The residence all rooms are private with their own bath (I think 2 rooms might be double) only 14 people MAX at a time. You are welcomed with your own stainless steel water bottle, loofah, and a wall full of medicinal and herbal teas (just to name a few things in the welcome gift package. Each room is professionally decorated. The chef prepares healthy meals. 4-5 INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING SESSIONS AND ACTUAL FUNCTIONAL DR EVERY WEEK!!!!! Receiving treatment at Inner Balance was a trans formative experience. I experienced healing from all perspectives and was given the tools to create a sober life. They offer my mind body and spirit healing to understand why I was using drinking as a primary coping mechanism. I have been able to use the tools I learned everyday. I have created a journey of inward love for myself. The staff was so inspirational, so relate able, and facilitated my ability to open my eyes to my innate wisdom. My biggest nugget was from the spiritual neurologist "90% of the thoughts we have are the same ones we had yesterday". I graduated my 28 days in resident treatment program at North Point. My experience was truly amazing. The food was great, nice warm beds and plenty of activities. But most impressive was the staff. The kitchen, the techs, case managers, nurses, counselors, etc. made everything worth it. They truly care about your wellbeing and provide the knowledge so you can succeed in your sobriety journey. 10/10 would recommend!

North Point was a great experience for me. they do a great job of curating a community centered environment. The people here cared about getting better and the staff was great, the counselors were amazing. There were some hiccups and annoyances, but oh well; we’re here for rehabilitation, not a vacation. Amenities were solid and from what i heard, far above many other rehab facilities. I would recommend North Point 10/10 times.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like I had to for Narconon Colorado. This place genuinely helped change my life. Even though I didn’t complete the full program and ended up leaving early, the time I spent there still had a huge impact on me. The staff actually cared and treated me like a person, not just another case. They gave me tools and a different mindset that I still carry with me today. I came in at a really low point in my life, and even in the short time I was there, I started to see things differently and believe that I could do better for myself. No program is perfect, and leaving early was my own decision, but I can honestly say this place helped save my life. It gave me a foundation I didn’t have before, and for that I’m grateful. If you’re serious about wanting to change, this is a place that can help you take those first steps.

Visited Audiology for new hearing aids a couple days ago. I was attended by a young lady named Abby. First of all, when she came out to the waiting area to get me she spoke in a voice loud enough for me to hear. She is the first person in any VA Audiology clinic I've met that has done so. I would think that in Audiology it would be a routine thing to speak in a louder voice. Sadly, it's not. Abby was quite competent and the fitting went very well. As for the VAMC itself, it's nice enough.

This is the first dentist I've been to since I was 17. I was nervous as to be expected. Everyone was super nice. The dentist was amazing. I was a patient in this clinic in February of 2025. They have a provider that has so much specialty experience, she was amazing. I met her when she worked at the GI office, my wife worked with her at two local urgent cares. She was compassionate, really listened to me and my concerns. The first time I’ve seen a registered nurse working in a clinic in over 20 years. It was clean, one of the nicest clinics in town. I highly recommend Crossroads to anyone. I didn’t have insurance at the time, but their cash rates are so affordable. Anywhere else, it’s $175-$200 to walk in with a sore throat. Not even kidding, I paid less than $50 to be examined, tested and an additional $5 for the prescription. Their nurse called me a few days later just to check in on me. Don’t be fooled by the other places in town - you want to feel seen, heard and like the only patient of the day? Go to crossroads - best medical clinic in town!

This clinic is AMAZING - literally the best care in Cheyenne. The doctor - Jennifer, was kind and listened to me in a way no one has in a really long time. Even though it was over the computer (I came in but she was offsite) I knew she actually cared. Beautiful office, nice people - I don’t have insurance so I really appreciated being able to pay an affordable cash rate, got my prescriptions there too. What a concept, to be treated like a person! I was skeptical when I was getting signed up for the counseling but after I got a few classes in I knew it was going to be beneficial for me and my health. My counselor was Paul Padilla a very funny and kind guy who helped me lay the groundwork for my sobriety and giving me guidance when days were getting rough.
