My name’s Shay and I was there about 3-4 years back and I loved the place. I got into some shenanigans and such, and ran away even, but it always felt like they could see through these acts and actually see someone who needed some help and guidance. Staff were amazing, and I actually learned while in school. It felt like the first place were I could be myself and grow as a person. Shout out Julianna, my therapist. They were the first place I went to were they never outsourced a need for rehabilitation to punishing you or controlling you. If you’re ever in need of some guidance or help, I recommend this place for 100%.

When I first came to Peaks, I was broken, depressed, hopeless, and completely lost. I truly didn’t believe things could get better. But my experience at Peaks changed my life in ways I never could’ve imagined. From the moment I arrived, I was surrounded by a community of supportive, caring people who genuinely wanted to see me grow. I built friendships and connections that will last a lifetime, with people who stood by me through every high and low of my recovery journey. The groups and therapists were absolutely incredible, I learned more here than I ever have in any other program. The structure at Peaks helped me build consistency, confidence, and real progress. The staff went above and beyond every single day, they truly cared about us as people, not just clients. Even the food was amazing (shoutout to the chefs, you made every meal feel special!). The activities were another huge part of my healing, basketball, pickleball, volleyball courts right on property, yoga, art supplies, gym equipment, hikes twice a week, church, Recovery Dharma, and so much more. There was always something positive and grounding to be a part of. I am endlessly grateful for my time at Peaks Recovery. This program gave me my life back and gave me the tools, support, and hope I needed to keep moving forward. Thank you to everyone who made my experience so meaningful and life-changing. ❤️

I’ve been to a lot of different treatment centers, sober livings, therapists, etc over the years and now work in the industry myself. I attended the CMHS IOP after struggling with a depressive episode and was super impressed by the professionalism, organization, and kindness of every staff member I interacted with. Molly Barth is super educated and compassionate. The groups felt very intentional and well-planned. Definitely recommend!

Soooo here's the deal. This program is not easy. Well, Serenity was kinda easy (I did both of their programs). I hear they've changed some things in the long term program since I was there, but I'm sure it's still not easy, or fun. I went in March of 2020 after a series of unfortunate life choices including two DUIs and discovering my inability to get sober "on my own". I had burned every bridge with my friends and family, I was as down and out as they come. My probation officer said "jail or rehab" and when I read about Stout Street, I immediately knew deep down that it was what I needed, despite the mixed reviews. I completed the inpatient portion of the program (18 months). During my time there, I was forced to face myself in a way that I desperately needed. I COULD sit here and rage about the aspects of the program that were - arguably - too intense. But I'd much rather tell you this: Stout Street changed my life. Because of the "job" I was assigned while I was in the program as the Medical Clerk (during COVID too! It was wild!), I had the necessary experience that I needed to apply for and gain access to a job in the addiction treatment field, where I still work to this day. Must more importantly, Stout was the TIME OUT I needed from life. It is a truly precious thing to have a year and a half to work on yourself. No bullshit. To not stress about bills, bad relationships and people from your time in active addiction, and to just SHUT OFF THE NOISE - is a GIFT. I am so grateful that I went here because it was the beginning of a beautiful life that I am now really creating, day by day. Had I not gone to Stout Street, I would be dead or likely in ANOTHER crappy codependent relationship. I can proudly say that I've been single since I went in, and five years later my life is looking more promising and feeling more stable and fulfilling than I ever thought would be possible. I always thought I would die before 30. That was my trajectory. Until Stout picked me up and shook me HARD with the reality of life, showed me that I CAN stand on my own two feet, and gave me ~H O P E~. If you're looking for a cushy rehab where you get loads of free time, someone to sign off on the lies you tell yourself to keep getting high or drunk, quick tips, and comfort in recovery... Look somewhere else. This place right here will wake you up and teach you how to be uncomfortable. I can't even tell you how many people bounced out after a month or so. It takes guts to work through this program. It's worth every tear, every WC, every write up, and every tough confrontation. I am only now (5 years in the future lol) really seeing and reaping the benefits of my time here. The more time that goes on, the more tools that I find myself using to navigate life. Tools that I gained from Stout Street. The classes that they offer during your time are life-changing. I still do Inner Child work to this day, and I will do it until the day I die because it is the only thing that has helped me heal certain parts of myself from abuse and self-loathing. In all transparancy, I did not graduate the program. I had a relapse in the sober living phase of the program and ended up going to another facility briefly to get back on track. But my drive, my THIRST for self awareness and self love - those came from Stout Street. I am now an HONEST person because of this place. Sometimes you have to break down in order to rebuild, and this is a place where you can do that safely. A few staff members had an incredible impact on me, and now we're coming full circle and I'm working alongside them to help others find their way into recovery at the outpatient clinic where I work. I can't say thank you enough, Stout Street. I also can't say I haven't talked a LOT of shit on this program.... Because it was HARD. But the gifts they offer are undeniable. I love seeing my "brothers and sisters" from Stout out here thriving. It is truly incredible and if you really want to change your life, you should go here. Trust the process. If I could do it, so can you.

They can't seem to find out simple things that are wrong with people and instead of finding the simple things they should be able to find they send them to places like Denver or Wichita do better

The staff here honestly really cares about everyone in their program. The therapist’s were amazing. Excellent housing and accommodations. Could not ask for a better experience, literally saved my life.

This is the best place for whatever you have going on in your life. I am on supervision and use them for my classes, one on ones, and testing. The staff is super nice and helpful. They go above and beyond with extra case management services and even helped with my resume. They will know you by first name and stay in touch when it counts. They have a bunch of online sessions available too if you can’t drive or need to meet with someone remotely. Don’t waste your time anywhere else.

Creative Counseling Services is a very welcoming place, the staff is very friendly, fun and knowledgeable. I am so grateful for all the support they have given me, I learned many things in this place.

Called to ask a simple question and the lady that answered the phone was very rude. Spent thousands of dollars to this company to be treated like that is ridiculous. Go through a different company.

Got financially discharged after 10 days because my insurance was not verified for the entire visit. They did not do their due diligence and properly verify my insurance. They did not fight or appeal it, they just asked me to leave. Not only was I mortified, I was also left broke and still broken. I cashed out my 401k to go to this rehab, and paid the deductible for my plan which was either $7500 or $10,000. I trusted them to help me in my journey to sobriety but instead they added to my list of traumatic events and sadly I am still fighting to that same goal. They did not care about me as a person, they only seen me as a dollar and when I read the reviews it makes me mad that I was not extended this warm caring that so many are talking about. I tried to leave a BBB complaint or review but this facility doesn't participate so the next best way to make sure I can help to make it never happen again is an accurate review.

For recovery in the Rockies, Harmony is one of the leaders! This place has so much history and an Alumni family stretching back decades! I'm honored to know Brian and Tabitha personally as well as professionally. Colorado recovery wouldn't be what it is without programs like Harmony!

I graduated my 28 days in resident treatment program at North Point. My experience was truly amazing. The food was great, nice warm beds and plenty of activities. But most impressive was the staff. The kitchen, the techs, case managers, nurses, counselors, etc. made everything worth it. They truly care about your wellbeing and provide the knowledge so you can succeed in your sobriety journey. 10/10 would recommend!

North Point was a great experience for me. they do a great job of curating a community centered environment. The people here cared about getting better and the staff was great, the counselors were amazing. There were some hiccups and annoyances, but oh well; we’re here for rehabilitation, not a vacation. Amenities were solid and from what i heard, far above many other rehab facilities. I would recommend North Point 10/10 times.

This year I celebrated 6 years clean after over a decade of drug use. Whenever I talk about my recovery, Mary, the woman who runs this rehab and sober living will always come into that conversation. I had an amazing experience at Healing Pines as a guy in my mid-twenties. All of the staff cares a lot about the clients’ well-being and they had an extremely positive impact on my mental health. There was a great mix of healthy activities and productive groups that allowed me to grow and set me up for success. I have nothing but good things to say about Healing Pines Recovery and I would recommend it to anyone no matter the age!

I can not say enough about how the team at Healing Pines saves lives and heals participants. My son spent 30 days at healing pines and returned as a sober, calm, insightful person able to converse in a healthy way. My son felt like he had taken sunglasses off and could now see light and joy in life. I especially loved the weekly music and art therapy sessions that gave us a creative way to process the tougher parts of recovery. Physical fitness is also a big focus here — we went to the gym five days a week, and Zach helped design personalized workout plans to rebuild strength and confidence. On top of that, there’s an indoor and outdoor pickleball court (yes, two!) and even a frisbee golf course, which we used for group therapy. There’s something powerful about talking through life while throwing a frisbee under the Colorado sky. Evenings often ended with fireside chats — open, judgment-free conversations where we could just be ourselves, laugh, and remember what real connection feels like. For me, those moments redefined what it means to have fun and feel safe in sobriety. What really sets Healing Pines apart, though, is the staff. Paul, the founder, has built an incredible team of people who radiate love, knowledge, and kindness. I give my life to this place. I came here in July 2025. I was lost. I lost my family. I lost the ability to live in society. I’d spent most of my time behind bars the past couple years, drugs had taking everything from me! Coming to Narconon I learned how to accept a lot of the things that I’ve done, to the people I’d hurt and to myself. I gained the ability to move forward, to confront a lot of the issues and become myself again. The new live detoxification help get all the residual out of my body and give me a healthy start so that I can move forward in the next part of the course. The objective course taught me how to be patient to not act on old behavior but to truly be there and to confront all situations in my life! And last, but not least life skills gave me tools to further my recovery to live with conditions to understand that I was still liability. They gave me formulas to move forward in my life to have a better chance at succeeding in my recovery. This place has changed my life dramatically. I’ve received my family back. I’ve received my kids back. I’ve even received a sense of self-confidence and respect for myself. Narconon Colorado has saved my life.

This place saved my best friend's life. Almost 2 years ago she decided to go to Narconon. It was the hardest decision she ever made and the hardest thing she has ever done. It changed her in ways she only prayed for. She has always been a fighter. But now, she is strong in such a way that she doesn't constantly need to fight. She faces everything head-on. She has a life she never thought was possible. She found herself here and she began to love herself. She found who she was always meant to be. She has a love for life she has never had. She is 22 months sober now and the happiest and more at peace than I have ever seen her.

In July 2025, I started IOP at DWR which was the best decision I ever made. Their staff are supportive and extremely knowledgeable; special shoutout to Rachel, Amanda, and Crystal for all of their endless support! During IOP, I relapsed more than once and was never treated differently because of it. Instead of criticizing my decisions, DWR provided me with the support and safe space to work through my relapses while still holding me accountable. I have now been sober just over one year and even though I am the one who makes the decision to continue my sobriety everyday, I owe DWR for giving me the tools and confidence to do so. Thank you DWR for saving my life when I had almost given up and helping me create a life worth living.

I had my first surgery at AdventHealth Porter this week and it was a positive experience. All of the medical team made sure I was taken care of and answered all my questions. I was nervous but they helped me stay comfortable and had good humor through the whole experience. If I ever need surgery in the future, I would definitely try to schedule it here!
