Went last week for my first appt. after moving to the area. Wow like all the reviews have said everyone is nice and caring. I absolutely love my new doctor, Doctor Donahue she listened to what my concerns were and then we talked about those and everything else. She took time to listen and talk to me like a person not a number in my book that makes her a great person and awesome doctor. the whole staff that I interacted with there was awesome from the front office, nursing, to the vampire (can't remember the term for the ones that draw blood....LOL) Thank You

One of the staff members told me that no one ever leaves a review and I said I would so here it is all of the staff was really really nice, except for one of the janitorial staff barked at me other than that the whole stay was good I don’t know if I’d say wonderful but all right! The life house was such a great place, I was there back in 2015 an it was a great experience for me, but sadly I didn't complete the program I chose to sign myself out an let my addiction keep having control over me.

This place saved my life.

Did 4 months inpatient in 2009, the life house I believe. Haven't had a drink since July 10th 2009. My still being sober today speaks for itself on what this place can do for a person that truly wants help.

Absolutely love it here I have been coming for 4 years. And have never felt more comfortable talking to my counselor. If your worried about the fee talk with a therapist. They can figure something out if anything maybe put you on a grand depending on your situation.

I feel like they are pushing people in and out so quickly they are overlooking details. Specifically medication management side of it. I find it really scary that they are not taking time to completely go through one's chart or going over side effects medication may have before prescribing it. I'm happy my pharmacist was able to give me the needed information before taking the pills.

I was politically and falsely incarcerated by the VA in 1993 in Hawaii by an "Activist Judge," Richard Komo, because they thought I knew something politically and homosexually blackmailable about my Agent Handler while in enlisted US Army MI service in the mid '70's, CIA Dir. GHWB. This was during the Clinton years, and they were ransacking every CIA, FBI, Army, foreign, ... safe to find anything they could use for their Communist backers. It was all false disinformation left for them to find, and they're paying for that, now. I love watching them now on the spit roasting over hot coals. But in finally succumbing to my failing eyesight and hearing, I went to this local clinic. They have set me up for two cataract removals and hearing aids, and hopefully more. The VA Hospital has to put up with Congress Mandated bureaucracy, such as "Gun-free parking lots" and the like (I have to stay armed because of what my duty was in the service), and there are expectable delays ("Hurry up and wait!"), they also have returned to me the gift of sight, hearing, and being able to communicate with people again. I can't describe what it is like to watch clouds again with depth perception, in color, and beauty. To hear and understand conversations again. Their staff is very helpful, proficient, and knowledgeable, and they DO follow up. Thier naysayers be damned. The Army does take care of it's own.

5 star personal recovery place of peace, strength, and guidance if it doesn't save your life you didn't work it. I worked I played I felt a part of and I am well active and growing in my recovery today

I take my son to see Cody and he's really awesome with him! They have always been extremely helpful and understanding. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Cody Jameson is outstanding He has truly been a consistent supporting positive influence for me and my son. He has never missed a appointment or been late He has always returned my calls quickly. Most importantly he has genuine compassion.

I HAVE to give an amazing review! Cody Jameson is the best doctor I have on my team (I have so many so that says a ton!) . You can tell he loves his job and he treats his patients so well. I can talk with him about literally anything, I even asked him if he'd ever thought about going into counseling- he's that good. I've already recommend him to every single family member, it's a no brainer. He's jumped through so many hoops for me to make sure I get the care I need. Even going to war advocating for me with insurance companies. He's the one you're looking for and I promise from the bottom of my heart he's the best in town. The best!

Staff is so kind and helpful. Wait time is minimal. I've never had trouble getting them to answer the phone. Providers return calls, faster than expected. I don't feel dismissed and I've never felt less than for seeking care.

I have known Jay and Lauren now for three years. And I proudly call them my friends. I am a person in long term recovery (four years today) and I have watched as both of these amazing people have put all their love, attention and focus in to serving others. I have really appreciated working with RHS. All of the staff I have worked with at RHS have been great, everyone including front desk staff and nurses. I have worked with Whitney for medications and Brett for counseling for the last several years and they are the best mental health providers you could ask for. They have been life savers!

They truly helped with what i needed help with. The people there working for the kids were great. They actually saw that there was something wrong in the whole situation that i was dealing with. My family however, pulled me out because the truth was being told. They helped me with what i needed most. They told me that it wasn't all my fault, and back then i thought it was. Thank you Whitney, Liz, Seth, Janie, Travis, Stacey, Carlie, and so much more for helping me!

Edit: Im changing my review because the of the promtness of the front office staff. They had reached out to try and amend my experience, which was extremely warming. I still want to leave my original view up for reference. I wasn’t planning to leave a review, but I want to share my experience in case it helps someone else. I went to this practice on a friend’s recommendation, and I understand that not every therapist and client will be a good fit. I didn’t expect to be “fixed” after one session, but I did expect to feel heard or at least seen. During my appointment the clinician appeared to rely heavily on an AI tool (ChatGPT). She sat with her back to me for most of the session, asked questions from a pre-written form, pasted my answers into the software, then read back a summary and asked, without making eye contact, “Does this sound like you?” This went on for more than half of the session. When she finally turned to me, she asked what my favorite color was, which felt out of place given how anxious and vulnerable I was. Overall the visit left me feeling dismissed, discouraged, and more hopeless than when I arrived. I’m still looking for a provider who will listen, engage, and help me work through my concerns. If you’re seeking therapy, don’t be discouraged if your first experience was like mine, go elsewhere and keep looking until you find someone you genuinely connect with.

This office is so amazing, especially Tammy. I have been seeing her on and off for 20 plus years. She is such a blessing to my life and her knowledge and background are beyond amazing ! She is my saving grace!

Wow! I can’t say enough good things about my experience from 2017/18. Trama therapy was game changing from Tammy!! She helped me soooo much, she help my youngest! My oldest son was making progress but shut down and as he was 18 I couldn’t make him finish- wish he would go back. Honestly everyone could benifit from this type of therapy! It was game changing for me. I learned to have a voice, I noticed all my diagnoses ( mild bi polar, depression, ptsd, anxiety) all decreased by at least 70%. I found adding Jesus to my mindset w healing and Tammy understands everyone’s different. You want to put it into the higher power ( what is that for u?) God, the earth, elements , whatever and its personalized for your faith or spirituality. I manage all my diagnoses. They don’t manage me. I use my choice of things to help like oils, vitamins so on……. Everyone has so kinda trama and need to learn to heal. This review is late, but still feel ppl need to know this service / therapy is game changing if your ARE READY TO HEAL, BREAK CYCLES/ generation trama!!!

I couldn't have asked for a more positive experience for my daughter that was having struggles starting at a very young age. How grateful we are that we found this gem right here in Preston. We have been able to work with several different staff members and have been very pleased with each of them! Dave, Natalie, Emily, Cynthia have all be so very helpful in providing us with the resources and skills needed to turn things around! They not only focused on the well being of my daughter but on the well being of our entire family. With commitment and consistency we have made remarkable improvements. We have always been treated with respect and empathy. The staff has been extremely accommodating and flexible to work with our busy schedule! I would definitely recommend Priestley Mental Health!

I have met with two different counselors here. Karen changed MY life. Dallas helped me maintain this. Also, the staff has always been on top of everything. I think we are lucky to have this facility and the counselors here in our small town.

We had my father here for 6 years and he loved the staff so much. They were a huge help!

At one time this nursing home had a reputation that made you question whether or not you should place a loved one here. I’m here to tell you that shouldn’t even be a question. My aunt came for therapy, a few months ago and was very reluctant to go. Now, she and my family couldn’t be happier. The staff is very caring, kind and respectful. There is laughter in the halls, there is a sense of pride in what they do, and they communicated very well with my aunt, and my family. I highly recommend Big Horn. It is clear they are going through some changes, but these changes have definitely served them and the other patients well.

I had the pleasure of working with the team at Big Horn Rehabilitation and Care Center in Sheridan about a month ago, and I was truly impressed by their warmth and dedication to the residents. The caregivers I met were not only friendly but deeply invested in providing quality care. You could feel the authenticity in the stories they shared, and it was clear that the residents are genuinely loved and well taken care of. During my time there, I filmed an interview with both administrators and employees, and hearing their passion for what they do really stood out to me. It’s rare to find a care facility where you sense such a personal connection between staff and residents.
