to be transferred from their sister facility for a higher level of care. I work for a different Healthcare system as a cardiac RN, and I was really impressed by their cardiac surgeons and ICU staff and the timely updates from their 6th floor nurses once he was moved out of ICU. I want to thank Kiersten, ICU RN and the night RN (sorry I forgot her name, but she was also fantastic and precepting a male RN) who followed. Their expertise in post cardiac caths and events shined greatly and I was very comfortable with them caring for my grandfather. After he was moved to the 6th floor he asked his nurses there to update me. They called me (grandfather request) and did a good job of explaining what was going well and his plan of care for the rest of his stay. I had a decent amount of questions to say the least, so I appreciate their patience and providing any pertinent medical details. Their facility was very impressive and I didn't know St. Agnes had an new state of the art cardiac center and medical equipment. Also, shout out to Dr. Kwasi Dakwa, MD., the on staff Interventional Cardiologist, who was the surgeon and was also able to let us visually look at imaging for better understanding and letting us see the "before" and "after" procedure imaging and answer any questions.

Our son is just finishing his 4 week stay for marijuana addiction. i do not know how his long term recovery will go, but the staff at The Manor (particularly Dr Thomas) have been incredibly supportive to us. I did a tremendous amount of research prior to selecting The Manor. I have been reassured throughout this process by their caring staff. I'm so grateful that I found it.

My family was encouraging me to get help. I put it off as long as possible. If I was going to treatment, I wanted a very nice program and a private room. I finally went to The Manor. This place saved my life. The staff were very patient with me. I had been to treatment before but it was nothing like this program. I liked having individual therapy. Also, my wife and I had a lot of couples counseling. I was also able to do some work and that helped relieve stress about losing clients or my company. I have been home now for several months. It has been difficult at times but I am doing well. I have my life and my family back.

I was given an ultimatum by my wife. Go to The Manor or get a divorce. You do a lot of hard work there and within two weeks it was clear that my addiction to meth was a co addiction evolving primarily from my addiction to a controlling and mentally abusive wife. The staff is wonderful..they ask the tough questions but we do the work. I'm now happily divorced and drug free! Thank you to the amazing staff!

Before my insurance changed I worked with Ryanne Wendt and Alyssa Sydalko. (not sure if their names are spelled correct) I have nothing but positive things to say about both of them. My life will be forever changed by them. Ryanne is an amazing counselor who makes difficult issues easy to talk about and helps you to see what you’re doing right as well as areas to improve on. Wish I could still see her, if my insurance situation changes definitely going back to her. Best counselor I’ve ever worked with! Alyssa changed my life forever too! She took me seriously when discussing symptoms and gave me a referral for a pulmonologist instead of messing with medication combinations that did nothing to relieve my symptoms.... turns out I have narcolepsy! Alyssa was the one medical provider who went the extra mile for me ... after 10+ years of misdiagnosed symptoms she is the person who sent me down the path for a proper diagnosis and symptom management. That process would have taken years to figure out on my own. These ladies are amazing providers who definitely care about their clients! If you get the chance to work with them, do it!

Beacon House saved my life… not only my life but it improved my relationships with my parents and my then fiancé (we are married now) my son is so smart and I’m incredibly proud of him…. We own a home I bought a car in cash I have a credit score of 809 none of these wonderful things would have happened if not for the time I spent at beacon…. Recovery is hard but it is possible and I’m proof that it can be done…. I try to help other women in my area and I recommend Beacon house every time….. So if you’re struggling and you’ve hit rock bottom call these wonderful women and know they care and want you to succeed…. I know it’s possible because I did it…. And I believe you can too…. Remember misery loves company don’t fall for that trap you are worth so much more….also I see a bunch of complaints about Julie but to be completely honest she’s hard on us because she wants us to see that we can do better…. The Beacon House saved my life. I want to thank all the staff for helping me get to where I am today. I've been clean and serene for 1yr now and counting. Take what they give you because in the end it's worth it. I appreciate every single one of you that had a part in my recovery I will forever be greatful. They give you the tools we just have to use them. It's 2026 and just wana give an update On my recovery status. I am now 3.5 years clean and serene. I seriously have to thank all the staff at the Beacon House again without your push I wouldn't be where I am today. Look getting clean will be the hardest thing you do. It's not easy, I went in volunteerly stayed 3 months. I could have walk out any time since I had no obligation to stay the doors are open. But I chose to push through the pain of withdrawal, I wanted to leave not because of them because I almost gave up. But then I realized I wasn't sick physically. My choice of drug was heroin/ fetty. Pain pills started me off for 9 consecutive years prescribed then heroin for 3 years totaling 12 years of addiction. You won't like how you feel at first for the first 6 months but if your sick and tired of being sick and tired then throw the towel do it for you no one else. I promise it does get better. But use the tools they give you,do your chores, following the rules. You are worth saving help is there. It's time

Having been through the WisHope Step-Down Housing Program and Wis Hope Treatment Program, I can tell you first hand, that this is a program that can change your entire life, if getting sober and improving your life is truly what you are ready for and willing to do. I struggled with the use of heroin/fentanyl/pain pills for 20 years. It wasn't WisHope that made me stop using. It was "Me" that made "Me" stop using. And it is Wis Hope that co-signed every single step I took to NOT get high every day or give in to the cravings that made me doubt everything that I was doing. Wis Hope offered me the support I needed from day to day to make sure I reached the only goal I wanted to achieve. And that was to make sure I hit my pillow every single night sober! I didn't give a damn if I didn't get one thing done on my "To-do-Lists". And then when I was ready to take the next step, Wis Hope was ALWAYS and still is right there behind me supporting me and giving me the strength I need to realize that I am worth way more than I ever gave myself credit for. They helped me find my purpose again. I have so much to be grateful and thankful for every single day. Instead of chasing that next high and wasting my time degrading and de-facing myself, I amhappy and eager in accomplishing my goals to become the best version of myself. So much that because of my determination and focus, I am now an employee for WisHope helping other people reach their goals and helping them to get past the pain and suffering I once knew all to well.
