I can't say one thing bad about this place There staff members are all so caring and kind. Like I've never been treated so nice and respected in a detox facility before. Really caring people with kind hearts. I cannot thank you enough for the way you all took care of me and with such respect and honor when I was at my worst. I would definitely go here if you are looking to get clean off opiates in 3 to five days. It has been a life changer for me and im just so thankful to be where I'm at today and it all started with my decision to go to Salida and give it a try. I can't express enough how amazing this place was. 10 out of 10. Thank you

Solvista has been tremendously helpful after I had experienced a difficult time finding places for trusted counciling, at my previous location. Looking forward to making a wellness plan and getting a case manager to help, with support needed. I'm Grateful for access, to these services via telehealth.

Seems like since it turned into Axis I have had a much harder time getting appointments etc. I recently went in the office to update some info and thank God there was a new receptionist. The last one gave me so much anxiety I avoided her. Not good for a mental health clinic. I would have been happier checking in online than deal with her. Sadly though I had been put on a waiting list a couple months ago for a therapist. Although I have been patient over two years. And then found out there was actually in person appointment available yet no one contacted me. I hope to see improvements continue. I'm grateful for what ever helps I get, but another thing since Axis took over is the emphasis on payment. I can't get an appointment with the therapist now until I get on sliding fee.

Excellent resource for this community, with wonderful care! The staff cares about the patients and will do everything they can to help each one of them. I felt comfortable reaching out to them for help, I went through their counseling and medication management. I never felt rushed or disregarded when speaking with the staff about my concerns for their treatment, they were really open about it.

A family member of mine discovered Jaywalker from a friend. I had no concept of sobriety and had spent the better half of two decades struggling with drug abuse and alcoholism. I was ready to give up. I walked through the doors of Jaywalker Lodge in August 2024 and never looked back. Jaywalker gave me all of the tools, support, and motivation to give my life purpose again and LIVE. I would challenge anyone who struggles with this disease to find a better treatment center. It will work for you, if you want it.

This was a once in a lifetime experience I never would in a million years have expected I would have and love. Yes it’s a rehab and is a big commitment, most notably the financial aspect. Yet it was totally worth the investment both in terms of all the money me and my family spent for me to go through yet even more so the time. I had gone to one treatment center before I ended up doing Jaywalker just over a year ago. The difference was I really felt the love and support from pretty much everyone involved with Jaywalker from the time that I toured throughout my stay. This is for me the most important part of what speaks volumes about Jaywalker. From the staff to the alumni program to the guys I went through with it doesn’t get much better. All I have to say really is if you give yourself over to the program and allow it to work it can prove life changing. I was beyond lucky that I happened to have grown up and still be living in the Aspen area where Jaywalker is located. I am forever grateful that I finally came to terms with my addiction and got myself checked in and stuck with it. I never gave sobriety a real thought whatsoever until my life blew up in my face. Over sixteen months later having stuck with it my life is so much better than I could have imagined and it’s all thanks to Jaywalker. The biggest thing I would say about Jaywalker is if you do it and get through your time you’ll be a part of an amazing alumni program that for me is like an extended family of mine. So many of these guys for me are like brothers at this point and it would have never happened had I not just grown the hell up and confronted my problems. I could rave all day long about Jaywalker suffice it to say I highly recommend it.

Picking up the phone and trying to find help for the first time was daunting. I knew I needed to change my relationship with alcohol, but I didn’t know where to start. After making multiple calls, I came across CMAR (Colorado Medicated Assisted Recovery). The first person I spoke to on the phone made me feel welcome and helped me begin my recovery journey. I started in August 2024 and was guided to IOP, which included three sessions a week. I’ll never forget the first time I walked in—I was welcomed right away. James Jackman was the group therapist that day and made me feel comfortable from day one. He would later become my personal therapist, and I owe a lot to him for helping me through my recovery. I came in wanting to change my relationship with alcohol, but I ended up working through so much more—my anxiety, childhood trauma, and the reasons behind my substance use. I learned more about myself and grew as a person in ways I never imagined. After graduating IOP in three months, I decided to continue in OP for another year. Through CMAR, I’ve built a strong sober community and made many close friends. If you’re looking for help, this place is truly amazing.

I’ve been to a lot of different treatment centers, sober livings, therapists, etc over the years and now work in the industry myself. I attended the CMHS IOP after struggling with a depressive episode and was super impressed by the professionalism, organization, and kindness of every staff member I interacted with. I highly recommend Aspen Ridge to anyone who needs help with recovery. I have been in recovery for years, and Aspen Ridge is my favorite facility out there. Unlike many others, Aspens Ridge does NOT force any specific modality on folks, such as AA or NA. Many other rehab facilities are 12 step-based, which I haven’t found to be helpful. Aspend Ridge helps folks find the program that works before for each individual, such as SMART recovery, Dharma Recovery, or 12 steps. The therapists and instructors at Aspen Ridge are also all tremendously helpful and motivated. Highly recommended to anyone in need!

This is the best place for whatever you have going on in your life. I am on supervision and use them for my classes, one on ones, and testing. The staff is super nice and helpful. They go above and beyond with extra case management services and even helped with my resume. They will know you by first name and stay in touch when it counts. They have a bunch of online sessions available too if you can’t drive or need to meet with someone remotely. Don’t waste your time anywhere else.

This center is unlike any other. From day one, I felt genuinely cared for on every level — emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. The staff took time to understand me as a whole person, not just my symptoms, and the environment is warm, intimate, and deeply supportive. Soooo here's the deal. This program is not easy. Well, Serenity was kinda easy (I did both of their programs). I hear they've changed some things in the long term program since I was there, but I'm sure it's still not easy, or fun. I went in March of 2020 after a series of unfortunate life choices including two DUIs and discovering my inability to get sober "on my own". I had burned every bridge with my friends and family, I was as down and out as they come. My probation officer said "jail or rehab" and when I read about Stout Street, I immediately knew deep down that it was what I needed, despite the mixed reviews. I completed the inpatient portion of the program (18 months). During my time there, I was forced to face myself in a way that I desperately needed. I COULD sit here and rage about the aspects of the program that were - arguably - too intense. But I'd much rather tell you this: Stout Street changed my life. Because of the "job" I was assigned while I was in the program as the Medical Clerk (during COVID too! It was wild!), I had the necessary experience that I needed to apply for and gain access to a job in the addiction treatment field, where I still work to this day. Must more importantly, Stout was the TIME OUT I needed from life. It is a truly precious thing to have a year and a half to work on yourself. No bullshit. To not stress about bills, bad relationships and people from your time in active addiction, and to just SHUT OFF THE NOISE - is a GIFT. I am so grateful that I went here because it was the beginning of a beautiful life that I am now really creating, day by day. Had I not gone to Stout Street, I would be dead or likely in ANOTHER crappy codependent relationship. I can proudly say that I've been single since I went in, and five years later my life is looking more promising and feeling more stable and fulfilling than I ever thought would be possible. I always thought I would die before 30. That was my trajectory. Until Stout picked me up and shook me HARD with the reality of life, showed me that I CAN stand on my own two feet, and gave me ~H O P E~. If you're looking for a cushy rehab where you get loads of free time, someone to sign off on the lies you tell yourself to keep getting high or drunk, quick tips, and comfort in recovery... Look somewhere else. This place right here will wake you up and teach you how to be uncomfortable. I can't even tell you how many people bounced out after a month or so. It takes guts to work through this program. It's worth every tear, every WC, every write up, and every tough confrontation. I am only now (5 years in the future lol) really seeing and reaping the benefits of my time here. The more time that goes on, the more tools that I find myself using to navigate life. Tools that I gained from Stout Street. The classes that they offer during your time are life-changing. I still do Inner Child work to this day, and I will do it until the day I die because it is the only thing that has helped me heal certain parts of myself from abuse and self-loathing. In all transparancy, I did not graduate the program. I had a relapse in the sober living phase of the program and ended up going to another facility briefly to get back on track. But my drive, my THIRST for self awareness and self love - those came from Stout Street. I am now an HONEST person because of this place. Sometimes you have to break down in order to rebuild, and this is a place where you can do that safely. A few staff members had an incredible impact on me, and now we're coming full circle and I'm working alongside them to help others find their way into recovery at the outpatient clinic where I work. I can't say thank you enough, Stout Street. I also can't say I haven't talked a LOT of shit on this program.... Because it was HARD. But the gifts they offer are undeniable. I love seeing my "brothers and sisters" from Stout out here thriving. It is truly incredible and if you really want to change your life, you should go here. Trust the process. If I could do it, so can you.

The building got a great remodel and is super comfortable. The outdoor space is gorgeous. The staff is incredible. From the BHTs to the doctors. With Britney the nurse being the true all star. I couldn’t be more pleased with the way the program is set up and the staff and setting. The food is definitely hit or miss and the coffee is not great but the new vending machines definitely help! Even if you feel that you just need to go to detox safely this is the spot. Highly recommend!!! I miss my girl Brit!

Palmer Lake Recovery Center truly changed my life. From the second I arrived, I felt peace that I hadn’t felt in a long time. Nestled up in the mountains, surrounded by pine trees and fresh mountain air, this place feels more like healing for the soul than just a rehab center. The smell of the mountain air alone is enough to calm your nervous system. It’s quiet, beautiful, and peaceful in a way that’s hard to even explain unless you’ve experienced it yourself. The staff here are beyond amazing. Every single person from the therapists, techs, nurses, BHTs, kitchen staff, maintenance, and everybody in between treated me with kindness, patience, and genuine care. You can tell these people truly want to see others heal and succeed. I never felt judged here. I felt human again. And the FOOD? Hands down five-star. No exaggeration. The cooks absolutely kill it every single day. The meals were honestly some of the best food I’ve had in a long time, and they put real love into it. That matters more than people realize when you’re trying to heal. The campus itself is beautiful. There’s a tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court, walking track, hammocks to relax in under the trees, and a huge gym packed with equipment treadmills, weights, workout machines, bikes, benches, and more. There’s always something healthy and positive to do for your mind and body. What makes Palmer Lake special is the atmosphere. There’s peace here. Real peace. The kind where your mind finally quiets down enough to hear yourself think again. The kind where healing feels possible. I’m beyond grateful for every person I met here and everything this place gave me. Palmer Lake Recovery Center will always hold a special place in my heart. 🏔️❤️‍🩹

If you hit that bottom in your life, This is the place to find yourself. It is a spiritual program with staff that been through the same experiences in life that are there with open arms. No one is better than anyone there. We're all in this together. I'm not from here so I didn't know what to expect but I was welcomed with open arms. The love and knowledge that is shared is unbelievable. It gives a sense of hope and is the beginning of the rest of your life. My stay at New Beginnings was very warm and welcoming from the very beginning. The staff are kind compassionate and understanding. They care and go out of their way to help you on your recovery journey. The groups are both educational and eye-opening. Pathlight has been most supportive during some of the toughest times in my life from being scammed to family issues and everything in between. I highly appreciate the staff and having to support of others going through life like myself. Hope anyone who is looking for extra support teachers out to them they offer one on one counseling as well as online extensive group therapy.

Raleigh House Denver is a great place to get treatment. For mental health or addiction. The staff is very kind, caring and attentive to patient needs. If you need a safe space to get started on your next steps The Raleigh House is the place to go. Also the food is great! And an hour for gym time everyday really helps!

I especially want to highlight how incredible the alumni support is—Rico in particular. Rico is truly awesome. His dedication, compassion, and real-world insight make a huge impact. He relates to people in a way that’s honest and motivating, and his presence makes the alumni program feel strong, welcoming, and inspiring. You can tell he genuinely cares about everyone’s success long after they leave treatment. The rest of the staff is equally remarkable.
