I was having a lot of trouble or with withdrawal symptoms and wanted to make sure I was tapering the correct way. I met with Brian a couple times and he was very nice. The only negative I have is he did a drug test on me without disclosing that I would get a bill. Now I have a $180 bill to test for drugs that I was prescribed. It would have been nice if the fact that I would have to pay so much for a drug test was disclosed before taking it, and if I had been given an option to opt out. He told me from the beginning that if my son was willing to go to any lengths to change his life then he would have a chance. I almost enabled my son to his grave by not listening to Michael and taking his suggestions. Today my son has a little over a year sober and is a new person. He also suggested that I go to Alanon meetings which I have been for a year and the relief that I get from these meetings are priceless. My son was making every excuse in the world to me and I was believing him instead of someone who has walked in his shoes. Again thank you Michael and Natural State Recovery. Let me explaine . they start shooting crooked , lying , going behind staff back and thinking they are being slick . no cell phone till you go Block House then you got ask to have one . you got work CQ answering phone and other things ,sighn in and out of bathroom . you get 10 minute shower no longer . write up comes with extra duty ,washing dishes ,cleaning bathrooms floors , meeting room ,washing cars . when you leave you be diffrent person but it fresh start for you so never take it hard and think you being punished . The negative reviews here are not accurate and the staff very much care for the clients, with most being former addicts and alcoholics themselves. I participated in residential treatment, PHP, and IOP. A client will be paired with a counselor, therapist, and a psychiatrist. Toward the end of treatment a client can be paired with a sponsor of a 12 step program like AA. There are too many resources to list that Oasis and Recovery Centers of Arkansas have to offer, but a person has to desire to be clean/sober and want to change their lifestyle. I was in the Autumn unit. All of the staff, nurses, and techs did everything in their power to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. The doctors came to do wellness checks everyday. I was able to fully open up and be completely honest without fear of being judged or ridiculed. The first morning I was there I had a panic attack and Laila held my hands and walked me through it. She even cut up my food into small pieces so I could eat since I had recently had a dental surgery. Nurse Brooke came and sat in my room with me when I said I was scared to be alone and tried to redirect my brain from the anxiety by talking to me about family and offering to play whatever music I wanted. Carol was bubbly and positive with a smile on her face while trying to take care of all the patients requests and needs. Tyrek was incredible each and everyday, making me laugh with his positive and funny attitude even after a 13 hour shift. Stephen was amazing and busted his butt everyday, staying late when other staff didn't show up for shifts while keeping a smile on his face along with making everyone around him smile. I don't think I even saw Stephen sit down at all. Destiny was amazing and held a music therapy group for the clients that was so much fun. The dietician Rebekah was so helpful with any questions I had even when she was overwhelmed with the workload she had. Rhonda and Griselda are two of the sweetest women I've ever met, being patient, caring and kind while gathering and administering each patient's medications. Shi'nez and Iesha were so sweet and supportive. Abby was amazing and so great at showing the patients new coping skills. Shaq and Derek were awesome and hilarious, making the days more enjoyable. Dr. Downes checked in on me everyday, along with Nurse Reid, and they both made me feel heard, validated, and valued. I could feel how much they understood the battle that was going on in my brain and that they genuinely cared and worked fast and hard to help correct the chemical imbalance from the medications I was on. If I could give a 6th star, I absolutely would. I 1000% recommend Conway wellness center if you are struggling and need help. They truly care and listen and do whatever they can to help you get back to feeling like yourself. I left the facility feeling like I had my spark back and have continued treatment in the outpatient facility next door, which is also absolutely incredible. I truly love each and every one of the staff members from the Autumn unit and the outpatient therapy facility. They absolutely made a huge impact on my life and I am grateful to each and every one of them. If I could go back just to visit with the staff, I totally would because they are just that amazing. My experience here at The Haven Detox facility has been nothing short of outstanding! The team/ staff are very considerate & accommodating! I went here for a few months for help with tapering off of benzos that I had been prescribed for anxiety. I was having a lot of trouble or with withdrawal symptoms and wanted to make sure I was tapering the correct way. I met with Brian a couple times and he was very nice. The only negative I have is he did a drug test on me without disclosing that I would get a bill. Now I have a $180 bill to test for drugs that I was prescribed. It would have been nice if the fact that I would have to pay so much for a drug test was disclosed before taking it, and if I had been given an option to opt out.

I would just like to share my experience about Natural State and the guy Michael who manages the sober living houses. If it was not for him my son would be dead. He told me from the beginning that if my son was willing to go to any lengths to change his life then he would have a chance. I almost enabled my son to his grave by not listening to Michael and taking his suggestions. Today my son has a little over a year sober and is a new person. He also suggested that I go to Alanon meetings which I have been for a year and the relief that I get from these meetings are priceless. My son was making every excuse in the world to me and I was believing him instead of someone who has walked in his shoes. Again thank you Michael and Natural State Recovery.

I completed the 28 day program twice and spent over 90 days total. At first I didn't like it. They were strict and it was kinda of a tough love thing, I'm sure of that. But, I appreciated that tough love, structure, and accountability,because that is what I needed at the time. After I finished the 28 they found me a job that I really enjoyed and provided transportation to and from work . At the N.A. , C.A. and alumni meetings , I came to realize that the people here really do care about me, you, and each other.They want nothing more than to see everyone succeed.They are truly one big family!

I got at Sober Living in Dec 13 2023 and stayed till April -05-2024 . they lot rules you got no or find the door and i understand that . Your first 30 days you got to remember ,Maintaining abstinence from drugs and alcohol Paying rent and other fees Participating in house chores Attending house meetings Following curfews Respecting other residents and staff Being a team player Agreeing to random drug and alcohol tests. the lot rules to go by . I watched people get kicked out and that might sound bad but it not . Let me explaine . they start shooting crooked , lying , going behind staff back and thinking they are being slick . no cell phone till you go Block House then you got ask to have one . you got work CQ answering phone and other things ,sighn in and out of bathroom . you get 10 minute shower no longer . write up comes with extra duty ,washing dishes ,cleaning bathrooms floors , meeting room ,washing cars . when you leave you be diffrent person but it fresh start for you so never take it hard and think you being punished . I did extra work like pick trash up around building . just work program and you see better person inside you .

This rehab is very affective in establishing long term sobriety if a person desires it. The negative reviews here are not accurate and the staff very much care for the clients, with most being former addicts and alcoholics themselves. I participated in residential treatment, PHP, and IOP. A client will be paired with a counselor, therapist, and a psychiatrist. Toward the end of treatment a client can be paired with a sponsor of a 12 step program like AA. There are too many resources to list that Oasis and Recovery Centers of Arkansas have to offer, but a person has to desire to be clean/sober and want to change their lifestyle. No one can make an individual stay sober so the staff cannot be blamed especially when they let it be known that the client must put in the effort to rise above their addiction. Thank you so much for accepting me back after 4 years of chronic relapsing. God bless you all!

My experience with Oasis renewal was professionalism, compassion,education, and I left with the clear understanding about my addiction. Very nice. Staff were open, welcoming, and friendly. Waiting room was large, with a nice window wall with a view of a small courtyard with a fountain. Plenty of options of things to do while you wait. Plenty of magazines to look at, and toys for the children to play with. Fliers with information available also. Super clean!

Conway wellness center is an absolutely incredible facility. I was in the Autumn unit. All of the staff, nurses, and techs did everything in their power to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. The doctors came to do wellness checks everyday. I was able to fully open up and be completely honest without fear of being judged or ridiculed. The first morning I was there I had a panic attack and Laila held my hands and walked me through it. She even cut up my food into small pieces so I could eat since I had recently had a dental surgery. Nurse Brooke came and sat in my room with me when I said I was scared to be alone and tried to redirect my brain from the anxiety by talking to me about family and offering to play whatever music I wanted. Carol was bubbly and positive with a smile on her face while trying to take care of all the patients requests and needs. Tyrek was incredible each and everyday, making me laugh with his positive and funny attitude even after a 13 hour shift. Stephen was amazing and busted his butt everyday, staying late when other staff didn't show up for shifts while keeping a smile on his face along with making everyone around him smile. I don't think I even saw Stephen sit down at all. Destiny was amazing and held a music therapy group for the clients that was so much fun. The dietician Rebekah was so helpful with any questions I had even when she was overwhelmed with the workload she had. Rhonda and Griselda are two of the sweetest women I've ever met, being patient, caring and kind while gathering and administering each patient's medications. Shi'nez and Iesha were so sweet and supportive. Abby was amazing and so great at showing the patients new coping skills. Shaq and Derek were awesome and hilarious, making the days more enjoyable. Dr. Downes checked in on me everyday, along with Nurse Reid, and they both made me feel heard, validated, and valued. I could feel how much they understood the battle that was going on in my brain and that they genuinely cared and worked fast and hard to help correct the chemical imbalance from the medications I was on. If I could give a 6th star, I absolutely would. I 1000% recommend Conway wellness center if you are struggling and need help. They truly care and listen and do whatever they can to help you get back to feeling like yourself. I left the facility feeling like I had my spark back and have continued treatment in the outpatient facility next door, which is also absolutely incredible. I truly love each and every one of the staff members from the Autumn unit and the outpatient therapy facility. They absolutely made a huge impact on my life and I am grateful to each and every one of them. If I could go back just to visit with the staff, I totally would because they are just that amazing.

I was in the Autumn unit. I went in for a suicide attempt and came out better then ever. I wanna give a shout out to Mrs Rhonda, Bam, Kaitlyn, tyrek, thomas, Mrs Carol, Mrs Jay Moss, Cam, Shameka, Blake, and mrs yam. They helped me in ways I never thought was possible. They need a raise for sure. They put up with so much bull crap and still worked with a smile and did their jobs to more then their best. They are all wonderful people. I guess the people saying they are rude must have been rude to them first because they have always been kind and very understanding to me. I've been going there almost 5 years and they probably saved my life and I thank them so much for the help they have given and are still giving me. A lil pricey but each Dr. Can only have a certain amount of patients so they have to charge enough to make it worth doing without losing money!!!
