I had an injury and went in thinking I broke a bone or worse. Everyone was very friendly. The doctor was quick, friendly and compassionate. Nurse Melissa was very attentive and kind. She made me less nervous about the pain and explained everything really well. Compassionate care is very important when you’re experiencing any type of emergency and I am thankful for the care I received.

I absolutely love Dr. Dalai. He has put the time & work in no matter what road blocks we hit. I’ve fought many demons that he has helped me understand. I couldn’t have done it without him and his amazing staff.. shoutout to Bri and all the other nurses who put up with my horrible anxiety. They all pitch in to help, I’ve even had to wonderful chance to meet the officer manager who isn’t afraid to jump in there and help with patients. I look forward to my visits every time and that says a lot about someone who doesn’t like to leave the house. All I can say is thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of the staff.

This was a great place for me. To get the attention i needed. They were able to get me to sleep comfortably. And got my medications adjusted and helped me get into an insurance that i could afford. My only complaint is I have had trouble with the following up. I was hoping to get a pcp in their network.

I wanted to share my experience here as there are a lot of negative reviews. I was here for a week and I actually enjoyed it here. The nurses are really nice and the food is great. I would make a few changes though. Like better bedding and more blankets. Otherwise, I was treated wirh respect and fairness and learned a lot. Thank you for all the help!

It is unfornate that the staff at the Van Buren Baptist Hospital is lazy, un sanitary, it is not clean. I had to do a lot and contactable asked for bed pan blankets. Came in at 630 am with 4 people already here with only 1 doctor on staff. They did a shift change so the doctor on said well I leave at 7 I guess I can see her. He never came in room and left. The next doctor FINALLY came in at 7:30. My wife was peeing and pooping blood and in a turmendouse amount of pain. At 830 they finally gave her pain meds. This Baptist Hospital needs to be closed. One patient came in with hurt foot and leg and got blood all over his room the bathroom and all ove the floor. I had to go get the nurse twice to clean it up. Heneven got it on the bathroom door. I cleaned it up as i took my wife to the bathroom. We were not happy at all with this Hospital. They are under staffed with nurses and doctors at the Van Buren hospital. I understand the medical world is short staffed but most hospitals are not anymore. No janitorial service. The 3 nurses just sat in their station talking and giggling. I had to keep going and getting them. I had to keep asking whatbthe treatment was going to be. The security officer stayed in his office and never came out of it at all. Never been to a hospital before with out seeing the security right at the emergency room check in. It is a shame. People just don't want to work anymore sad.

This place is truly amazing. We transfered from the guidance center and it was the best decision ever made. We followed Dr. Elliton and we dont regret it at all, my son was thier first patient but after a few appointments I decided I would give them a try. I have been to many over that last decade and did just give up but Lacy was so kind and friendly as well as Jesse that I figured what the heck do I have to lose. I made an appointment and learned that for years I have been misdiagnosed and when I seen Dr Witherington for the first time I felt heard. This office is small but that is the best part for anyone with anxiety, and everyone is so welcoming. My son dont fight to go like he has before with other places. To us we are not just a patient they make us feel like we are friends and that we matter just as much as the next person that walks through the door.

They are actually really good and nice people. There is nothing wrong with this place. They have been nothing but kind. There is no urine on the walls and tanner the poodle in professional. If anything the people giving bad reviews haven’t actually experienced being here. If you go to any therapist office especially a small one like this they can’t fit everyone in. If you really are having mental health issues you need to get help from places that deal with that. This is therapy. Not a place where they constantly have room for everyone. It’s your job to show up. It’s your job to get help if you need it. The size of this building is small. They can’t fit hundreds of people like you wish. You can’t demand to be here. You have to wait your turn. If your mentally unstable and your going to do something then go to a hospital instead of yelling at the staff here. They are incredible people.

I went here for a few months for help with tapering off of benzos that I had been prescribed for anxiety. I was having a lot of trouble or with withdrawal symptoms and wanted to make sure I was tapering the correct way. I met with Brian a couple times and he was very nice. The only negative I have is he did a drug test on me without disclosing that I would get a bill. Now I have a $180 bill to test for drugs that I was prescribed. It would have been nice if the fact that I would have to pay so much for a drug test was disclosed before taking it, and if I had been given an option to opt out.

I would just like to share my experience about Natural State and the guy Michael who manages the sober living houses. If it was not for him my son would be dead. He told me from the beginning that if my son was willing to go to any lengths to change his life then he would have a chance. I almost enabled my son to his grave by not listening to Michael and taking his suggestions. Today my son has a little over a year sober and is a new person. He also suggested that I go to Alanon meetings which I have been for a year and the relief that I get from these meetings are priceless. I was able to get the best help I was able to get. Piney ridge helped me throughout the way. They have great staff and administration personnel that are there to truly help kids in the United States. I am forever grateful of Piney Ridge and I would highly recommend other states to look into sending kids to this program if need be.

I have read most of the reviews for this place. I know I cannot speak to the other families experiences but I can try to explain ours.
We had a child go through this program from July 2023-January 2024. Of course during that time we dearly missed our child. At first, we were extremely skeptical of the staff and the changes in therapists when he started. I know these places have turn-over and it concerned us. But we moved forward with them.
Our story has a fantastic finish. He made it through the program and was deemed ready to come back to us. The therapists and nurses there were fantastic, in keeping us informed of his progress. We attended all the visitations, day passes, overnite passes and family sessions throughout the process. What we seen in return was a confused child going in but a changed young man coming out. He changed drastically in his thought process and his coping skills.
We could see the changes as he moved through the program. We can't say enough about the results for our family and owe this facility all the credit for helping us get back our young man, no longer confused about his place in our family.
I don't know enough of the names of the staff but EVERYONE involved at the facility showed us patience, compassion and caring for our child. At the first day we met with our intake person, the nurses who would care for him and later that week the assigned therapist(s). Everyone showed us understanding with this traumatic transition. They provided resources and responses for our questions.
These folks have such a hard job treating these lost kids. We have the upmost respect for everything they do. Give this place a try and follow their steps. I'm sure you will see the results.

I had a great expierence here and learning new thing the staff is so supportive i appreciate every staff on the girls unit(East) and my therapist(best therapist i have ever had)
Thank you Ms.Ryan.C and Ms.Kourtney.H i appreciate you guys so much you both have helped me through the toughest time i had at PRTC you both were there for me when i was self-harming, Trying to end my life, acting out, fighting and when i had panic attacks i still have the notes that you both gave me they stay in my wallet and i read them when i miss you guys i still have the cow stuff animal from Ms.Kourtney i sleep with it because i feel safe when i have it because i know who gave it to me and that the person who gave it to me cares and was a safe person i got comfortable with.
I miss you guys and thank you every one for everything you guys did to help me get through treatment. I miss you Ms.Ryan and Ms.Kourtney and i love you guys with boundaries also thank you Ms.Sch'Vannia for helping me and discharging me On june 30th.

I'm an army veteran I can only say this is the only good thing about Muskogee Oklahoma the fact that I can go to the VA and get certain things and Medical Care sometimes it's good but there's doctors up there that I don't agree with there's been times where I have to stay forcefully and go in front of a judge that I know already from childhood and it's quite irritating because he looked at me as a child and as a veteran and it's hard to distinguish if he's punishing me for being mentally ill or for something I did it back in my teenage years having a mental illness is not easy you have to deal with people asking you stupid things like why are you so excited all the time well it's better than being suicidal like all my friends who killed herself in the past behind drinking and drugs and the fact that they couldn't get any help at their local VA I hope that the VA will separate civilians and Veterans it's not a good thing to have him so close in the same area all the time civilians don't really know what we go through because they don't go through anything they left a mark they hang up the phone they're very disrespectful and they really need to do a revamp on the employment the only time anyone is nice at the VA is when it's a holiday for the veterans that seems like the only time they care but throughout the rest of the year it's all hurry up over counseling appointment oh never mind

The Metal health care facility is amazing. The Dr's RNs and CNA's are caring and well organized.
I really appreciate how well I was treated and even the Nintendo Bowling!
The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the beds could use an upgrade, although I still was able to get sleep on them.
I had a 3 day stay and left in much better condition than I came in.
