I recently visited the urgent care at CommonSpirit St. Elizabeth Hospital and had a genuinely positive experience. The wait time was about an hour and a half, which honestly felt reasonable for an urgent care visit—not too long, especially considering how these things can sometimes drag on much longer elsewhere. Once I was seen, the staff were incredibly attentive and thorough. They took the time to ask detailed questions and really listen to my concerns, which made the whole consultation process feel smooth and unhurried. I never felt rushed or like I was just another number in line. Throughout the visit, I didn't experience any discomfort, and everything was handled with care and professionalism. It's reassuring to know that when you need urgent care, you can count on a place that balances efficiency with genuine attentiveness. I left feeling well taken care of, both in terms of the medical attention I received and the overall patient experience. I'd definitely recommend this urgent care location to anyone in need of prompt, considerate medical service without an excessive wait.

It seems like the level of care was very low, but purposeful. Strategic incompetence is probably the best term. He was there for a reoccurring cyst. They said they couldn't lance it. Keep in mind its been lanced by urgent care and hospitals in the past. The lowest antibiotic possible was prescribed. No steroids. No non-narcotic pain meds. Nothing that any other doctor would have prescribed. I am left wondering if his skin tone had anything to do with it. I guess I will never know.

InnerBalance is a hidden gem among inpatient rehabs. I struggled with addiction for many years and went to several inpatient rehabs. Nothing was working. I was physically ill by the time I reached InnerBalance, with frequent seizures, low platelets and liver disease. I was in so much emotional pain and despair. InnerBalance gave me a lifeline. What made it so phenomenal, were the people who worked there, many of whom are still there today. There was an emphasis on nutrition and correcting imbalances in my body. I was allowed to go out at times to explore Loveland. That kind of normalcy and trust was meaningful. I was given support through group and individual therapy, as well as a nutritionist and life coach. The organic meals were very nourishing and the education around how to care for my mental and physical health were invaluable. They encouraged me to go to sober living after I left InnerBalance, which made a huge difference in maintaining my sobriety by giving my body and spirit more time to heal. I relapsed several times within that year, but because of the genuine support I had received from the counselors at InnerBalance, I did not continue in any of my relapses. I now have six and a half years of sobriety. InnerBalance gave me the support I needed to let go of what was holding me back from sobriety. I learned how to love myself in a way I never had before. It was just the beginning of my journey, but their program and everyone there, had a ripple effect that changed the way I approached early sobriety, and even the way I still approach my health. I hope anyone who is struggling with addiction finds their way to the wonderful people at InnerBalance.

Bicycle health has been the best thing I could have ever done for my addiction and my recovery and my future I highly recommend going on here to help get off your opiate dependency or whatever dependency it is that you are struggling with it's easy it's affordable and they make you feel so much better. I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews, because I love this place. I have been seeing my current therapist here for a couple years now and have seriously experienced a complete turn around in my life in every single area. I cannot recommend this place enough. I just wanted to let everybody know that community corrections has been a big part of me changing my life and becoming a positive member of the community. There’s been staff members here that I’ve been a part of my life for over 15 years like Tom and Carol and Tiffany Thompson these people have had my back. They’ve been there in my life and even been pretty much like family to me. These are good people that stick up for people in the community that have not made the best of choices that really just want to get on their feet and get their lives going people don’t realize how hard that is. I was a patient in this clinic in February of 2025. They have a provider that has so much specialty experience, she was amazing. I met her when she worked at the GI office, my wife worked with her at two local urgent cares. She was compassionate, really listened to me and my concerns. The first time I’ve seen a registered nurse working in a clinic in over 20 years. It was clean, one of the nicest clinics in town. I highly recommend Crossroads to anyone. I didn’t have insurance at the time, but their cash rates are so affordable. Anywhere else, it’s $175-$200 to walk in with a sore throat. Not even kidding, I paid less than $50 to be examined, tested and an additional $5 for the prescription. Their nurse called me a few days later just to check in on me. Don’t be fooled by the other places in town - you want to feel seen, heard and like the only patient of the day? Go to crossroads - best medical clinic in town!

This clinic is AMAZING - literally the best care in Cheyenne. The doctor - Jennifer, was kind and listened to me in a way no one has in a really long time. Even though it was over the computer (I came in but she was offsite) I knew she actually cared. Beautiful office, nice people - I don’t have insurance so I really appreciated being able to pay an affordable cash rate, got my prescriptions there too. What a concept, to be treated like a person! Thank you!

The receptionist was very understanding and helped me find a good counselor to work with. My counselor is great, he fit for my needs. All the rest of the staff have been amazing helping me too, being supportive and understanding. I don't know what I would have done without all the help and support I've gotten from the staff there.

When I first came to this class I was terrified. I sat in the back watching from a distance. I didn’t want to participate, afraid I would be treated poorly. With this said, Anne held my hand and lifted me up. She is an Angel sent from heaven! I truly believe God placed me with her.
