Glenn 11 months ago I have read all of the reviews and I would like to leave a different perspective than the 1 star reviews. I have been a patient somewhere around 6 years of North Range. In that time they have always treated me with care and respect. I too have had issues with prescriptions being filled on time here and there. However, I want to put this into perspective. Some patients have requirements that need to be met in order to continue to refill medications: keeping up with their regularly scheduled appointments or maybe it is a type of mmedication (narcotic) that requires a monthly review. That is not a failure of the staff. It is a behavioral health organization. They have rules and regulations to follow in order to protect their patients, especially the ones on medication. In my own experience, it was almost always some failure on my part when meds weren't filled on time. I have always been treated extremely well, even a couple times I was a little short over meds not bring filled on time. My best advice: if they set up a treatment plan with you, DO THE WORK. KEEP THE APPOINTMENTS. FOLLOW UP...and you will have a great experience just like I did!!! B May 1 year ago

The staff were all very patient and understanding during my biggest ups and downs during treatment, and I never felt any judgement even at my lowest points. Recovery is such a serious rock to carry but the groups and providers helped me collect the tools necessary to be able to tackle this journey on my own. The nursing team was incredibly helpful in finding me medications that are actually helping my mental health and addiction cravings. I've had more success in the three months I got to share with Footprints than the years I've worked with my primary care and therapist. Andrew with case management is hilarious and hugely helpful with resources and managing work and life alongside treatment. Anika is an incredible therapist and I am sad to leave her care, but know she will continue to do amazing things for other clients. If you are struggling with any substance abuse, I highly recommend seeking help with Footprints. They will absolutely get you back on your feet. I have been in recovery for years, and Aspen Ridge is my favorite facility out there. Unlike many others, Aspens Ridge does NOT force any specific modality on folks, such as AA or NA. Many other rehab facilities are 12 step-based, which I haven’t found to be helpful. Aspend Ridge helps folks find the program that works before for each individual, such as SMART recovery, Dharma Recovery, or 12 steps. I have read all of the reviews and I would like to leave a different perspective than the 1 star reviews. I have been a patient somewhere around 6 years of North Range. In that time they have always treated me with care and respect. I too have had issues with prescriptions being filled on time here and there. However, I want to put this into perspective. Some patients have requirements that need to be met in order to continue to refill medications: keeping up with their regularly scheduled appointments or maybe it is a type of mmedication (narcotic) that requires a monthly review. That is not a failure of the staff. It is a behavioral health organization. They have rules and regulations to follow in order to protect their patients, especially the ones on medication. In my own experience, it was almost always some failure on my part when meds weren't filled on time. I have always been treated extremely well, even a couple times I was a little short over meds not bring filled on time. My best advice: if they set up a treatment plan with you, DO THE WORK. KEEP THE APPOINTMENTS. FOLLOW UP...and you will have a great experience just like I did!!!

The staff truly cares about their patients and provided care that met my needs. The whole program exceeded my expectations and I can't thank everyone enough for the impact they made on my life and mental health. Deciding to seek treatment was not an easy thing for me but I am so glad I chose Footprints to Recovery. It wasn't all just sitting around doing therapy all day and we got the chance to do yoga, art and music therapy, and also go outdoors with Adventure Recovery. Footprints was an absolutely stellar facility to go to after completing inpatient addiction treatment. The staff were all very patient and understanding during my biggest ups and downs during treatment, and I never felt any judgement even at my lowest points. Recovery is such a serious rock to carry but the groups and providers helped me collect the tools necessary to be able to tackle this journey on my own. The nursing team was incredibly helpful in finding me medications that are actually helping my mental health and addiction cravings. I've had more success in the three months I got to share with Footprints than the years I've worked with my primary care and therapist. Andrew with case management is hilarious and hugely helpful with resources and managing work and life alongside treatment. Anika is an incredible therapist and I am sad to leave her care, but know she will continue to do amazing things for other clients. If you are struggling with any substance abuse, I highly recommend seeking help with Footprints. They will absolutely get you back on your feet.

I went to the IOP program and had a very uplifting experience. Councilors are top notch. I believe this because I have been a part of other programs and the group settings here are all inclusive where I felt everyone had ample time to express feelings and issues safely. Well run meetings and varied topics. Another wonderful aspect is the on going on line family member meetings where loved ones have great opportunity to share and learn! Also all recovery meetings weekly on line meetings for us as patients/ clients. My own recovery is going well with 70 sober days now giving me a renewed sense of inner peace and joy. God bless.

I highly recommend Aspen Ridge to anyone who needs help with recovery. I have been in recovery for years, and Aspen Ridge is my favorite facility out there. Unlike many others, Aspens Ridge does NOT force any specific modality on folks, such as AA or NA. Many other rehab facilities are 12 step-based, which I haven’t found to be helpful. Aspend Ridge helps folks find the program that works before for each individual, such as SMART recovery, Dharma Recovery, or 12 steps. The therapists and instructors at Aspen Ridge are also all tremendously helpful and motivated. Highly recommended to anyone in need!

This was my first time trying sobriety and this was the first place I came to!!! The clinicians and the groups are amazing! It's not like any other program. They help you to find yourself. They give you the tools to become someone that you made. They aren't people who tell you what you need to do but people who help you along the way of your own growth! Alex and Allison are amazing! The group interactions are spectacular! Everyone is so engaging and come from all walks of life! The way they tie your addiction into psychological and scientific understanding gives you so much more prospective within yourself. They don't tell you why you did it they help you find your own answers! Their guidance is amazing! This program is one that keeps you interested. Receiving treatment at Inner Balance was a trans formative experience. I experienced healing from all perspectives and was given the tools to create a sober life. They offer my mind body and spirit healing to understand why I was using drinking as a primary coping mechanism. I have been able to use the tools I learned everyday. I have created a journey of inward love for myself. The staff was so inspirational, so relate able, and facilitated my ability to open my eyes to my innate wisdom. My biggest nugget was from the spiritual neurologist "90% of the thoughts we have are the same ones we had yesterday". My therapist Shae was amazing! He is what kept me there on days I really wanted to quit. I couldn’t have done it without him! From the first time I met him in detox to having one on one sessions. He helped me find myself again and so much more! By the end of the stay I didn’t want to go. Thank you Shea!!!! As for the rest, the meals were great for the most part. Most of the staff was kind and caring excusing the few bad apples. There were a lot of spiders and ants in the room and we did not have a tv. But they do allow you to keep your phone at all times with cameras covered and your vape after detox. In detox you are kept comfortable. I just took my meds and slept for 4 days and boy did I need that rest! The worst part was that I was told they took Medicaid then told they don’t. Then told they will take both of my insurances and that they were on my file to later find out only my primary was on there. The consistency here isnt the best. My whole stay someone would tell me something and another the exact opposite. But other than that I would say it was a nice stay. Also nurse Kendra in meds was so joyful. And Mr. David and Jessica’s classes were interesting and fun. I really enjoyed my instructors.

Denver IOP is AMAZING! It is great for individuals who have gotten out of inpatient facilities, or those just needing support through their addiction. The counselors are phenomenal, and actually care and provide service without judgements.
