Al Gonzales is my therapist, a Veteran and is extremely helpful and therapeutic in many aspects of my life. In years past I had a doctor, there, who put me on multiple medications, he changed my life. I was a complete mess. Overweight, depressed, feeling worthless. Everything changed on the meds I was taking. For some reason the doctor was let go, later. I am thankful for that doctor, in that time in my life. I am thankful for Al Gonzales, now!

The facilities and environment and programs at Vista Taos are exceptional. I researched many rehab facilities in the U.S. in several states (NM, Ariz., Utah, Colorado, Texas, Louisiana, Florida) and after careful consideration of all features, size, programs, quality of care, offerings, environment -- Vista came out on top, as my #1 pick best of all rehab programs. Also, the intake counselor Jeremy was extraordinary, he took so much time and care to discuss programs and specifics, and advise me about pros and cons of rehab in general, what to look for, how to evaluate programs, and how to select the best options for my family member. He even helped me network with other rehabs to get their info and compare. He is an amazing resource and the most caring, giving intake person I encountered in all rehabs I searched. I endorse Vista as the very best of programs.

As a young alcohol and drug counselor, I referred my first client to Vista Taos Renewal Center in 1997. Over these 25 or so years, I have referred many clients to this fine facility located in the beautiful Taos NM area, consistently with positive results. If you, or someone you know, is in need of treatment, these folks have consistently provided life saving treatment for a very long time and I would put them on my short list of facilities providing this sort of treatment in NM.

I attended their inpatient addiction treatment program, Crestone Residential Treatment Services (CRTS) in 2019-2020. This was the best experience I've had at a treatment center. Their entire staff was nothing but supportive and helpful time and time again (Carol was my fave ), and their way of showing each of their patients that they were genuinely invested in each of us and our success seemed effortless, second nature. I stayed for 60 days and didn't have a single negative experience that entire time (except for when Shah's Kababs came around again on the meal schedule and the staff decided to order from a different place knowing I was counting down the days before I could order another Falafel Sandwich.... But I guess we can leave it in the past)I'm only leaving a comment now because I've been recommending CRTS Everytime I discuss treatment with a friend ever since and when i needed inpatient again last year I tried to reach out but never got a response and one friend was told they had closed. . So if this is correct can you guys please remove it from your list of provided services or add a note about how CRTS is no longer offered, or any type of clear confirmation? I've searched the internet for hours on at least 3 different occasions looking for something. I never get called back when leaving messages.

This place has honestly changed my life for the better from the one on one's to the many various groups it helps to talk to others who share a similar experience with you, this place of therapy feels safe ! Unlike other places I have been to in the past , the staff is friendly and always welcoming and they help with numerous things other than therapy, if your in a predicament with your housing situation or any type of real life situation they are more than willing to help, I highly recommend seeing Brandi Hendrix and any group that has Marlo Baca.

Amazing staff, incredibly compassionate! Recovery Campus is a huge help when you're just taking off in your recovery and have basically nothing left to start with. Everyone there treats you with respect and dignity instead of seeing you as a junkie or an alcoholic. They have counselors trained in this cool thing called EMDR that is wonderful if you have trauma in your past that you still find hard to cope with. Trinda, Sandy and Heidi were fantastic supports for me but there are others that are just as skilled and experienced that can help you too if out patient treatment is what you're looking for. I have learned so much about myself and have gained the skills I need to be successful in my recovery. Thanks to RMBH!

I ve been going to Sol Vista for approximately 20 years. Through every intake I was a broken woman. Upon every exit plan, I was a better woman for having dedicated and persevered to my well-being. Sol Vista helped me get and stay sober, bury my best friend and family members, provided me with the tools to improve the quality of my life. When life had beaten me down, I made a phone call either to the crisis hotline or to the facility itself, and I was always met with availability from somebody I reached out to.I did all the work. Showed up when I was supposed to. Participated in group counseling. I was courteous when I needed to cancel an appointment. A journaled so I could be Accountable to the actions I needed to take in my recovery. I was courageous as I painstakingly moved towards a healthy pattern of thinking, Perspective and behavior. I wanted to get well so bad that I did what I was instructed to do. I stopped making excuses as to why I shouldn t go get help.ITS WORK!!!! Being In a constant state of despair or getting help are both difficult choices. It s doing things I didn t want to do, so I could learn how to do things differently.I chose to get help. My life got better. Please don t give up on yourself. Don t point your finger as to where somebody could ve done you better. Advocate for yourself. You are worthy and deserving of a beautiful life. And if nobody has told you today that they love you, I do
