Our son is just finishing his 4 week stay for marijuana addiction. i do not know how his long term recovery will go, but the staff at The Manor (particularly Dr Thomas) have been incredibly supportive to us. My family was encouraging me to get help. I put it off as long as possible. If I was going to treatment, I wanted a very nice program and a private room. I finally went to The Manor. This place saved my life. The staff were very patient with me. I had been to treatment before but it was nothing like this program. I liked having individual therapy. Also, my wife and I had a lot of couples counseling. I was also able to do some work and that helped relieve stress about losing clients or my company. I have been home now for several months. It has been difficult at times but I am doing well. I have my life and my family back.

I was given an ultimatum by my wife. Go to The Manor or get a divorce. You do a lot of hard work there and within two weeks it was clear that my addiction to meth was a co addiction evolving primarily from my addiction to a controlling and mentally abusive wife. The staff is wonderful..they ask the tough questions but we do the work. I'm now happily divorced and drug free! Thank you to the amazing staff!

Came her for a CT Scan. The place is well staff and professional. They now have free standing Kiosks to speed up the check-in process. There are people standing by to help patients use them, so it's not intimidating. I arrived a little early and got in after a short wait.The CT tech (Megan) was terrific. Very welcoming, explained the entire procedure, and made sure that I was comfortable.

This facility is the best I ve ever experienced. I did inpatient in 2018, IOP in Feb 2023, and now PHP in May 2023. I ve gone inpatient and done IOP at other locations. Judging from those and asking around, THIS facility is where the care is!! All largely positive experiences. Yes, there will always be some staff who are less than exemplary, but the overwhelming majority are phenomenally kind and understanding. Special shoutout to Cassy in PHP for being one of the most enlightened/inspired healthcare professionals I ve ever witnessed.I have a rare neuro disease that complicates my myriad of mental health conditions. For the for the first time since my diagnosis 6 years ago (and seeing over 15 doctors and therapists since), a seasoned doctor at this hospital humbled himself enough to research it to provide better care for me. I cannot express my full gratitude.The system is far from perfect. We can thank our government and insurance systems for that. Also, yes, the quality of any given program also depends on the luck of the draw of the other patients in it with you. But, the staff here are some of best you ll ever find anywhere - and I ve been around the block! Don t think twice. Come here.

(August 3rd 2022) hi, i just want to say i went to the res here it was everyones first time. this is a great place for res maybe not inpatient, but everyone has different judgement. Tbh I miss so many of the staff. What you put in is definitely what you put out. Yeah I may have broken some rules but you definitely learn from them.All I can say is just be nice to the staff because they are trying to help you and they care so much about you even tho at some times it may not feel like that. I also ment my bsf here and I gotta say (DONT HAVE OUTSIDE CONTACT!!!) but me and my bsf we been through so much together but we are both greatful for this experience. And Ik some people may not like this review because it s actually a good one. But from my experience if ur child is dealing with sh/si/ or anything res Is a very good place. And I loveeedddd my BS she was literally amazing and helped me through a rlly hard time in my life. And this one staff really helped me to I miss her so much. I am 15. But I do like this place and yes there is some bad times but you will get through it. And listen to the staff and put in the work because you will get out much quicker!

I have being seeing Dr. Lesniak and his care team here for management of my diabetes for years now and the staff are all very open and welcoming! Incredible level of professionalism from everyone and extraordinary medical expertise. I went to Indiana for school and the care team I saw down there was no comparison in terms of the excellent care provided to me by the medical professionals here at ProHealth in Hartland.

I see Carol and it has been life changing. I have had several therapists over the years and none that have helped me get to the core issues like Carol has. Talk therapy is good and all, but in my experience it can only take me so far. EMDR has been what I've been missing. I went in to see her looking to HEAL. It's been a process, and it's been hard. But I've addressed issues that have been within me since childhood and there's still so much to uncover. Facing my past with Carol has given me hope. I guide my sessions and it all depends on the level of honesty I want to face. I've referred her to co-workers and family members. I wish everyone the type of freedom that comes from working on yourself and healing. And I wish everyone a therapist that's as experienced as Carol is.

Before my insurance changed I worked with Ryanne Wendt and Alyssa Sydalko. (not sure if their names are spelled correct) I have nothing but positive things to say about both of them. My life will be forever changed by them. Ryanne is an amazing counselor who makes difficult issues easy to talk about and helps you to see what you re doing right as well as areas to improve on. Wish I could still see her, if my insurance situation changes definitely going back to her. Best counselor I ve ever worked with! Alyssa changed my life forever too! She took me seriously when discussing symptoms and gave me a referral for a pulmonologist instead of messing with medication combinations that did nothing to relieve my symptoms.... turns out I have narcolepsy! Alyssa was the one medical provider who went the extra mile for me ... after 10+ years of misdiagnosed symptoms she is the person who sent me down the path for a proper diagnosis and symptom management. That process would have taken years to figure out on my own. These ladies are amazing providers who definitely care about their clients! If you get the chance to work with them, do it!

I am currently a patient of Amri Counseling and I have to update my review. I allowed my frustration to get the best of me, again instead of taking time to breathe and problem solve. I would like to say I was experiencing some issues with my insurance receiving weekly notes and not communicating that to Amri but constantly calling me. Because of the misunderstanding, the owner called me personally to resolve the issues and go over my treatment plan. The office even called to let me know they submitted a request to the records department and I should be receiving an email no later than tomorrow. This made me feel heard, and appreciated as a patient.I also would like to say that I have had the same therapist for the last 3 months and were making some progress. She works with my internal medicine doctor and I enjoy meeting with her weekly.Anytime, I need something from the office I am able to go in the inside and speak to someone in person and get resolve. I appreciate the great customer service from the gentleman who runs the capital location. We all know customer service has taken a plug with all business but he continues to treat everyone with respect and kindness.Thank you, Amri for what you do in community continue to keep up the good work.
