I got into some shenanigans and such, and ran away even, but it always felt like they could see through these acts and actually see someone who needed some help and guidance. Staff were amazing, and I actually learned while in school. It felt like the first place were I could be myself and grow as a person. Shout out Julianna, my therapist. They were the first place I went to were they never outsourced a need for rehabilitation to punishing you or controlling you. If you’re ever in need of some guidance or help, I recommend this place for 100%. I met her when she worked at the GI office, my wife worked with her at two local urgent cares. She was compassionate, really listened to me and my concerns. The first time I’ve seen a registered nurse working in a clinic in over 20 years. It was clean, one of the nicest clinics in town. I highly recommend Crossroads to anyone. I didn’t have insurance at the time, but their cash rates are so affordable. Anywhere else, it’s $175-$200 to walk in with a sore throat. Not even kidding, I paid less than $50 to be examined, tested and an additional $5 for the prescription. Their nurse called me a few days later just to check in on me. Don’t be fooled by the other places in town - you want to feel seen, heard and like the only patient of the day? Go to crossroads - best medical clinic in town! The organic meals were very nourishing and the education around how to care for my mental and physical health were invaluable. I was here for only 6 months on hunter cottage. I loved it there. The staff made you feel at home in the cottage and the school was amazing. The staff would always make amazing food and it was so good. When I was there I never saw anyone say the food is bad. I discharged on March 16th 2026. It was an amazing journey and helped me have a really good wake up call. Shout out to all of the staff, teachers, helpers, and etc of what they taught me. Laura was an amazing staff on hunter cottage, Taryn, slim, Cheyenne, Adri, Willow, Delaney, and everyone else! Thank you guys so much for helping me. My name’s Shay and I was there about 3-4 years back and I loved the place. I got into some shenanigans and such, and ran away even, but it always felt like they could see through these acts and actually see someone who needed some help and guidance. Staff were amazing, and I actually learned while in school. It felt like the first place were I could be myself and grow as a person. Shout out Julianna, my therapist. They were the first place I went to were they never outsourced a need for rehabilitation to punishing you or controlling you. If you’re ever in need of some guidance or help, I recommend this place for 100%.

Wow, What Wonderful experiences, This VA has really stepped up thing's. They've been remodeling on a 5 Year Project for A. VAMOC, (Veteran Administration Medical - Outpatient - Clinic-Center) They have been resurfacing the parking area for a couple of years, to make way for the new drop off area, of the new clinic. In the last 5 years, this clinic has treated me numerous times. Each visit has been above Par IIX ⭐© Tier 8, 8.5 Star Certified Congratulations To: 1. This program had been absolutely life changing! It's so convenient to talk to your doctor over video chat and they really listen to you. Your prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy while you're on video chat. The drug tests come right to your house and they very simple to do. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone struggling with addiction to opioids!

Bicycle health has been the best thing I could have ever done for my addiction and my recovery and my future I highly recommend going on here to help get off your opiate dependency or whatever dependency it is that you are struggling with it's easy it's affordable and they make you feel so much better. I was a patient in this clinic in February of 2025. They have a provider that has so much specialty experience, she was amazing. I met her when she worked at the GI office, my wife worked with her at two local urgent cares. She was compassionate, really listened to me and my concerns. The first time I’ve seen a registered nurse working in a clinic in over 20 years. It was clean, one of the nicest clinics in town. I highly recommend Crossroads to anyone. I didn’t have insurance at the time, but their cash rates are so affordable. Anywhere else, it’s $175-$200 to walk in with a sore throat. Not even kidding, I paid less than $50 to be examined, tested and an additional $5 for the prescription. Their nurse called me a few days later just to check in on me. Don’t be fooled by the other places in town - you want to feel seen, heard and like the only patient of the day? Go to crossroads - best medical clinic in town!

This clinic is AMAZING - literally the best care in Cheyenne. The doctor - Jennifer, was kind and listened to me in a way no one has in a really long time. Even though it was over the computer (I came in but she was offsite) I knew she actually cared. Beautiful office, nice people - I don’t have insurance so I really appreciated being able to pay an affordable cash rate, got my prescriptions there too. What a concept, to be treated like a person! Very nice facility, nice rooms, clean, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Food is ok. Classes are fair. Staff has been helpful and kind. Advocate for yourself while in any treatment program. Overall I had a very good therapist, good nursing staff and a clean and safe environment.

InnerBalance is a hidden gem among inpatient rehabs. I struggled with addiction for many years and went to several inpatient rehabs. Nothing was working. I was physically ill by the time I reached InnerBalance, with frequent seizures, low platelets and liver disease. I was in so much emotional pain and despair. InnerBalance gave me a lifeline. What made it so phenomenal, were the people who worked there, many of whom are still there today. There was an emphasis on nutrition and correcting imbalances in my body. I was allowed to go out at times to explore Loveland. That kind of normalcy and trust was meaningful. I was given support through group and individual therapy, as well as a nutritionist and life coach. The organic meals were very nourishing and the education around how to care for my mental and physical health were invaluable. They encouraged me to go to sober living after I left InnerBalance, which made a huge difference in maintaining my sobriety by giving my body and spirit more time to heal. I relapsed several times within that year, but because of the genuine support I had received from the counselors at InnerBalance, I did not continue in any of my relapses. I now have six and a half years of sobriety. InnerBalance gave me the support I needed to let go of what was holding me back from sobriety. I learned how to love myself in a way I never had before. It was just the beginning of my journey, but their program and everyone there, had a ripple effect that changed the way I approached early sobriety, and even the way I still approach my health. I hope anyone who is struggling with addiction finds their way to the wonderful people at InnerBalance.

As a mother of a son that went to Choice House for treatment, I cannot say enough about this program and credit them 100% for saving my son’s life! After a lot of research, I discovered a 90 day inpatient program plus sober living has the best outcomes for long term sobriety. My son completed 90 days inpatient and living in sober living 1yr which was an integral part of molding him into the man he is today. He has been sober 3 1/2 years and still lives in Colorado surrounded by the supportive community he built while in treatment. This review is long overdue and I felt compelled to share after just returning from a visit with my son in Colorado and seeing the life he has built. I completed residential and sober living with Choice House. They walked with me through the most difficult process of my life. I can’t say enough great things about my time at Choice House and how I truly believe they helped me regain my life. The staff and care were incredible and the facility was top notch. The expertise that Choice House provides towards mental health and recovery and individuals well being helped me greatly in getting my life back on track and providing knowledge and assistance for when I was ready to reintegrate into the world and out of their care.
