Great place. Staff was very friendly. Dr. Hipp has the best bedside manner. Took our 4yo girl in for a cut to her eyebrow. He played with her and get her to relax before glueing the wound shut. Don t want to have to go back because, well, it s a hospital and you don t usually go unless something is wrong. If we do have to go back, we won t be worried.

Had a nice experience, found someone really nice in the staff who took the time to hear my family's concerns and let us know what was our best course of treatment. So nice to know that there are still people that care.

I actually attended this rehab when I was pregnant with my first child. Highly recommend!! You won't be disappointed! Wish I could go back. But gratefully I am 5 years clean now!! Glory be to God and the people he works through at this rehab!!

Recovery House is an amazing facility! All the staff are amazing and go above and beyond to get you the help that you need to succeed in your recovery! Most facilities feel like a facility but not the recovery house, they make you feel like your at home.

Has been for me a blessing but for one a curse. It's a place to hide from whom you don't wanna be, and an influence of what they say think feel n want you to be... I rebuke the from me and even pray for her demons. My best friends!!;) Thanks for showing me the light Amen!!!

This is great facility that focuses on the whole person. Mentally, physical and, emotionally. It's a place that also focus on living sober not just on the inside but especially how to live sober when you leave, it also focus on how to have fun in recovery. They also focus and teach you how to manage your life and the responsibilities of self. I learned how to look at the "man in the mirror". Great facility, great staff, great program! I recommend this facility if you get sober and stay sober!!!

This is a great place,and the staff is awesome

Hands down best treatment I ve ever had. Cady Hill would have made my 9th and last rehab. The director is awesome and in recovery himself so I feel he understands us and knows what kind of treatment we need. All the staff there and therapist were amazing. Even the interns. Groups were awesome! I think about this place everyday and I LET these people help me.

My brother has been attending the Victory House for years, and he loves it! They take good care of him, and teach him a lot.

The Phoenix house is a great wonderful place to be. They saved my life an without them I know I wouldn't have such a great quality of life like I do today. I'm getting my life back one day at a time. I'm forever thankful to them. Everyone there especially the staff. Mrs Kim and John.b and Jim.J. was an still are my new family. I miss you all dearly an thank God for bringing me to the Phoenix house. From the bottom of my heart thank you all.

I will never forget this place or forget the staff that were there at my time. They saved my life and it was strict because of Covid at that time. I had the best time in my recovery and grateful for the help I received.

Being privileged to teach basic Bible principles at this facility, I am blessed as I witness the transformation and rehabilitation in the men and women residents. Praise to Jesus for new focus, life and purpose.

A close family member for whom I am responsible was at this facility for 4 months. They had previously been in 2 other settings without little to no improvement. The physician at MSH got her on an effective medication regimen. The social worker was a God-send, helping me find a placement that met my loved one's needs and which we could financially manage. Before and after discharge, I experienced support and empathy that I had not found in other situations. If I wanted to find something to complain about, I probably could--BUT what is important to me was the outcome of MSH'S care and treatment of my loved one and for that, 5 stars.

I heard a lot of horror stories and when I found out my son was being transferred there a lot of folks had negative things to say that placed a lot of fear in me !! I just want to say and clear the air. Today I visited the hospital and seen first hand how well taken care of my son actually is and my visit today gave me the reassurance I needed ! The staff there was really helpful and pleasant they showed cared and compassion that is so hard to find now days ! When I went for my first visit with him today I was not sure how things worked so I came to the main entrance of hospital like I was instructed by my son to do ! Once there the second shift ladies who worked the front desk were very friendly and helpful walking me through visitation step by step ! I was nervous and had not seen my son in over year so a lot of anxiety coming in to visit for first time in such a long time ! The officer whitehead and the front desk ladies that were there to assist me was very understanding ,as well as patient with me ! This brought me a lot of comfort and relief in my option they are the type of individuals anyone would want to be taking care of a loved one ! Friendly and helpful and they made my visit the best possible for me and my son ! So if u have a loved one going for care or treatment at this hospital don t believe the bad reviews or be so quick to judge go see for urself I am sure u will be amazed at what u find ! Like me u will see that they have great staff and this is a good hospital with great care for patients! Good job guys keep up the good work and thank u so much for ur service !

I went to Bryce in 2002-2004 I hated the place when I was there I was sent there for extreme PTSD. However I had went to 30+ places similar this was the final place the staff was great and they helped me overcome a psychotic breakdown. In one of the reviews some one said they were the youngest there is a minor ward I was only 14 but I wasn't the youngest. Everyone hates places like this however I would have never came back to reality without them. I don't know if they read these reviews and the staff is probably all gone but thank you for everyone who works there y'all are heros.

The staff there is hands down the best. They showed me way more love than i feserved and even drove two hours out of the way to speak on my behalf. The peple there really care. They are not there for any other reason except to help people

This place has staff that go out of their way to find ways to help. Kind, good therapists, and lots of things they offer that I didn t know about like employment assistance and housing grants.

I love the services here! They ve been so thorough and helpful throughout the past 2 years. 10/10 recommend
