I attended their inpatient addiction treatment program, Crestone Residential Treatment Services (CRTS) in 2019-2020. This was the best experience I've had at a treatment center. Their entire staff was nothing but supportive and helpful time and time again (Carol was my fave 😁), and their way of showing each of their patients that they were genuinely invested in each of us and our success seemed effortless, second nature. I stayed for 60 days and didn't have a single negative experience that entire time (except for when Shah's Kababs came around again on the meal schedule and the staff decided to order from a different place knowing I was counting down the days before I could order another Falafel Sandwich.... But I guess we can leave it in the past) I'm only leaving a comment now because I've been recommending CRTS Everytime I discuss treatment with a friend ever since and when i needed inpatient again last year I tried to reach out but never got a response and one friend was told they had closed. . So if this is correct can you guys please remove it from your list of provided services or add a note about how CRTS is no longer offered, or any type of clear confirmation? I've searched the internet for hours on at least 3 different occasions looking for something. I never get called back when leaving messages.

This place has honestly changed my life for the better from the one on one's to the many various groups it helps to talk to others who share a similar experience with you, this place of therapy feels safe ! Unlike other places I have been to in the past , the staff is friendly and always welcoming and they help with numerous things other than therapy, if your in a predicament with your housing situation or any type of real life situation they are more than willing to help, I highly recommend seeing Brandi Hendrix and any group that has Marlo Baca. ❤️

Our 17 year old daughter just came home from spending 4 months at Southern Peaks in Canon City for repeated suicidal ideation/attempts. I was really nervous about sending her there after reading Google reviews, but it’s the only place in the state that Medicaid covers, so we didn’t have a choice. We were really happy with the facility and staff. They’ve been going through a lot of good changes in 2025, and the staff seemed to genuinely care about the kids. Her time there gave our family the break we desperately needed from the stress of trying to keep her safe all the time, and she did learn and grow and stabilize (hopefully). They have a detailed pillar system and therapy curriculum the kids work through as they progress, and they get weekly individual therapy and weekly family therapy via zoom. The bad part is that they spend 24/7 surrounded by the most mentally ill kids in the state, and the kids definitely have a very negative effect on one another. There’s no getting around that. But overall I still think it was the right call for our family.

Hi Y'all! I was a former client from 2016-2018, admitted 3x & honestly as an adult now I can admit I kept coming back partially because I liked yall and because I just blatantly wasn't ready to change. Some staff definitely filled a family like void that I craved for a long time. Idk how things are NOW but when I was there, Y'all tried your best & I could tell. I appreciate every last one of you for molding me into the Mom & Adult I am now! I wasn't the easiest to deal with, actually I was a shithead lol & unfortunately one of the worst kids y'all have dealt with but y'alls patience & care for me never withered. I was here from the old handbook to the new & although some things could have been dealt with better, you guys are dealing with unwell and troubled kids from all backgrounds (Behavioral, Se*ual, Abuse in all ways) and some of you have gone above and beyond for us. I hope y'all can help other kids as you did me!

I can't say one thing bad about this place There staff members are all so caring and kind. Like I've never been treated so nice and respected in a detox facility before. Really caring people with kind hearts. I cannot thank you enough for the way you all took care of me and with such respect and honor when I was at my worst. I would definitely go here if you are looking to get clean off opiates in 3 to five days. It has been a life changer for me and im just so thankful to be where I'm at today and it all started with my decision to go to Salida and give it a try. Much has changed in the Clinic in the past 6 months or so, especially an increase in medical professionals and the overall quality of care. Also, the staff are employees of "Primary Care Solutions" (home-based in Dallas, TX) and not the VA, so they are probably less vulnerable to the personnel cuts and service disruptions that the VA is experiencing. Finally, I find the staff at the clinic to be as as caring and competent as the VA employees at the Albuquerque Regional VA Hospital.

This place is incredible! I had ACL reconstruction and two meniscus repairs in early June. I’ve been working with Andrea since I started at MVT and she’s a real gem. Unfortunately, this year I got to experience the tearing of the ACL. To say I was devastated would be an understatement, but when I started physical therapy at this location really gave me hope in a full recovery. Cheryl at the front desk took time out of her day to clearly explain how my insurance works in this specific situation and how the deductible works and what my insurance will cover and what I should budget out for out of pocket cost instead of just breezing over it. This being my first time having a serious injury, I do need all the help I can get navigating the complex health insurance plans. My physical therapist, Sarah, has been absolutely amazing and continues to go above and beyond to ensure that I have a full recovery. She is allways positive and makes the PT sessions an enjoyable experience. All the staff at this location are extremely positive, uplifting and really do their best to answer all your questions. I honestly look forward to my PT appointments because all the people there are so wonderful and an absolute joy to work with!!!

When I first came to Peaks, I was broken, depressed, hopeless, and completely lost. I truly didn’t believe things could get better. But my experience at Peaks changed my life in ways I never could’ve imagined. From the moment I arrived, I was surrounded by a community of supportive, caring people who genuinely wanted to see me grow. I built friendships and connections that will last a lifetime, with people who stood by me through every high and low of my recovery journey. The groups and therapists were absolutely incredible, I learned more here than I ever have in any other program. The structure at Peaks helped me build consistency, confidence, and real progress. The staff went above and beyond every single day, they truly cared about us as people, not just clients. Even the food was amazing (shoutout to the chefs, you made every meal feel special!). The activities were another huge part of my healing, basketball, pickleball, volleyball courts right on property, yoga, art supplies, gym equipment, hikes twice a week, church, Recovery Dharma, and so much more. There was always something positive and grounding to be a part of. I am endlessly grateful for my time at Peaks Recovery. I want to stress first and foremost, this is not a safe place. Nor does staff/ management/ owners care for the detrimental issues stemming from within. I filed multiple grievances and the same things persisted. So just know, when you’re given someone else’s meds, the wrong dose of your meds, your private health information freely shared with clients allowed to linger in the med room, vaping indoors (and by underage clients), sharps are not tracked. And even after a self harm incident, you’ll have your sharps back and untracked again within 24hrs, ultimately setting you up for failure, in the worst way. KNOW, that they were made aware of these concerns, and failed to act diligently, or enforce their own policies, rules. Thus, proving negligent. Make sure you are in a state of mind of which you are aware of all medications you should be taking as staff has misdosed others, be it; by giving them someone else meds or the wrong dose. This happened 5 times among 5 different clients and 2 different staff a BHT and a CNA. AND That’s just from the clients aware enough to know and catch what the nurses should have. And if you get a wrong dose don’t worry as the CNA, “won’t tell if you don’t”. As a client, you have the authority to act as if you’re staff; lingering in the med room behind the screen that contains all clients (your) personal health info, check visitors in, make coffee in the BHT office, and offer to blur boundaries by implying you can change the dates when clients get their phones back just because you somehow have the same authority as a paid BHT(?) and thus will be considered “support” for the BHT team, or that’s at least how the operations manager framed it when I turned in my grievance. So just know, nothing here is protected and HIPAA seemingly does not apply. And god forbid you bring concerns to staff as they will disclose that information to other clients. And those clients may come up and confront you, or the staff may even confront you, breaching confidentiality. After a self harm incident a BHT staff openly mocked the client in front of other clients, putting on display again, confidential information breached and a lack of care for the client. Management will talk about how unethical it is to report these issues to outside agencies, as they themselves conceal information that should be publicly posted and transparent such as the ombudsman name and number. This facility needs an “ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK” sign. Because that’s exactly what you’re doing. The inconsistencies, are evident and will leave your mind warped. The food is mostly a good thing, Taylor and Kenneth are superb chefs. The first time you meet Taylor she will greet you by name and already know your dietary restrictions. BHTS: Shamus, Felicia, Clint, Kyle, Derrick, Julie are the better BTH staff. Sasha an overnight nurse is great. My medical provider was a great resource amid the chaos. Pat and Fred at the front desk are friendly and welcoming. I do not recommend. Too many unchecked mishaps. They do not care about “quality of care” when they refuse to enforce no vaping indoors, ensuring your private medical information is protected, that you can come to them in private and it remain such, yet alone not tracking sharps. Seek sanity elsewhere, this place will only confuse you and delude you from any sort of truth. Only adding to the confusion you will experience here is that when you google map the address it takes you to the Brook Park Dr. location which is the woman’s sober house where they live as they attend PHP. This location I’m reviewing is their detox/ residential/ PHP and IOP Center. The main facilities for their “Quality of Care”, located at 1755 Old Ranch Rd 80908.

I had the BEST support & amazing championing from some amazing people sharing a common goal of maintaining their sobriety while putting their focus on their physical wellbeing and self esteem in their bodies and minds rather than just the ‘mumbo-jumbo’ of traditional, socially-conditioned methods of recovery in addiction and, having said being championed; I’d like to pay a respectable nod to a specific person, Carson.. whom by all accounts went out of the ordinary to see me thru a rather unorthodox necessity for assistance at a time when I was on the right path, yet.. just simply needed a hand-up and a simple ‘break’ and was obliged to help make a difference in my path and how I launched into my life of recovery and fitness! As a result of continuity and perseverance in this said path.. I now have the privilege and utmost pleasure of saying I’m a volunteer & will be soon be of service to the community within, and look forward to continuing my journey in my own recovery and the journey of others in their journey of growth and success within their lives as they pursue their fitness goals and aspirations as well! I had the opportunity to help with some service work and lent my time to clean some of the workout equipment, specifically the medicine balls, to which are highly utilized by many, and after approximately 32 hours of deep cleaning.. many more are using this equipment more often as they look brand new now! You can see the picture attached! ENJOY USING THE EQUIPMENT WHEN YOU COME IN TO WORKOUT 🏋️‍♂️ & MAY YOUR BODIES BE WELL & WITH YOU! 😁😎 🤜🏼💥🤛🏼

This place is full of kind people and kind staff. Everyone has been so helpful and supportive. My social worker is amazing, and the whole team really cares. Every time I go to group, I feel like I get the help I need. If you're trying to get sober and quit alcohol, this is a beautiful place to start your journey. I'm really thankful for the support I've found here. 🫡

It was a good facility I was there for 55 days and now I'm in a sober living. The place is nice and you can get a lot of tools to take with when you leave. Idk but it seems like a lot of the younger patience are there on their 10th plus time they treated like a summer get away or something it's crazy how many people are in there that's been there a number of amount of times they all knew each other not to think I'm better then anyone but they leave and they come right back it must be the good food haha I would recommend this place anyone trying to go to a rehab. Staff are nice all the nurses are pretty cool

Located in Louisville, Colorado, The Rose House is an alcohol and drug rehab center for women. They offer gender-specific residential treatment that focuses on the whole person. You’ll find The Rose House – Addiction & Mental Health Treatment Center in Lafayette, Colorado, about 20 minutes outside of Boulder. Since 2007, this boutique res
It's hard to describe the level of care and support that Rose House provides. No family ever wants to be in this situation, but Rose House provides a level of knowledge, confidence and assurance that we couldn't find anywhere else. The fact that it is female specific makes its mission that more effective in not only dealing with addiction but the underlying roots of abuse and trauma. We were desperate and they gave us our daughter back. This place is not an adult daycare or resort. They require not only the patients to do the hard work, but the families as well. If you care about your family member you have to put in the work as well, because these folks have a tough road ahead of them and no one goes it alone in life. For these people that need this level of care Rose House is superlative in giving patients and families the tools they need to turn their lives around.

I had a life changing experience during my stay at the Rose House. The staff are kind and firm at the same time. The dynamics between the clients is also a very therapeutic part of it all. The way we cared and called each other out was very crucial to the whole experience. I would highly recommend this treatment center to anyone who is serious about a clean and sober lifestyle.

I want to start this review by acknowledging that recovery from mental health issues, trauma and addiction is HARD. There is no one place that will be a good fit for everybody and no place will work until the client wants to change and is ready to do the very difficult work required for healing. We stumbled upon the Rose House when we had almost lost all hope for our 18 year old daughter. She had been in and out of various mental health facilities and rehab facilities but nothing worked. She was an addict but if she checked into a rehab facility the trauma she had experienced caused her to go into a fight or flight response. She acted out verbally and by self harming. Although they would claim to be a dual diagnosis center, they would always call us within a day or so and tell us they didn't have the type of facilities to help her. If we tried to get her residential mental health help we were told there was no such place. She could only be put on a 72 hour hold if she was a danger to herself or others. Our daughter's addiction began when a couple of men lured her into their trafficking scheme. She was 14 and they paid her a lot of attention. In her mind one of them was her boyfriend and she felt flattered that an older man would want her. They started giving her drugs in exchange for sex. Soon she needed the drugs to stop the feeling of guilt and disgust she felt from what was happening to her. When she finally said no to one of them he physically and forcibly raped her. I wish we had understood earlier what was going on. (This man is now serving 97 years in a Colorado prison) We walked into the Rose House and took a tour at her lowest point. She agreed to look at the Rose House but wasn't committing to going. After the tour we sat in Alison's office and I asked her if she thought the Rose House could help my daughter. Alison said if she is willing to come she is exactly who we help. My daughter said no one can help me I'm broken. My daughter checked herself in a few weeks later after being arrested for a DV situation and a high speed chase with the police. She spent a night in jail and realized she did not want to spend another one there. She had a court hearing. Alison met us there to support her and then took her to the Rose House. We couldn't speak to her for 2 weeks during the settling in period. Once we could communicate with her we saw growth every time we spoke or saw her. I asked her what was different this time. Her answer was 1. I'm ready for help and 2. the staff knows what they are doing and I know they care about me. I don't want to paint the wrong picture, recovery is never a straight line and it doesn't always happen in a set period of time. I was glad that the Rose House worked towards goals and that's what drove moving to the next step - not a set number of days on a calendar. They were also there on the tough days. Setting boundaries when needed, treating clients with respect and always showing compassion and consistency. The other thing that is different about the Rose House is that they really believe that the healing of the client's family is important and do a lot of work towards that with the weekly family zoom meeting and the family weekend. We learn that we can not control the decisions of our loved ones but we can set boundaries for ourselves. We can support them in their recovery but we can't do it for them. Our daughter graduated from the program and spent some time in the step down program. She is now 19, just received her 6 months chip for being clean and sober and is holding a fulltime job. She continues going to meetings almost everyday and is working with her own therapist to continue the work that was started in the Rose House. I honestly believe that if we hadn't found the Rose House she would be dead now. Instead I get to hug her everyday and get to see the wonderful woman she is becoming. The Rose House and it's staff have our undying gratitude.

My experience at The Raleigh House in Denver has been nothing short of life-changing. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt supported, understood, and genuinely cared for. The staff goes above and beyond to create an environment where healing and growth feel possible every single day. I especially want to highlight how incredible the alumni support is—Rico in particular. Rico is truly awesome. His dedication, compassion, and real-world insight make a huge impact. He relates to people in a way that’s honest and motivating, and his presence makes the alumni program feel strong, welcoming, and inspiring. You can tell he genuinely cares about everyone’s success long after they leave treatment. The rest of the staff is equally remarkable. They are knowledgeable, patient, and committed to helping each person find the tools and confidence they need to move forward. The blend of professionalism and heart is something you don’t find everywhere, and it’s a big reason why The Raleigh House stands out. If you or someone you love is seeking a place that combines expert treatment with true human connection, I can’t recommend The Raleigh House enough. Their team—and people like Rico—make all the difference.
