Turnbridge an incredibly positive experience for our entire family from the first phone call through the last phase. Their long term, holistic approach to recovery has been working well for us. I was a little nervous about going to a psych hospital that was an hour and a half from where I lived, but I have nothing to say but good things about this facility. The shrink wasn't the best, but the nurses and support staff were amazing. I spent a little over 2 weeks there, and it really helped. Not my preferred psych facility, but they really helped. So, if yr having trouble dealing with mental health, and in need of help, this place won't do you wrong. And the food was very good. Once they realized I was a vegetarian, I got great food. This place helps you put things into perspective. After my stay, I know I won't need to go anywhere else. They made me understand that I'm ok. And that's a feeling I haven't had in a while.

My only thing is like to change is update the hours online and the answering service, they take. A little bit to get back to you bc the calls are forwarded first. The IOP was very helpful for me. A majority of the staff were very supportive and helpful. There is one woman there “beau” I think is how you spell her name. Always giving me dirty looks, I would wave at her and no response. It made me very uncomfortable in a therapeutic setting.

IOL has been there for me when I was at rock bottom. My first time there in December 2023 was ok, the staff was kind except for one tech from the adult unit... When I went back last December, I ended up staying for Christmas, and the staff did their best to make us happy with gifts, games, etc. I stayed for almost a month and started becoming myself again with help from my favourite tech and my favorite nurses. This was the first place that actually treated me like a human being while being in a psych facility. Most of the staff were still there from the first time and they had a better understanding with what was going on. I was so happy they remembered what had helped me last time.

Intake appointment was smooth. I was seen by very compassionate APRN Heather and had visit with behavioral specialist. My first therapy session is scheduled for October. I have high hopes.

Nicole is incredible as a therapist!! She's empathetic, kind and genuinely listens and cares about how I've been and how I can feel better. She gets back to my messages on voicemail if I ask her to or just allows me to vent on her voicemail if needed. I truly look forward to seeing her each visit. A huge stress reliever and a safe space in her office.

My mom has been seeing Dr Foreman for at least 10 years and she drives 30 minutes for him even though she's nervous driving. She's always said how nice all of the receptionists are. I left a message yesterday to get an initial appointment but haven't heard back. I'll be calling again tomorrow because I absolutely hate where I am currently. And my mom's the most critical person ever and for her to like this place for over 10 years and STILL have great things to say says A LOT!

Hey,
I had a run-in with the police, and I have a problem with authority. So obviously this went bad and the police escalated it to the point where they arrested me. Instead of going to jail care and help me decrease my aggression. Working with the therapist at BHcare I’ve been able to become a happier person and happier and doing the things that I do. I look forward to working with the therapist to improve myself so that I can become more Productive.

I like the facility and staff for the most part. Didn't like the amount of smoke breaks or at least how far apart they were. If you can check yourself out of the place I don't see why you're not trusted to smoke in their enclosed area. But the food was good. The chef there, John, made sure you had multiple options available
