While putting Common Spirit in Google maps. I noticed that some of the reviews we're not so good for them. Seeing that, I need to tell my story. I'm 67yrs old in Feb I bought a motorcycle then proceeded to drop it on my ankle breaking it in three places. Living 50 mi. away I was transported by ambulance to Common Spirit. I was seen by Dr. Hernandez in the ER. Being a X Air Force combat medic MyCare was excellent I know. But wait story doesn't end there. That day the hospital was totally full, my surgery was scheduled next morning. I had no one who could take me home. I live alone Dr. Hernandez said let me see what I can do. Contacted his church which came and brought me to a hotel, paid for the room.Cause You see in the confusion and pain, I didn't realize my wallet was still on the motorcycle. In the morning 8:00 a.m. a pastor picked me up for surgery. I am so thankful and grateful frankly in shock at that moment for what was done for me." I will never forget it". Saying Thank you superficial to me my surgery went extremely well Dr. Keller my orthopedic surgeon is awesome put me back together as planned his staff for his office are the best. I would rate Common Spirit, St Elizabeth Hospital a zillion Stars but they won't let me 5 is it 😎 PDS.

We were lied to from the beginning from this place. We were told our daughter would go on Monday to the facility all we had to do was put her on a plane and someone would pick her up. Needless to say we went over the intake on the phone 6 times just to be told she wasn't gonna be accepted. Very poor communication and we talked to 4 different people. They wouldn't listen to us they took what the child said as what's happening and now we are still in the same boat as when we called....never would have wasted time talking to these people if I knew they wouldn't listen to the parent. Of course a child's going to downplay what's really happening. If I could give no stars I would. Rob spears needs to stop lying to family's and figure out how they do things there bc apparently he's new to their team not the job. Very disappointed and upset!

I had a great experience here at Sandstone care. The staff are caring, kind, and invested. I felt both challenged in my viewpoints and supported in my work in myself. Fantastic intake, program, and discharge. They also have an "alumni" program, so the transition from intensive therapy back to the "real world" felt smooth and supported. I can still reach out to the community and others like me through the alumni program and I feel much more secure in myself and my mental health. 10/10 recommend for anyone struggling.

I have struggled with mainly meth addiction for 8 years or so. I was feeling so sick everyday. My body felt toxic, the meth wasnt giving me energy anymore, I was depleted. I was craving nature and nutrition. I have been desiring to come to innerbalance for over 6 years now. I didn't have the money then. I went to 2 other rehabs before this one covered by medicaid instead. I honestly am thankful for all 3 of the rehabs I have been too. I have learned so much and after completing innerbalance and understanding all my underlying health issues and learning how to heal I finally believe I can move foward past addiction. I am so thankful and blessed to have gotten to come here. I haven't felt this good for a longtime. I feel joy again. I have a solid recovery plan, relapse prevention plan and relapse plan. Everyone that works here is so encouraging and supportive. I have had so many laughs and good times here. I feel ready to go out in the world. I believe that I will never get stuck in active addiction again. I will just get back on the horse if a relapse does happen. I'm ready. Thank you innerbalance! I am very satisfied! 😀🙃 Amie Raniewicz

AIM House is an incredible program that caters to all walks of life. As a previous participant, I feel that I was cared for in a way that was not overbearing. They provided us with countless resources, activities, and communities to engage with throughout my time there. I really like that you can make a program that works for YOU! They give participants the tools to pursue what they enjoy, make mistakes in a safe environment, and grow into a more mature individual. AIM House does a fantastic job of creating a community that leads to life long friendships. I completed the program a little over 6 years ago and continue to speak with many of the other participants I was in the program with, as well as some of the staff! I can confidently say that I would recommend this program to any young adult going through debilitating hardships in their life. This is, and will always be, a special place to me.

AIM House was a great program to attend as a young adult. The program was dedicated to reintroducing me to the "real world" in a therapeutically supported manner. We had weekly individual therapy, group therapy, and other therapies that worked with what our "care plan" was. We went on plenty of outings during the weekend, as well as evening activities like recovery meetings, indoor soccer, etc. The living space itself was a great way to make friends who were at a similar place in life to myself. Mostly shared bedrooms in the main house, with the promise of a single room upon progression through the program. Some of my best friends today (years later) are friends I made at AIM.

AspenRidge has been an absolute game changer in my recovery journey. Straight out of residential treatment, I was able to start a 5-day a week IOP group. Over about 5.5 months, I slowly went down from 5 days, to 3 days, to 1 day a week. I benefited from the groups everyday I attended, and still today, more than half a year later. I am now 14 months sober as of August 28th, and loving every part of life. The skills, relationships, and knowledge I gained and continue to gain from AspenRidge have been invaluable. I will forever be grateful for them as a resource. I continue to stay connected via the Alumni program, and highly recommend this Treatment Center to all needing help.

Hands down an incredible, comfortable, and supporting facility. I checked myself into MSR in December for a 30 day rehab rehabilitation visit. I have struggled with drugs and alcohol for 21 years, and I can now proudly say after my treatment at MSR that I am six months clean and sober and have the best life I could imagine. starting from the director, John, to the front staff like Tawny and Celine, to Ashley and Teresa, who all helped the stay there feel like home and enjoyable. I cannot say this without any more honest truth that this facility helped me get my life back. The director John Aicher runs a very smooth and accommodating program where he personally speaks to each individual resident and ensuring the fulfillment in their stay. If you or a loved one are in need of recovery. I highly suggest Mountain Springs Recovery.

So I started having my daughter be seen by a behavioral health specialist here by the name of Morgan Finch! My daughter suffered severe childhood trauma when she was much younger I thought this was someone who i could trust to consult my daughter to help her with her severe mental health issues due to early childhood trauma! Some of things that my daughter is saying that Morgan has been telling her is outright sickening! If anything my daughter my is going through even more behavior health issues now then she was before she met with Morgan! I cannot believe how unprofessional she was towards my daughter! And some of the things that were said! Just disgusts me! I would not trust her around your kids! Nor would i trust this place to have your kids treated for early childhood trauma!

I was in treatment at Aspen Ridge from January through August 2024, from intensive outpatient therapy called 'iop' 5 days a week to iop 3 days a week. My overall opinion of their services is ‘meh’. The one thing that I expected to be discussed and talked about during treatment was addiction. However, over more than nine months of treatment, ‘addiction’ was never a topic and was rarely discussed, which, being in recovery, seems really weird not to be a central part of the recovery process. There was a scheduled curriculum for both programs, the 5 day-a-week IOP and the 3 day-a-week program, and neither program included topics that I consider to be of utmost importance during sobriety. Another issue that AR seems to be affected by is turnover. Being in recovery, it is very important to be able to relate to and to establish a relationship with my primary therapist, and Aspen Ridge seems to be a revolving door with therapists, who also lead group therapy sessions. Whatever the reason is doesn’t matter, I found it very difficult to have to change primary therapists every other month, as the staff turnover seems to be higher than other treatment centers. Whether that’s a reflection of the working conditions at the facility or better conditions (or likely better pay) elsewhere, it still makes recovery more difficult. Another issue I had was with conflict resolution with other patients. Especially in a recovery situation, there are always going to be conflicts between patients, and an effective plan to address those issues should be very important to the facility. My experience left much to be desired, and I feel that decisions made by staff dealing with conflict seemed rushed, poorly researched, and made to make the facility’s job that much easier. I don’t feel that patients safety was ever a top concern at Aspen Ridge, which should be a huge concern for anyone considering this treatment center. The last issue I had was with those who led classes. There was very little oversight, and staff seemed to value friendship and popularity over curriculum and things like daily testing. Drug testing was never monitored, and it was well known among patients that drug tests could be easily faked, and regularly taken advantage of. There was a rule for breathalyzers to be used daily prior to group therapy, and patients could easily ‘forget’ to take those tests, and it was never enforced by staff. It was an ongoing joke among patients that there was alcohol and drug use taking place prior to class and during breaks, since enforcement wasn’t ever taken seriously. Overall, I appreciate the tools that I obtained during my time at Aspen Ridge, although I wouldn’t recommend them for anyone who is serious about recovery and getting sober. The majority of the best tools I learned were from other patients, not from the facility itself. I guess us addicts have to stick together. For those who are not looking for sobriety and looking to game the system, this place is great for compliance with legal issues, since nobody seems to actually give a hoot about addiction and sobriety, instead concentrating on covering their own butts and looking the other way in addition to ensuring their own pockets are getting lines by insurance companies.

Absolutely blown away by this facility. Detoxing IS intimidating! I was not ready for what I was walking into, in a good way! The staff is the ABSOLUTE BEST! I felt welcomed, never judged, cared for and about! The staff was AMAZING... (in the order of appearance because I loved them all so much!) Wanda, Darian, Tess, Sadie, Paige, Shante, Frances & Kiki!! LOVE THEM! They made sure I had everything I needed to come down comfortably! The pictures of the rooms, that's what you get! A queen sized bed with a TV in your private room. Beds are comfy and the great lighting for whatever mood you're in! The entire facility is clean, really clean! The staff here really takes pride in what they do! The food, was amazing! They order in Door Dash for lunch and dinner from good places! Plus, they have things to eat in the kitchen as well as coffee, hot tea, Gold Peak teas, Gatorade, and way more! Fruits, toast, bagels! I could go on! I appreciated that they kept everything stocked. While there, they also helped me to line up what my next steps were, provided me resources on places/providers/therapists that were in network for me. I didn't expect that, but really appreciate not having to leave without a plan! Thank you lovely therapist Ali for all your hard work on that! I can't forget Dr. Welcher, she clearly knows what she's doing and how to handle this process! To barely feel any symptoms is unheard of! This is the way to go! No reason to be scared anymore! One more shout out to the staff! I wouldn't be where I am today without all of them! I've been going through it pretty bad (like most people), but they were so kind, compassionate, attentive and truly have the biggest hearts! They also were fun to be around which made the time there so much easier! Thank you so much!!! I'm gonna send a card when I'm a year clean and enjoying life! Not sure I need to say this, but I 10/10 recommend this place!

First I go through the main office, go through the series of questions on who I am, my son, my address just to be transfered to where I get a voice mail saying to leave message. Who knows when I'll get a call back and if I miss that call back I have to go through the process all over again. It never was like this before covid. I spoke to a person straight from that office. If it wasn't for my sons doctor I would have found someone new. Oh and don't even get me started with billing. She has no clue what I'm talking about and I just wanted receipts sent to my email.

The VAs that mg husband has gone to; Austin, Loveland, Denver, and Caribou, Maine, have been great. I have been using VA for over a decade. Only thing I have had is a little difficulty with is getting my prescriptions correct. That problem has been rectified quickly by the staff. In the last few years I have had a brain bleed requiring emergency surgery. I was in a coma for about a month. During that time, I was also diagnosed with Leukemia. VA took care of everything. When I awoke, I was worried about how these very expensive medical procedures would be paid for. I understand that the medical staff is overwhelmed and I take that into consideration. Overall, my belief is that the VA healthcare system is living up to their promises.

I originally found New Hope Counseling Center out of location convenience for my commute to and from work, but have been nothing but pleased with my experience at this facility. Alex that works the front desk taking payments and sign in's etc. is always very polite and courteous, and Toni and Christina, the mother/daughter that run the center & classes have been nothing but pleasant and helpful through all of my counseling sessions. I would recommend this treatment center to anyone in the northern Colorado area.
