My name’s Shay and I was there about 3-4 years back and I loved the place. I got into some shenanigans and such, and ran away even, but it always felt like they could see through these acts and actually see someone who needed some help and guidance. Staff were amazing, and I actually learned while in school. It felt like the first place were I could be myself and grow as a person. Shout out Julianna, my therapist. They were the first place I went to were they never outsourced a need for rehabilitation to punishing you or controlling you. If you’re ever in need of some guidance or help, I recommend this place for 100%.

Visited Audiology for new hearing aids a couple days ago. I was attended by a young lady named Abby. First of all, when she came out to the waiting area to get me she spoke in a voice loud enough for me to hear. She is the first person in any VA Audiology clinic I've met that has done so. I would think that in Audiology it would be a routine thing to speak in a louder voice. Sadly, it's not. Abby was quite competent and the fitting went very well. As for the VAMC itself, it's nice enough.

I was a patient in this clinic in February of 2025. They have a provider that has so much specialty experience, she was amazing. I met her when she worked at the GI office, my wife worked with her at two local urgent cares. She was compassionate, really listened to me and my concerns. The first time I’ve seen a registered nurse working in a clinic in over 20 years. It was clean, one of the nicest clinics in town. I highly recommend Crossroads to anyone. I didn’t have insurance at the time, but their cash rates are so affordable. Anywhere else, it’s $175-$200 to walk in with a sore throat. Not even kidding, I paid less than $50 to be examined, tested and an additional $5 for the prescription. Their nurse called me a few days later just to check in on me. Don’t be fooled by the other places in town - you want to feel seen, heard and like the only patient of the day? Go to crossroads - best medical clinic in town!

This clinic is AMAZING - literally the best care in Cheyenne. The doctor - Jennifer, was kind and listened to me in a way no one has in a really long time. Even though it was over the computer (I came in but she was offsite) I knew she actually cared. Beautiful office, nice people - I don’t have insurance so I really appreciated being able to pay an affordable cash rate, got my prescriptions there too. What a concept, to be treated like a person! For many years I have been able to watch as this organization has grown into what is has become and be a part of what it is going to continue to become. The vision that Laura had all those years ago for people to just be able to have some hope for something different instead of addiction and degradation in a setting of welcoming and judgement-free helpfulness. By promoting many pathways to recovery for the person and family, there are new beginnings happening all the time in our community. The PATH program, Peer Specialist training, QPR, and other hopeful and helpful endeavors that the wonderful staff get to help with and serve people in have filled a needed and wanted niche. Got financially discharged after 10 days because my insurance was not verified for the entire visit. They did not do their due diligence and properly verify my insurance. They did not fight or appeal it, they just asked me to leave. Not only was I mortified, I was also left broke and still broken. I cashed out my 401k to go to this rehab, and paid the deductible for my plan which was either $7500 or $10,000. I trusted them to help me in my journey to sobriety but instead they added to my list of traumatic events and sadly I am still fighting to that same goal. They did not care about me as a person, they only seen me as a dollar and when I read the reviews it makes me mad that I was not extended this warm caring that so many are talking about. I tried to leave a BBB complaint or review but this facility doesn't participate so the next best way to make sure I can help to make it never happen again is an accurate review.

I graduated my 28 days in resident treatment program at North Point. My experience was truly amazing. The food was great, nice warm beds and plenty of activities. But most impressive was the staff. The kitchen, the techs, case managers, nurses, counselors, etc. made everything worth it. They truly care about your wellbeing and provide the knowledge so you can succeed in your sobriety journey. 10/10 would recommend!

North Point was a great experience for me. they do a great job of curating a community centered environment. The people here cared about getting better and the staff was great, the counselors were amazing. There were some hiccups and annoyances, but oh well; we’re here for rehabilitation, not a vacation. Amenities were solid and from what i heard, far above many other rehab facilities. I would recommend North Point 10/10 times.

I’ve had a great deal of exposure to recovery-focused businesses/programs and this was by far my best experience. Betty Jo, Alisha, and Ceana at the Fort Collins office truly understand the assignment, and treat everyone with respect and genuine care. They create an atmosphere that is both comfortable and solution-focused, which is a very difficult thing to do - a labor of love to say the least.
