To express my gratitude and appreciation towards Tim Hand our Director for a fantastic staff and supportive community that allowed me to have support coming out of a decade of prison, to a place that welcomed me and provided resources for my success is not enough said. I showed up full of anxiety and nervousness. I was completely exhausted. My case manager allowed me to take a healthy breath of fresh air with being supportive in where I was at. She meet me exactly where I needed to be. I am so grateful for the opportunity I was granted with all the resources available to me , especially our run club in the mornings with staff that really made me feel comfortable and human. Change happens in the right direction with the people who challenge us in the right way for the right reasons. There is allot of great people coming in and out of this establishment for the right reasons. My success will continue to grow from everyone involved here at LCCC. I cannot recommend Creative Counseling enough. They have the best team of therapists there! Amber, Hailey, Daniel and Tiffany are amazing! I couldn’t have asked for anything more from any of them. I’ve been in classes since 2023 and at first it seemed like a chore that I didn’t want to do but it wasn’t like that for long. After a few months, I found myself looking forward to my classes because they really do everything that the classes are meant to do. I am beyond grateful for the treatment I received! Definitely worth every penny!

Josh is absolutely an incredible therapist whether you have had a dui or not. Has helped me more in a few sessions than 30 years of psychologists and psychiatrists combined without writing a single prescription. If you’re at a spot of struggle in your life, I would absolutely recommend you give him a try! If you have got yourself a dui and are doing classes here, Carol and Breanna are both a big step above any of the other group counselors at other agencies I tried out. CCS also accepts medicaid for the classes and individual therapy which can really be a lifesaver. I wish you all the best luck in your journey and really embrace the process for what it is worth. I’m staying enrolled with josh despite being done with the requirements for my dui probation and literally believe he was placed in my life by divine forces. I’m actually unbelievably impressed with my experience here. They have things most definitely figured out how to come up with a plan to help you.

Zinnia overall was a great experience! I encountered many strengths and a few faults. The faults came under scrutiny in the upper management role. I completely understand that Zinnia is a wellness facility and a business. The personal experience, to me was wellness was priority one, in the case of facilitators, techs and nurses. This was not the case in the roll of Director of Operations at the Singer Island facility. This individual showed little compassion and it was obvious that business outranked wellness.

DWR literally saved my life. When I first entered the program I was a beyond broken 21 yr old who thought their life would definitely end in incarceration. After leaving a correctional facility, doing a full treatment program I had no where to go. DWR full forced swept in and welcomed me with open arms. The community within DWR is something I forever will hold near and dear to my heart. They helped me become an independent sober women and words could never be enough to express my gratitude. If you feel there is no hope left and your life is near the end, DWR is the life present you need. We recently sent our son to Sandstone and it was probably the best decision we’ve ever made. The communication, the people and the support we have received has been phenomenal. I wholeheartedly recommend this program. I honestly believe it is life-changing for us and our child. It has given us hope again. My only advice is, try not to be paralyzed by indecision because you will not regret taking the step.

My therapy session is with Vernon to help with my PTSD. I would recommend Vernon to anyone. He treats you as a person, not a number or a disabled patient. Vernon listens and tries different ways to help. I look forward to my sessions with Vernon. Never been to a VA facility that didn't have the Commander in Chief's portrait in the lobby. On my last couple visits, I heard underhanded comments from nurses about how screwed up the country is. I detect that many of the employees here are on edge, because they feel like their job is in jeopardy. Don't get me wrong, I love the doctors and nurses I've dealt with there, but they should leave politics at the door.

Heart to Heart Counseling Center has been a true source of healing and support for me after experiencing betrayal trauma.
From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and understood by the counselors. They provided a safe and compassionate space for me to share openly and without judgment.
What sets Heart to Heart apart (at least for me, based on previous counseling experience) is their holistic approach, addressing the emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of healing.
The atmosphere is warm and comforting, and the administrative staff is friendly and organized. Heart to Heart Counseling Center has been a lifeline for me during my healing journey. I highly recommend their compassionate care and approach to any partner of a sex addict who is struggling in her marriage due to betrayal trauma.
