This VA facility is pretty good. It's just a satellite it helps you avoid going to little rock. If you have larger issues in your health you should expect to go to little rock. People here are friendly and helpful.

However, my experience here far exceeded my experiences of ANY VA I have been to and I was treated SO great! Nurse Connie was the sweetest Nurse I have ever had! She was amazing and she was able to calm my anxiety. My primary care Dr., Mr Spears was wonderful as well. I can't express the gratitude I have for how everyone treated me. This is the BEST 30 day facility I have EVER been to. They came and picked me up and showed me nothing but love the whole time I was there. The councilors and peer support are TOP NOTCH there is nothing better than learning about recovery from people who have been through recovery. The H&I meetings are truly amazing, the AA & NA come to the facility and tell their stories. All the story s were good and helped me in my recovery giving me hope. The food is AMAZING There are two awesome chefs that KNOW HOW TO COOK. YOU WILL EAT LIKE A KING/QUEEN. They also help you get into sober living and give you plenty of recourses you can use upon discharge. They have a heart for recovery and they deserve 5 STARS

Every time I step into the facility I feel welcomed and someone is readily available to help with directions to maneuver through the building. I give specials thanks to Dr. Eric Paul for the amazing work he does and to his staff. My stay was short but very impactful, giving thanks to the nurses I had Darla, Daisy, and Steve on the urology floor. As well as the techs Nigel, Tanya, and the night shift young lady who assisted me out of bed. I appreciate you all from the bottom of my heart! You all truly set the tone for the bariatric patients!

I have been in and out of the hospital i don't know how many times over the years I'm currently in the hospital on the 7th floor now in the past I was on the 4th floor one of the mane reasons for me coming to baptist hospital is because of your nurses are the best so i want to tell all the nurses thank you and the doctors are very good thank you to the doctors

My dad has been staying here floor 3 everyone has been great kind the Evs Brook was super helpful our first day, we are blessed because we are so far away .
