Went to the er and dr hayes, all the nurses that took care of me, even the front desk lady, were so kind and caring, took time to listen to all my concerns, went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, and calmed me when I was scared. While putting Common Spirit in Google maps. I noticed that some of the reviews we're not so good for them. Seeing that, I need to tell my story. I'm 67yrs old in Feb I bought a motorcycle then proceeded to drop it on my ankle breaking it in three places. Living 50 mi. away I was transported by ambulance to Common Spirit. I was seen by Dr. Hernandez in the ER. Being a X Air Force combat medic MyCare was excellent I know. But wait story doesn't end there.That day the hospital was totally full, my surgery was scheduled next morning. I had no one who could take me home. I live alone Dr. Hernandez said let me see what I can do. Contacted his church which came and brought me to a hotel, paid for the room.Cause You see in the confusion and pain, I didn't realize my wallet was still on the motorcycle. In the morning 8:00 a.m. a pastor picked me up for surgery. I am so thankful and grateful frankly in shock at that moment for what was done for me." I will never forget it". Saying Thank you superficial to me my surgery went extremely well Dr. Keller my orthopedic surgeon is awesome put me back together as planned his staff for his office are the best. I would rate Common Spirit, St Elizabeth Hospital a zillion Stars but they won't let me 5 is it 😎 PDS.

I have struggled with mainly meth addiction for 8 years or so. I was feeling so sick everyday. My body felt toxic, the meth wasnt giving me energy anymore, I was depleted. I was craving nature and nutrition.
I have been desiring to come to innerbalance for over 6 years now. I didn't have the money then. I went to 2 other rehabs before this one covered by medicaid instead. I honestly am thankful for all 3 of the rehabs I have been too. I have learned so much and after completing innerbalance and understanding all my underlying health issues and learning how to heal I finally believe I can move foward past addiction. I am so thankful and blessed to have gotten to come here. I haven't felt this good for a longtime. I feel joy again.
I have a solid recovery plan, relapse prevention plan and relapse plan. Everyone that works here is so encouraging and supportive. I have had so many laughs and good times here. I feel ready to go out in the world. I believe that I will never get stuck in active addiction again. I will just get back on the horse if a relapse does happen. I'm ready. Thank you innerbalance! I went to Northpoint in November of 2022. This facility offered an array of services and classes. This facility saved my life. The music classes were always my favorite and the food was amazing. There were art supplies and fun games to play to pass the time. I loved having my own room and bathroom. The staff was so nice and took care of me. They were there for good and bad moments. North point has been nothing but an amazing place for me to get away from all the mess and find myself again. The staff is the absolute best. So funny and super open/honest with everyone. Very understanding. The free time we were given outside of class to be outside in the beautiful weather and chat with other peers meant so much to me. This place really allowed me to open up to others, which has been a struggle for me for a long time now. And the outings to go to meetings and get a feel of what recover looks like outside of the facility has given me the courage to keep pursuing that after release and to go meet others in recovery and continue down this path. Betty Jo, Alisha, and Ceana at the Fort Collins office truly understand the assignment, and treat everyone with respect and genuine care. Summit Stone has been my first and only positive, beneficial, healthy experience in the world of recovery, loss/grief, and legal issues with DHS. Every single staff member here from the front desk, to my case manager, the nurses, therapists, peer specialists…and on and on and on! This is the first dentist I've been to since I was 17. I was nervous as to be expected. Everyone was super nice. The dentist was amazing. He asked me what was the one thing I was worried about, I said pain. I never felt any pain. I had 2 teeth pulled yesterday (9/25/25). I still have not experienced any pain. I will recommend these dentists to everyone. Everyone there is so wonderfully amazing!!

The staff and physical therapists on ARU of the east building did an amazing job rehabilitating me. They were very helpful to my care and needs.

I was a patient in this clinic in February of 2025. They have a provider that has so much specialty experience, she was amazing. I met her when she worked at the GI office, my wife worked with her at two local urgent cares. She was compassionate, really listened to me and my concerns. The first time I’ve seen a registered nurse working in a clinic in over 20 years. It was clean, one of the nicest clinics in town. I highly recommend Crossroads to anyone. I didn’t have insurance at the time, but their cash rates are so affordable. Anywhere else, it’s $175-$200 to walk in with a sore throat. Not even kidding, I paid less than $50 to be examined, tested and an additional $5 for the prescription. Their nurse called me a few days later just to check in on me. Don’t be fooled by the other places in town - you want to feel seen, heard and like the only patient of the day? Go to crossroads - best medical clinic in town!

This clinic is AMAZING - literally the best care in Cheyenne. The doctor - Jennifer, was kind and listened to me in a way no one has in a really long time. Even though it was over the computer (I came in but she was offsite) I knew she actually cared. Beautiful office, nice people - I don’t have insurance so I really appreciated being able to pay an affordable cash rate, got my prescriptions there too. What a concept, to be treated like a person! Thank you!
