There is movie night l, bingo, basketball, arts and crafts karaoke. We can wear our own clothes and are allowed mp3 players. The rooms are like hotels with your own t.v. I can't leave out the wonderful tech's, simply beautiful people work there. I've been twice and have been clean now since September 2026. Let me also mention and advise the IOP after detox. I had a wonderful experience considering the circumstances. The entire staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly but especially undertaking. I particularly thought very highly of Jennifer but the rest of the staff were exceptional also. The food was the best I've ever had. Unfortunately, I have been to several detox places over the last 10 years. Without a doubt, Summer House is head and shoulders above the rest. Every single staff member from Mike, Burt, Jen, Ronnie, Gunnar and Tiffany, to the therapists, nurses and support staff, treat you like family and genuinely care and consistently go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Transitions Recovery Program in Miami didn’t just help me get sober it gave me a life beyond my wildest dreams. I walked in lost, broken, and unsure if real change was even possible. What I found was a deeply compassionate and structured environment that not only supported my recovery, but challenged me to grow in ways I never thought I could. The staff is incredible many of them are in recovery themselves, so they get it. They met me where I was without judgment, but also didn’t let me stay stuck in old patterns. The clinical team, the group sessions, the one-on-one therapy, and even the everyday accountability they all played a part in reshaping how I saw myself and the world around me. What really sets Transitions apart is that they don’t just focus on staying sober they teach you how to build a meaningful, fulfilling life in recovery. They helped me reconnect with who I really am, helped me process trauma, build healthier relationships, and most importantly, believe in myself again. Transitions literally saved my life. It’s like no other rehab I’ve ever been at before, I’ve been to over 20 different rehabs and this one will definitely be my last lol. The staff here treat you like family and really care about you here. The outings were always so much fun, the groups were great, and I love how it’s a reality based program. 10/10 if you are thinking about coming here do it. Truth be told, this is the very best services for detox and treatment that I've ever had the pleasure of getting myself together. The staff is wonderful, excellent! From the nurses to the tech's to the kitchen. Even very nice ladies come and clean the rooms. Shout out to Tony who is a straight shooter and will hold us accountable for the part we played in our addiction and our recovery. Mental health is also treated, they help dual diagnosis clients with mental health, addiction or both. The other shout outs go to Martha who was my counselor. She helped me so very much and she, like the rest truly care about helping you to be your best version of yourself. I learned a lot. And mS. Masha is also a straight shooter, I enjoyed her groups, Brad's group. Adam couldn't be more compassionate and understanding when I called sobbing and crying for help. They came right away and brought me to treatment. The nurse's there are 5 stars. The good and snacks vlare delicious and like a restaurant! There is movie night l, bingo, basketball, arts and crafts karaoke. We can wear our own clothes and are allowed mp3 players. The rooms are like hotels with your own t.v. I can't leave out the wonderful tech's, simply beautiful people work there. I've been twice and have been clean now since September 2026. Let me also mention and advise the IOP after detox. This is the next step, I've heard nothing but good things about it. I owe Evolutions my life, literally. Thank you Evolutions for all the very best help you provided me!!!!!!! Agape is Family. I flew home after my treatment and the first day back in my state, I contacted the business coordinator telling them I needed to come back bxc I wasnt ready. So they arranged for that to happen within 3 days and I've never been more grateful. They also do monthly events for the graduates that is always catered and with games. Great place for treatment. Techs, nurses and Lewis were great. Facility was clean, comfortable beds and no room mates. Food was decent, just need more activities or outings. Overall great place with a compassionate and helpful staff.

This is the first time I have ever been involved in my treatment to this extent. I have finally started to pay attentjon in the groups because they are engaging and I can relate to them. I came to evolutions a broken human and now I can finally wake up and be proud of myself. Evolutions has helped me to actually apply myself and work towards a recovery first lifestyle. Evolutions is a program that is willing to work with you and will support you the entire way through. Evolutions has helped me stay sober. During my detox, my therapist Brad helped me identify my relapse triggers and helped me overcome them. Evolutions has been an overall amazing experience. The intake coordinator Jahzmen does so much to support my recovery and my therapist Peter has been the first therapist I have ever made progress with. Trent has helped me get to appointments and help me overcome barriers that I would not have been able to overcome without his help. The morning inspirational group with David is always amazing and a great way to start the morning. Coming from a musical family, Tony's musical therapy has been superb and has helped me so much as the biggest thing in my life is music. I've got to include Theresa my nurse who has supported me every step of the way.

The staff were great and caring food was good especially compared to other facilities I've been too. The rooms were comfortable at most times depending on the roommate. The bath facilities could be a bit better but again definitely seen worse. Nobody likes going to treatment, but they made the uncomfortable more comfortable.

Serenity Oaks changed my life. I went in a terrified shell of a person. I left born again, a new man entirely. The team of therapist is amazing. Jeff and Fumni especially, they saved my life. That place made me realize so much about myself I never thought was possible. Today I am clean and sober living a live beyond my wildest dreams. I owe the credit to the things I learned at Serenity Oaks. They give you all the tools you need to succeed in the real world. My daughter has been in Sylvia brafman 2 times. The staff r so amazing. I am always able to reach someone if I need to. They return calls . They truly care. The director deana is so amazing. Both times my daughter has been there deana has gone out of her way to help. That totally blows my mind. The director with all she has to do is still always available if I need her. Her counselor emily has also been awesome. She also calls me every Thursday to update me . I would totally recommend this facility to anyone.

I came to this place broken and lost but this place helped me to understand just how Jesus took my broken pieces and reforged them into a new creation in Him. They do NOT push any faith nor religion on you but help you see that with A.A./N.A and God we can recover from this affliction. They taught me that my disease wanted me alone and in despair but when I came together with another or more and spoke outloud what i felt they no longer held weight within. You want to recover with people who care whether yur religious or not i mean sumtimes yur doorknob has to be yur higher power for that day to get up turn that knob walk out the door and say "I'm ready for help". This recovery center is truly a blessing.. it has helped me with my walk with God. I have been to other treatment centers in the past, and have not gotten what I've gotten from JC's. The staff members truly care about what you're going through. Donna the case manager will go above and beyond to help you. Amber, Maxine, Brooklyn, Ms B, will sit and listen to make sure you feel safe and comfortable in your situation I am beyond grateful to each and every one of them for the time they spent helping me through.
