This place saved my life. The entire staff is incredible and I quickly built relationships with everyone. And I could go on and on about my counselor Lindsey. She’s incredible, literally the only person in my life I look forward to talking to twice a week. She’s hands down my absolute favorite person ever. She goes out of here way and makes my recovery a priority. I’ve never had a support system like this and it’s the best feeling.

Redpoint does great work. We are lucky to have them in Fort Collins. The people that work here are invested in the participants success. Including Andy who runs a robust Alumni program with strong emphasis on community and connection.

I recently completed IOP & OP here and that decision was a decision that saved my life. The staff is so genuine & kind. I am grateful everyday for each one of them. They always had my best interests at heart and were so easy to talk to. I couldn't image going through this journey anywhere else. I can't say enough good things about this organization & more specifically about the Fort Collins staff. From the admissions experience with Patrick, to the daily interactions with the therapists (Charlie, Melissa, Gavin, Ella, Kat), to the nightly conversations during breaks with Brittani, I always felt comfortable, welcomed & cared about. I will never forget what they have all done for me!!!

I graduated from redpoint center earlier this year and I can tell you, these people can completely change your life if you're willing to invest your time! I was given an open spot here after going from an ER to a rehab facility so that I could still be home, but get the intensive therapy I needed. I was very nervous and honestly didn't think it was going to work. By the end of my six month journey with this team, a group of other patients that I now consider family, and my one on one therapist (yes, you Charlie), I was a completely different person. My life is now 10 times better than it was when I thought that I was having a "fun" life drinking every night. Now I have a balanced life with work, I've started my own business from a hobby of mine, and spend a lot more time with my wife and child. I'm sincerely a happy person (which I never thought was possible before). So thanks again team! Love you all!

My therapist Kate is a great support system! Through changes within my life she helps me stay calm and think through how I am feeling and action I want to take with certain big decisions in school and in day to day activities. She’s shown to understand my sensitivity and love for arts and crafts, along with thoughtful conversations. Kate is helping me through a very transitional and challenging time in my life, even though I only see her once a month for about an hour she’s shown to be very helpful to me long term. I highly recommend women’s health center if you are looking for a friendly, flexible, and affordable therapist. Thank you!

This is a great group! They have excellent therapists and I like how they talk to you first to match you to someone that is a good fit.

To say, that behavioral innovations, has been a godsend, would be an understatement. We were not sure how our son’s life would look like, after getting his autism diagnosis. He was almost 3 years old when he was diagnosed and it sends any parents head about the future and day to day, into a whirlwind of uncertainty. Behavioral innovations accepted him right away and just within the first few weeks, we had already seen tremendous growth. He is now 5 and graduated from ABA and just started kindergarten. He is able to be in a typical kindergarten class and I know he will just thrive from here because of everything that behavioral innovations has done for him. The love, care and patience they had for him every day, made it so reassuring as a parent. I am so grateful that my son had this available to him and that he got this opportunity to be able to go into the world with the knowledge and tools he has. I will ALWAYS advocate for ABA and early interventions for children diagnosed with autism. Behavioral innovations is the place to go to give your child the opportunities they deserve and I can’t thank them enough.

This place has been wonderful so far with my grandson. He is happy with his therapists and we have seen many positive improvements since beginning therapy.

My little man has only been there 1 month and has Exceled so much .Talking ,saying more words , his social skills have are above way above average he's loving everyone that goes there everyone that works there it's encouraging to have a stuff work so close and so hard with my little man I have a hard time with trust and letting go because we've been together since birth and it's just been him and I and I must say that they have open doors for my little man and I am so grateful that I found this place that was highly recommended to me and many ways thank you to the staff from the bottom of my heart

Caring staff. It may take awhile to find the right therapist, but I believe in this facility.

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews, because I love this place. I have been seeing my current therapist here for a couple years now and have seriously experienced a complete turn around in my life in every single area. I cannot recommend this place enough. I can't say enough good things about this organization and the people that work here. Coming up on 2 months of sobriety, I can honestly say I would not be here without the amazing staff and therapists at NorthStar. I want to give a huge shout out to Sean who worked with me in helping me identify my triggers and to create a plan for my future. I could write a review a mile long if I started naming all the great staff at the lodge, but I'll keep it to this: from the AM staff to the PM staff, every single person there is invested in supporting you on your journey, and they truly 'get it.' From laughter to serious moments, they facilitated the perfect healing environment for me. KW was also very influential in my healing.

Excellent experience there. Kind and attentive staff, great doctors, and groups. If you are having difficulty with your mental health, this is the very best place to come too. I have been here 3 times.

Back in June of this year I was sent into the Kid/teen unit. It was my first time in a Mental hospital and I must say it was lovely. I met many amazing human beings and it was such a unique experience knowing that everyone else around me was down at rock bottom with me, but we were all still alive and helping ourselves. I heard so many tragic stories, yet these strong and beautiful people were still alive and kicking, even though all of our mental’s were bad. The staff was awesome too. I hope that everyone I met is doing better and I absolutely recommend this facility to those who are experiencing mental health issues.

I thought it was go service they were helpful from my overdose back in 2024 and in 2025 when I need help they were helpful and gave the medication for me inpatient and outpatient clinic I live in loveland I have a hard time getting to the place instead of Corbett Dr that is the downside of the of Mountain crest

The staff is friendly and very patient with the veterans. My calls have always been returned, they have actually been very good with me, especially the therapists who have been very good and want to help people.

Great experience at the podiatrist. Fairly quick appointment access. Once at the appointment, doctor and staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. Listened carefully and provided detailed information about my issue, then provided necessary care and inserts to ensure my foot healed properly and quickly.

We had nothing but positive experiences working with Fire Mountain during the 6 months our child was there. Every staff member was kind, compassionate, professional, and very good at their job. We were onsite for therapy, visits and education programs weekly and always felt sure the kids were safe and well cared for. We got to know other families in the program and kids that completed it made huge progress and the families felt so much hope moving forward. The kids go in hating it and end up not really wanting to leave when it's time to graduate, it becomes a family and a tribe of support. In response to the comment about the cost, that could not be further from our experience. Yes, treatment is expensive! But Fire Mountain is clearly not in this to make money, are doing this work to help families and kids. They serve amazing food, take the kids on awesome adventures, keep staff levels up even when there aren't many kids onsite, and provide aftercare for free if needed.

Fire Mt saved my daughters life. She was 15 when she went in, and had had 2 suicide attempts before Fire Mt.. My daughter was diagnosed with severe ptsd. from some things that tragically happened to her as a baby and beyond my control. The therapists at Fire Mt explained to her what her ptsd was, and helped her while she was going through it. The food was super healthy and my daughter learned so much. Although she did run after 4.5 months, (which I was upset about because Fire Mt is a once in a lifetime opportunity for any kid), she is doing so much better because of Fire Mt. She still eats well, because she learned that eating well made her feel better there, and she tells people how much Fire Mt really helped her. She complained to me on the phone while she was there but when she reflects upon her time at Fire Mt now she says it was the best thing I ever did for her. I am forever grateful to Fire Mt for their expertise in handling her and for all the staff. There were a few issues I was not thrilled about ; I was very upset that Fire Mt would not take my daughter back after she ran, but the good far outweighs any bad and the time my daughter spent there was life changing. I am forever grateful that Fire Mt. exists. My daughter left last July of 2020 and it is a year later that I am giving a review because I could not find the words. These people go above and beyond. My daughter is now a straight A student. I dont think she would have survived without the intervention of Fire mt. Huge thanks!

Felt so nice coming to such a beautiful home. From the start, you feel the difference from other treatment centers. The staff truly cares about you and are not afraid to use new approaches to treatment. They made this period of my life as not one I will regret but instead as a period of growth. I'm so thankful to the Rose House and I hope you keep changing other women's lives.

It's hard to describe the level of care and support that Rose House provides. No family ever wants to be in this situation, but Rose House provides a level of knowledge, confidence and assurance that we couldn't find anywhere else. The fact that it is female specific makes its mission that more effective in not only dealing with addiction but the underlying roots of abuse and trauma. We were desperate and they gave us our daughter back. This place is not an adult daycare or resort. They require not only the patients to do the hard work, but the families as well. If you care about your family member you have to put in the work as well, because these folks have a tough road ahead of them and no one goes it alone in life. For these people that need this level of care Rose House is superlative in giving patients and families the tools they need to turn their lives around.

I had a life changing experience during my stay at the Rose House. The staff are kind and firm at the same time. The dynamics between the clients is also a very therapeutic part of it all. The way we cared and called each other out was very crucial to the whole experience. I would highly recommend this treatment center to anyone who is serious about a clean and sober lifestyle.

Paul the counselor he's a awesome guy. He'll help you get through the hard times and he's there. If you need someone to talk to just a straightforward guy. I couldn't.Have got through my classes without them. U the best Paul.

I was skeptical when I was getting signed up for the counseling but after I got a few classes in I knew it was going to be beneficial for me and my health. My counselor was Paul Padilla a very funny and kind guy who helped me lay the groundwork for my sobriety and giving me guidance when days were getting rough. All around glad I am done with treatment and excited for my continued recovery!

When I walked through the front door, feeling like the lowest of the low, I was welcomed with compassion and open arms. I was scared of the unknown and was expecting the worst. That day Anne welcomed me into her family and assured me there was nothing to be scared of and that she was there to help. She said, "You are worthy. You are someone. You are the only version of "you" to ever exist in the universe. You are great. You are powerful. You are special!" I was ALL in after that. I paid attention, I learned, I grew and I really started feeling good about myself again. ANP offered me the opportunity to get better and walked beside me every step of the way. For that I am eternally grateful. Anne I will NEVER forget you and what you did to change me and my life!! Stay Golden Everyone.

Ann was great , I had a hard time with groups but Ann never gave up and really was thoughtful in here approach to teaching.?

When I first came to this class I was terrified. I sat in the back watching from a distance. I didn’t want to participate, afraid I would be treated poorly. With this said, Anne held my hand and lifted me up. She is an Angel sent from heaven! I truly believe God placed me with her. If anyone is blessed enough to have Anne as a counselor, she is extremely educated and full of great knowledge. Thank YOU Anne for saving my life!! Thank you for teaching me - not just counseling - teaching! You are a wonderful soul and I am forever grateful.
