This program saved my daughter's life! The community and resources they have are unbelievable. I believe the openess and non judgement they provided helped lift her mind from despair and heal her body. With a long term plan and endless support, she is thriving. She has saved herself with the help of people who have the tools to share. The program works if you want to change your life style and views on living a healthy life. I know it was hard. She had struggled endlessly. She wasn't ready until she met the strait forward and caring people at sobriety house. Thank you for giving her back to herself and letting her heal in ways as a family we were not able to give. Even if they are not ready! Plant the seeds! Give the space and time to heal and regain a sense of self that no one can take. I am Thankful from the bottom of my heart and blessed she made it thru hell to live another day with us as herself.

I am writing this review about the RAC. I wish they had their own Google Site so it was easier to find them. I had been to the RAC in the past for mental health and had not fully gotten what I needed, but they have made large improvements in their patient care. The people I would like to acknowledge is Hamza, Rebecca, Ryan, Beck, Dustin, Glenda, Michele, Tiffany, and most important of all Lynn the therapy provider here. Lynn went out of her way to advocate for me. They offered me EMDR after years of me fighting to get myself EMDR. The therapy and care coordination gave me a new outlook on life and made me feel like a new person. I finally have hope for the future and am able to start on my journey to becoming happy again. I would recommend the RAC to anyone who is struggling or has a family member struggling. They are a safe environment that offer personalized services.

I am absolutely shocked that therapists are able to drop their clients I have seen people digress due to irresponsible therapists at Insight. Specifically dropping clients via text, and unwilling to listen to issues or barriers that they have encountered related to attendance. Aren’t therapists there to help clients navigate these difficulties rather than reject them and abandon them? It is very sad to see clients work so hard to change and better their lives, just to be treated like trash. I work in the medical field and I have never seen such unethical and negligent behavior by a therapist. I just ask anyone reading this to ask themselves if they would appreciate being treated this way by a professional. Hopefully this will be investigated so this doesn’t affect anyone else who is attempting to address their mental health. I hope that In the future no one refers clients to Insight, and I also hope that this therapist does not remain there, because it would be a detriment to anyone else seeking help and guidance with their mental health. This will be reported in a more formal way, but I hope this reaches people before they make the mistake of using Insight.

Unfortunately, this year I got to experience the tearing of the ACL. To say I was devastated would be an understatement, but when I started physical therapy at this location really gave me hope in a full recovery. Cheryl at the front desk took time out of her day to clearly explain how my insurance works in this specific situation and how the deductible works and what my insurance will cover and what I should budget out for out of pocket cost instead of just breezing over it. This being my first time having a serious injury, I do need all the help I can get navigating the complex health insurance plans. My physical therapist, Sarah, has been absolutely amazing and continues to go above and beyond to ensure that I have a full recovery. She is allways positive and makes the PT sessions an enjoyable experience. All the staff at this location are extremely positive, uplifting and really do their best to answer all your questions. I honestly look forward to my PT appointments because all the people there are so wonderful and an absolute joy to work with!!!

I cannot say enough about MHRC. What sets this center apart is its deep emphasis on community—on building a genuine support system designed to set each individual up for long-term success. But beyond the programming and structure, what stands out most is the heart: the staff here truly care. It’s easy to find flaws in any recovery program if that’s what you’re looking for. Like any meaningful process, you get out what you’re willing to put in. But time and again, MHRC has shown up for me—not just with resources, but with unwavering compassion and honesty. Tamara, Melissa, Bridgette, Tyson, Nicole (though no longer with MHRC), JD, Kenna, and Ozzie—just to name a few—have become like family. Each time I’ve returned, they’ve welcomed me without judgment, and they’ve told me what I needed to hear, even when it was hard. I genuinely love everyone here. This place isn’t just a treatment center—it’s a lifeline, a home, and a community I will always be grateful for.

I went to CeDar last year in January and I was truly hanging on to life by a thread. I was extremely anxious and had no idea what to expect going to rehab for the first time. I met many different staff members and they were all very helpful and empathetic to my situation. The food was amazing which was awesome when I finally had an appetite I looked forward to every meal. The classes throughout the day taught me a lot of things I didn’t know about addiction, and I loved that we were introduced to some light meditation, I think that is very helpful to many people. During my stay at CeDar I woke up one night in extreme pain and walked over to the nurse station where I was evaluated and sent to the ER… the ER doctor barely even spoke to me and sent me back to CaDar. I spent the next three days in horrible pain to the point I couldn’t even move from a chair. The nurses and my doctor were incredible. They did everything in their power to try and make me comfortable and helped me with anything and everything, I will never forget that. The next morning I started coughing up blood and my doctor sent me back to the ER where I spent the next month. I had a huge blood clot on the lining of my lungs causing my heart to enlarge. If I had not gone to rehab I do not think I would be alive today. I was at the right place at the right time. I am now one year sober from drugs and alcohol and I will never forget my experience at CeDar and the people that helped me there.

Been going since I was a teen and they’ve always been professional and accommodating. Family was visisting Estes park. My daughter who is autistic and disabled and on Medicaid fell down stairs and we were advised. By travel insurance Generali to take her to the Estes park er we have them her Medicaid insurance and our Generali travel insurance. They accepted it. She wa in the er one hour with a cursory exam I had to request a splint and they gave her no prescriptions. Her ankle swelled like a ballon and turned blue. I have her Celebrex myself. A few weeks later bill for about 3600 for One Hour in er. The refused to bill her Florida Medicaid or travel insurance and have been harassing us with threatening emails. Brianna has limited social security income barely covers food They failed to bill her insurances two of them What a horrible experience Can’t collect blood from a stone hut could have collected from her insurances if billed timely If their cared about their patients they would have done things properly really 3600 from Hospital separate bill from er doctor separate bill for radiology and bill for inflatable cast that broke first day she used it ended up having to buy an elastic support Do not go to this er Go to a walk in clinic unless you are critical and if you are airvac oit or you may get tuberculosis or COVID from the person across the way from you with opened door coughing uncontrollably with no real barrier between you and them. So sad Follow up it is now almost a year later and we are still receiving threatening emails to send Brianna to collections Despite providing the billing department with the insurance information they refuse to bill Our travel insurance Generali states of the claim is denied by Medicaid they will pay This is a loose loose situation as the medical center refuses to bill Brianna’s insurance so the other insurance can not be billed. Being on Medicaid and autistic Brianna has no assets and no ability to work Again she was in er one hour and had an x ray of ankle and no treatment The original bill was almost 4000 dollars Find another place to get your care in an emergency if you are in Estes park And your response is inappropriate. No you are not sorry at all Gow do you expect and why should you expect a person. With Medicaid and who is disabled to pay your charity bill. You are a disgrace

This is a great hospital, from calling the nurses line, to the parking garage till discharge. Those I spoke with when I called the nurse line were very helpful and asked detailed questions to properly triage me. I was having a little trouble finding the correct entrance into the facility after I parked, an employee noticed and pointed me in the right direction. Everyone in the ER was super nice and helpful. It's always a wait in the ER but they did well in getting people taken back in the timely manner they could. Dr. Katherine Bates was super sweet and easy to talk to. Even a few months back I requested a refill on my inhaler (I was over 1 year since my last checkup and they typically don't refill need without an appointment) they still sent me 1 (they usually send 3 when I am current on my physical.) The veteran employees at the entrance and nice and easy to approach. I know the hospital can be a stressful place to visit, but in my experience, they have always been professional, kind and helpful!

I am actually in the hospital now. Awaiting a triple bypass come Monday. What I have to say is this. After 6 heart attacks. This is not my 1st rodeo. If you know what I'm saying. I've been here 4 days so far. The entire staff. Is absolutely fenominal. Pleasant, attentive, compassionate, and even humerous. It's such a pleasant experience. I had to find the floor nurses coordinates office. To thank her personally. When I say pleasant. I don't just mean the nursing staff. The cleaning staff, the support staff that pushes you to your next test, the staff that brings my food. Every person I come into contact with. Has been top notch attentive and professional. Not that any hospital stay is pleasant. But the staff here makes it as close to pleasant as I have ever seen. I am truly amazed.

I’ve had the misfortune of having to go to ER. With that event I was well taken care of and monitored during my stay. The medical staff tended to my condition and checked in on me. The facilities throughout the hospital were good, I felt that everything was there to make patients feel comfortable. Pharmacy and labs can be chaotic but for the most part, they get patients in and out.

The techs that stood out to me were Alyssa. Korissa, Carly, and Austin. Thank you so much! See you for IOP and any other mental breakdowns in the future…lol…hopefully not though.

While the services rendered were excellent, the physical therapist charges well over $400 per hour for manual therapy, almost four times the national average, due to their contract with the hospital. Be exceedingly careful with knowing what you are agreeing to, and demand a written quote up front, otherwise you will end up with a bill significantly higher than what you would expect. I would never recommend them to anyone.
