I recently visited the urgent care at CommonSpirit St. Elizabeth Hospital and had a genuinely positive experience. The wait time was about an hour and a half, which honestly felt reasonable for an urgent care visit—not too long, especially considering how these things can sometimes drag on much longer elsewhere. Once I was seen, the staff were incredibly attentive and thorough. They took the time to ask detailed questions and really listen to my concerns, which made the whole consultation process feel smooth and unhurried. I never felt rushed or like I was just another number in line. Throughout the visit, I didn't experience any discomfort, and everything was handled with care and professionalism. It's reassuring to know that when you need urgent care, you can count on a place that balances efficiency with genuine attentiveness. I left feeling well taken care of, both in terms of the medical attention I received and the overall patient experience. I'd definitely recommend this urgent care location to anyone in need of prompt, considerate medical service without an excessive wait.

It seems like the level of care was very low, but purposeful. Strategic incompetence is probably the best term. He was there for a reoccurring cyst. They said they couldn't lance it. Keep in mind its been lanced by urgent care and hospitals in the past. The lowest antibiotic possible was prescribed. No steroids. No non-narcotic pain meds. Nothing that any other doctor would have prescribed. I am left wondering if his skin tone had anything to do with it. I guess I will never know.

There so biest it’s rediculous the councillor is trans and extends there hours to two hours or longer if the kids are trans and tried to give me 30 mins because I don’t talk enough while everyone tells me u do stuff and know a bunch of stuff for the day and we js sat there sum times drew and nothing much and then I get therapy once a month or once 2 months as well and all we got is a med doctor once a month online sum times twice and both therapist and counselor are online and went thru too many therapists since they are rude or don’t schedule for months and it’s stupid go to the other two crappy ones if u want it’s only family resource center and the place by the highschool football going by road towards the Campbell elementary I forgot its name been to all of em mental health stuff is crappy here

The staff truly cares about their patients and provided care that met my needs. The whole program exceeded my expectations and I can't thank everyone enough for the impact they made on my life and mental health. Deciding to seek treatment was not an easy thing for me but I am so glad I chose Footprints to Recovery. It wasn't all just sitting around doing therapy all day and we got the chance to do yoga, art and music therapy, and also go outdoors with Adventure Recovery. If you are considering treatment I highly encourage you to invest in yourself and give Footprints a call!

Footprints was an absolutely stellar facility to go to after completing inpatient addiction treatment. The staff were all very patient and understanding during my biggest ups and downs during treatment, and I never felt any judgement even at my lowest points. Recovery is such a serious rock to carry but the groups and providers helped me collect the tools necessary to be able to tackle this journey on my own. The nursing team was incredibly helpful in finding me medications that are actually helping my mental health and addiction cravings. I've had more success in the three months I got to share with Footprints than the years I've worked with my primary care and therapist. Andrew with case management is hilarious and hugely helpful with resources and managing work and life alongside treatment. Anika is an incredible therapist and I am sad to leave her care, but know she will continue to do amazing things for other clients. If you are struggling with any substance abuse, I highly recommend seeking help with Footprints. They will absolutely get you back on your feet.

The staff at AspenRidge put a lot of effort into their groups and really try to teach a variety of topics that are relevant to a diverse population. You can tell that they really care about people. AspenRidge does some fun climbing groups and hikes. There is also case management that will help you with a lot of resources and just take you our for coffee or something to talk and get to know you. You can't make everyone happy. I would encourage people to pay attention to all of the good reviews about this place.

My expieriance here at this facility has been absolutely amazing. I have learned way more than expected and have changed my perspective on life itself. Bre and Megan as my case managers have been and absolute delight and have set me up for success. My therapist Madison has also been wonderful and taught me how to manage my emotions and anger. My first time at New directions for families Valley hope was a safe secure program that supported me through the rough time of my recovery and allowing me recovery with my son and helped me build myself individually as well as a parent. I've even learned to build healthy bonds in which I've carried out of rehab successfully finishing the program and im thankful to have built these friendships 🫶🏽🫂 I've continued with IOP when I left and it feels great to be able to use everything I've learned in these programs with other woman entering sober living and recomend them for others who seeked extra help

Peaks Recovery Center has truly been a life-changing experience for me. Coming into Peaks, I knew I needed a change, but I didn’t fully understand how much this place and the people here would impact my life. The staff genuinely care about the people they work with, and they create an environment where you can actually focus on getting better, figuring yourself out, and building a better life. What really stood out to me was the sense of community. You aren't treated like just another person going through a program. You build real connections with the other guys, share experiences, laugh together, struggle together, and encourage each other to keep moving forward. Those relationships became a huge part of my recovery. The staff have been supportive, patient, and willing to meet me where I was at. They helped me look at things differently and gave me tools that I can take with me long after leaving Peaks. I'm leaving with a completely different mindset than I had when I walked through the doors. I know recovery is something I have to continue working on every day, but Peaks gave me a foundation, the tools, and the confidence to keep doing it. I'm extremely grateful for the experience, the staff, and especially the people I met along the way. first mental hospital iv ever gone to before and i really liked it. at first i was really scared and i would cry everyday and i wouldn’t eat but the staff would try to be really supportive and try there best to get me to eat and drink water and one time i had ate macaroni and this one staff clapped for me cus she knew i wasn’t eating i was to scared and depressed at that. and i had a lot of support definitely 10/10 i honestly miss mountain crest so much, also met so many kids there that were so chill and we just understood each other besides this one girl i didn’t like but anyways yea. mountain crest is cool the staff there are really sweet and nice at least for me i felt like they cared and gave me the support i needed while being there never judged anything i said just support and advise.

Recently a family member received services at the newly located PVH behavioral management unit. The staff is excellent. Case managers Hannah and Ryan were in contact with me frequently to give updates and help in any way they could. They obviously cared and worked with our family according to goals and assistance contacting outside agencies and placement for transfer. The whole team from visitor’s desk to the Drs is top notch.

I’ve had a couple of experiences with Northpoint Loveland and my earlier experiences were quite positive. My latest experience in July was somewhat the opposite. So I’ll give it four stars for past performance, but they really need to make treatment and the patients their first priority and not making money. It was overcrowded with patients, and there were not enough staff to take care of all these people’s needs.

I rarely write reviews, but I feel obligated in this case 'cause RRC saved my life. I've, unfortunately, been to a number of inpatient rehabs. Of all the places I've been my experience at RRRC was the best. Red Rock's care is superior for a number of reasons. I'm writing this six months after leaving (still sober) so i'll try to mention as many as I can remember. 1) The nursing staff was amazing. So caring. They bend over backwards to get you as comfortable as you can be while still leading you through a successful detox. Extremely patient. Never felt like a number. They looked me in the eye, listened and helped me. 2) The food. Before arriving my diet wasn't great. The chef prepares home cooked meals. It's not cafeteria food. You can tell the chef really cares and takes pride in what they're serving you. Nutrition is extremely important, so to kickstart your reintegration into eating right is huge when first getting sober. This was a godsend. I was grateful for each and every meal. And not only that...the community kitchen is open all day, so you can grab snacks, drinks, make protien shakes etc. 3) The curriculum/therapy. RRRC meets you where you're at. While they certainly promote 12 step programs...they DO NOT proselytize nor present them as the ONLY way by any means. Which is huge. There are a million ways to get and stay sober. RRRC recognizes this and teaches you the things you need to know to help you get and stay that way without falsely preaching that there's only one way to do it. 4) They listen to everyone, but don't put up with silliness. There are a lot of personalities that walk into rehab. Often colorful, always interesting. People conflict in regular everyday life. Rehab...can be a powder keg. The way RRRC dealt with problems, I felt like everyone was listened to and that they always did what was best for the community as a whole. 5) The surroundings. You're in the mountains. Awesome. 6) Facilities. Great gym. Was always comfortable in my room etc. 7) JUST ENOUGH PHONE TIME. Trust me. Not having your phone for certain parts of the day is AMAZING. You start to kinda dread the times you get to have your phone. Sort of. I could go on and on. But i was just impressed by this place. I still talk to 5 people from the crew that was present when i was there and we're all still sober. That's unheard of. But, remember, it's up to you. The only piece of advice I'd give to anyone is to be mindful of the culture you and other patients are cultivating. In close quarter, small group scenarios like rehab ONE person's vibe can change everything. So be the positive tuning fork and you'll be surprised at how good the experience can and will be. Good luck. Getting sober is rough. Until it doesn't. So hang in there (and remember to *lean on* and trust the nursing staff. Oh...and as nice as the nurses are, if you're a jerk...they're a force to be reckoned with. I saw a couple of dudes pop off for no good reason and it didn't end well. Don't mistake their sweetness for weakness hahaha.)
