When I first came to Peaks, I was broken, depressed, hopeless, and completely lost. I truly didn’t believe things could get better. But my experience at Peaks changed my life in ways I never could’ve imagined. From the moment I arrived, I was surrounded by a community of supportive, caring people who genuinely wanted to see me grow. I built friendships and connections that will last a lifetime, with people who stood by me through every high and low of my recovery journey. The groups and therapists were absolutely incredible, I learned more here than I ever have in any other program. The structure at Peaks helped me build consistency, confidence, and real progress. The staff went above and beyond every single day, they truly cared about us as people, not just clients. Even the food was amazing (shoutout to the chefs, you made every meal feel special!). The activities were another huge part of my healing, basketball, pickleball, volleyball courts right on property, yoga, art supplies, gym equipment, hikes twice a week, church, Recovery Dharma, and so much more. There was always something positive and grounding to be a part of. I am endlessly grateful for my time at Peaks Recovery. This program gave me my life back and gave me the tools, support, and hope I needed to keep moving forward. Thank you to everyone who made my experience so meaningful and life-changing. ❤️

This was my 3rd attempt at recovery and I have to say it was not without challenges but I believe I got exactly what I needed. The staff is a little shorthanded but they took amazing care of me. I have to give shoutouts to a few of the staff that went above and beyond. Doc G Janet David Arno who are clinicians and teach classes are all amazing. The BHT’s work their tails off taking care of the clients. Anthony, Marla, Melissa, Heather, Dan, Ashley, and countless others. I just got home yesterday and my recovery plan is top notch. I also want to personally thank Elizabeth the event coordinator who is always above and beyond and truly cares about the clients. She needs to be recognized for all of her hard work. The folks in the med room were outstanding as well. Overall I had an amazing and healing experience. Thank you to all of the staff for their hard work. If you’re looking to just detox or a limited program then think about either going somewhere else or pour it all in. I was fortunate enough to decide the latter. I also am a VA patient and there are things to be said for how they “VA” track you, which was very upsetting but the curriculum can’t be touched if you do EMDR, I recommend Arno. Remember that you’re the driver of your sobriety, easy to say, but if you choose to go here, accept everything you’re given and push back and don’t be afraid to listen to others. If you’re wanting to lean on the everyday staff and feel lost you’ll walk into someone who cares, do yourself a favor and open up, cry, and realize you’re not alone. Be your own rockstar!

Everyone here is GREAT! The kitchen accommodated my diet (with a smile), the therapist really help you dig deep, and the culture is amazing! If you're struggling this place is a really great place!

I went to Northpoint in November of 2022. This facility offered an array of services and classes. This facility saved my life. The music classes were always my favorite and the food was amazing. There were art supplies and fun games to play to pass the time. I loved having my own room and bathroom. The staff was so nice and took care of me. They were there for good and bad moments. I met a lot of people that mean a lot to me.

North point has been nothing but an amazing place for me to get away from all the mess and find myself again. The staff is the absolute best. So funny and super open/honest with everyone. Very understanding. The free time we were given outside of class to be outside in the beautiful weather and chat with other peers meant so much to me. This place really allowed me to open up to others, which has been a struggle for me for a long time now. And the outings to go to meetings and get a feel of what recover looks like outside of the facility has given me the courage to keep pursuing that after release and to go meet others in recovery and continue down this path. Place is amazing

This place is full of kind people and kind staff. Everyone has been so helpful and supportive. My social worker is amazing, and the whole team really cares. Every time I go to group, I feel like I get the help I need. If you're trying to get sober and quit alcohol, this is a beautiful place to start your journey. I'm really thankful for the support I've found here. 🫡

It was a good facility I was there for 55 days and now I'm in a sober living. The place is nice and you can get a lot of tools to take with when you leave. Idk but it seems like a lot of the younger patience are there on their 10th plus time they treated like a summer get away or something it's crazy how many people are in there that's been there a number of amount of times they all knew each other not to think I'm better then anyone but they leave and they come right back it must be the good food haha I would recommend this place anyone trying to go to a rehab. Staff are nice all the nurses are pretty cool

What helped at Mile High Recovery in Colorado was that they took my anxiety and depression seriously alongside the substance stuff. The care felt inclusive (I noticed they’re intentional about LGBTQ clients), and even small things like nutrition support made a difference for me day to day.

I did their residential track (basically inpatient rehab) and liked the mix of structure and actual trauma work. EMDR plus groups gave me a way to process things I’d been avoiding for years, not just white-knuckle sobriety.

If you’re scanning rehabs in Colorado and want options, know they explain MAT clearly and without pressure. We talked through Vivitrol vs Suboxone and how it would fit with therapy and step-down care. That honest conversation helped make my decision.

I had a life changing experience during my stay at the Rose House. The staff are kind and firm at the same time. The dynamics between the clients is also a very therapeutic part of it all. The way we cared and called each other out was very crucial to the whole experience. I would highly recommend this treatment center to anyone who is serious about a clean and sober lifestyle.

I want to start this review by acknowledging that recovery from mental health issues, trauma and addiction is HARD. There is no one place that will be a good fit for everybody and no place will work until the client wants to change and is ready to do the very difficult work required for healing. We stumbled upon the Rose House when we had almost lost all hope for our 18 year old daughter. She had been in and out of various mental health facilities and rehab facilities but nothing worked. She was an addict but if she checked into a rehab facility the trauma she had experienced caused her to go into a fight or flight response. She acted out verbally and by self harming. Although they would claim to be a dual diagnosis center, they would always call us within a day or so and tell us they didn't have the type of facilities to help her. If we tried to get her residential mental health help we were told there was no such place. She could only be put on a 72 hour hold if she was a danger to herself or others. Our daughter's addiction began when a couple of men lured her into their trafficking scheme. She was 14 and they paid her a lot of attention. In her mind one of them was her boyfriend and she felt flattered that an older man would want her. They started giving her drugs in exchange for sex. Soon she needed the drugs to stop the feeling of guilt and disgust she felt from what was happening to her. When she finally said no to one of them he physically and forcibly raped her. I wish we had understood earlier what was going on. (This man is now serving 97 years in a Colorado prison) We walked into the Rose House and took a tour at her lowest point. She agreed to look at the Rose House but wasn't committing to going. After the tour we sat in Alison's office and I asked her if she thought the Rose House could help my daughter. Alison said if she is willing to come she is exactly who we help. My daughter said no one can help me I'm broken. My daughter checked herself in a few weeks later after being arrested for a DV situation and a high speed chase with the police. She spent a night in jail and realized she did not want to spend another one there. She had a court hearing. Alison met us there to support her and then took her to the Rose House. We couldn't speak to her for 2 weeks during the settling in period. Once we could communicate with her we saw growth every time we spoke or saw her. I asked her what was different this time. Her answer was 1. I'm ready for help and 2. the staff knows what they are doing and I know they care about me. I don't want to paint the wrong picture, recovery is never a straight line and it doesn't always happen in a set period of time. I was glad that the Rose House worked towards goals and that's what drove moving to the next step - not a set number of days on a calendar. They were also there on the tough days. Setting boundaries when needed, treating clients with respect and always showing compassion and consistency. The other thing that is different about the Rose House is that they really believe that the healing of the client's family is important and do a lot of work towards that with the weekly family zoom meeting and the family weekend. We learn that we can not control the decisions of our loved ones but we can set boundaries for ourselves. We can support them in their recovery but we can't do it for them. Our daughter graduated from the program and spent some time in the step down program. She is now 19, just received her 6 months chip for being clean and sober and is holding a fulltime job. She continues going to meetings almost everyday and is working with her own therapist to continue the work that was started in the Rose House. I honestly believe that if we hadn't found the Rose House she would be dead now. Instead I get to hug her everyday and get to see the wonderful woman she is becoming. The Rose House and it's staff have our undying gratitude.

The Rose House is the answer to our prayers! After many different programs and facilities we feel so grateful to have found a place that is truly committed to changing lives. These professionals know what they are doing and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure that your loved one does the hard work. They are equally committed to helping the entire family structure, giving them the tools and support to heal and restore. Trust the process and trust the Rose House!

Very loving and accepting

I’ve had a great deal of exposure to recovery-focused businesses/programs and this was by far my best experience. Betty Jo, Alisha, and Ceana at the Fort Collins office truly understand the assignment, and treat everyone with respect and genuine care. They create an atmosphere that is both comfortable and solution-focused, which is a very difficult thing to do - a labor of love to say the least. I was a client at AspenRidge Lakewood in May of 2018. I had an amazing therapist and Case manager that helped me and my family through a very difficult time. I have been thriving in recovery ever since. I have worked at AspenRidge North for 3 years now and would have never believed that I would be working with such an amazing team.
