While putting Common Spirit in Google maps. I noticed that some of the reviews we're not so good for them. Seeing that, I need to tell my story. I'm 67yrs old in Feb I bought a motorcycle then proceeded to drop it on my ankle breaking it in three places. Living 50 mi. away I was transported by ambulance to Common Spirit. I was seen by Dr. Hernandez in the ER. Being a X Air Force combat medic MyCare was excellent I know. But wait story doesn't end there. That day the hospital was totally full, my surgery was scheduled next morning. I had no one who could take me home. I live alone Dr. Hernandez said let me see what I can do. Contacted his church which came and brought me to a hotel, paid for the room.Cause You see in the confusion and pain, I didn't realize my wallet was still on the motorcycle. In the morning 8:00 a.m. a pastor picked me up for surgery. I am so thankful and grateful frankly in shock at that moment for what was done for me." I will never forget it". Saying Thank you superficial to me my surgery went extremely well Dr. Keller my orthopedic surgeon is awesome put me back together as planned his staff for his office are the best. I would rate Common Spirit, St Elizabeth Hospital a zillion Stars but they won't let me 5 is it PDS.

I have struggled with mainly meth addiction for 8 years or so. I was feeling so sick everyday. My body felt toxic, the meth wasnt giving me energy anymore, I was depleted. I was craving nature and nutrition. I have been desiring to come to innerbalance for over 6 years now. I didn't have the money then. I went to 2 other rehabs before this one covered by medicaid instead. I honestly am thankful for all 3 of the rehabs I have been too. I have learned so much and after completing innerbalance and understanding all my underlying health issues and learning how to heal I finally believe I can move foward past addiction. I am so thankful and blessed to have gotten to come here. I haven't felt this good for a longtime. I feel joy again. I have a solid recovery plan, relapse prevention plan and relapse plan. Everyone that works here is so encouraging and supportive. I have had so many laughs and good times here. I feel ready to go out in the world. I believe that I will never get stuck in active addiction again. I will just get back on the horse if a relapse does happen. I'm ready. Thank you innerbalance! I am very satisfied! 😀🙃 Amie Raniewicz

Aspen Ridge is *literally* one of the reasons I am alive, celebrating (just over) two-years of sobriety today. Their approach to therapy, both individual and group, and the opportunities they afforded me were monumental; critical. I found out I wasn t alone, even when I thought I wanted to be. I cannot thank this place and its personnel (that become family) enough for the resources, encouragement, knowledge and serenity they have provided to me.Just here to update and say that I am now almost THREE years sober and I still have AR North to thank for that!

Truth. I learned a lesson the hard wayTruth. I made mistakes.Truth. I was addicted to drugs, like I said, was. My addiction took control of my life. I lost time, friends, my car, my home. Mostly I lost myself. In my addiction I lied to others, I lied to myself. I thought I was invisible and the truth couldn't see me through the smoke screens I blew out my lungs that were filled with dope. I thought that I was untouchable to the facts on how my addiction could harm me. I became delusional to the danger I put myself in. Well friends and family it came time that I had to face the truth.Truth is I found out I have HIV.Truth is I tried to be the most seen and desired and gave and sold myself to numerous men. I wasn't secure in myself and didn't love myself. I had demons that I was too scared to fight and conquer. It took the love of my mother to finally tell me I needed help. She saw death on my face. So as I wondered and bounced around homeless, I decided to ask for help. Thanks to a few friends I made it to rehab and that's how I discovered I was infectedThis is not a sad story. I don't want people to feel sorry for me. I excepted that I chose this. I could of prevented this. I am putting this out here so others wake up and don't make the same mistakes that I have. I am now healthy and undetectable. I am now happy because I conquered my demons. I am grateful for everything I went through because it lead to my purpose that I had been searching for my entire life. God places you in places and puts you in situations that you don't understand at first. God had to break me to build me back up to prepare me for a purpose. Now I have my life and my light again and filled with joy. So please anyone who reads this. Take your life seriously, it's the only one you will get. Live it, love it, protect it.This is the place to change your life. Better yet it is a place that can help you help yourself to save your life.

I had checked into rehabs 10 other times before I came to Narconon. Narconon was the first and only program that stuck for me, and I still use what I learned there every day. Narconon helped repair my relationships with family, greatly helped my legal situation, and taught me that I am capable of living a sober and happy life. I have no idea where I would be right now if it weren't for the amazing staff and each and every step of the program.

Hi , I was at the Cheyenne VA hospital today Oct 29 2024.The last two times i've been there, I've been so impressed by the people there. They are friendly, courteous, candid, extremely well versed at what they do, and sincerely care and respect veterans. Jonathan Heilman is an incredibly thorough, deeply caring individual and I've genuinely never had such a positive experience with a psychiatrist. Having moved around a lot in my life I've seen many psychiatrists and most will give you barely 10-15 minutes of their time during which they won't actually listen to what you're saying. Jonathan works very hard to understand the person and the circumstances as a whole. He took I believe an hour and a half for our first appointment, which is wild to begin with, and then took another hour for the next two appointments just because my history is so extensive and he wanted to get an accurate picture. The one potential downside to note, every appointment is so extensive that he often runs over, so if you have to be very strict on time in your own schedule you may want to account for that in timing. I personally am so thankful for his care that I just account for those minutes as part of the time I block out in my schedule. Truly couldn't have asked for a better provider during the tumultuous past year and a half.

The VAs that mg husband has gone to; Austin, Loveland, Denver, and Caribou, Maine, have been great.I have been using VA for over a decade. Only thing I have had is a little difficulty with is getting my prescriptions correct. That problem has been rectified quickly by the staff. In the last few years I have had a brain bleed requiring emergency surgery.I was in a coma for about a month. During that time, I was also diagnosed with Leukemia.VA took care of everything. When I awoke, I was worried about how these very expensive medical procedures would be paid for.I understand that the medical staff is overwhelmed and I take that into consideration.Overall, my belief is that the VA healthcare system is living up to their promises.

Has helped me more in a few sessions than 30 years of psychologists and psychiatrists combined without writing a single prescription. If you re at a spot of struggle in your life, I would absolutely recommend you give him a try! If you have got yourself a dui and are doing classes here, Carol and Breanna are both a big step above any of the other group counselors at other agencies I tried out. CCS also accepts medicaid for the classes and individual therapy which can really be a lifesaver. I wish you all the best luck in your journey and really embrace the process for what it is worth. I m staying enrolled with josh despite being done with the requirements for my dui probation and literally believe he was placed in my life by divine forces. I m actually unbelievably impressed with my experience here. They have things most definitely figured out how to come up with a plan to help you.

I took the level 1 class this weekend with Carol Frost and thought she was an excellent instructor. I m not usually a fan of zoom or any via computer courses, especially when it comes to true life situations and growth, but I felt comfortable, safe, welcomed, and actually accomplished.Carol is honest and straightforward about her own past that truly made me feel comfortable to speak about my own past, what really brought me here, and actually gain from this experience.A true Judgement Free Zone , without the lingering thoughts of can I be honest with a person/group I ve never met or how can I be real if this is for legal purposes? Not at all with Carol.I highly recommend Creative Counseling Services if you re in the Northern Front Range, and Carol if you re near an office in the NoCo area. She even went out of her way after hours to extend a hand with extra music she thought would help me.Music especially because she knew I suffered from a TBI years ago and music therapy is my best form of recovery across the board. If you re nervous about finally asking for help, or if it s legal based, she makes this course something that truly resonates with you even when it s over.Even if your time with the course is over, that doesn t mean her time is done with you, if you d like. You re not just another check mark off the attendance list.
