I’ve been battling alcoholism for most of my life, going in and out of treatment programs, always hoping something would finally stick. Finding BOAT and working with my therapist, David was the turning point I didn’t see coming but desperately needed. David is the real deal.. Sharp, honest, humorous, and passionate about his work.. From day one, he treated me like a human being, not a label. He doesn’t sugarcoat things (he tells you this from the start). Great experience and wonderful staff. From the moment arriving on the property you can feel the positive energy and once walking in the office it's a welcoming space for recovery. The facility id beautiful and clean.

I spent 6 months here voluntarily, and had some of the best experiences and learned a lot of tools. Started going to the church next door just to get out of the place, to have something to do but then went back to the church years later. Back then you could still smoke and we would go to the beach on weekends and meetings daily. I still have a lot of photos that I might edit and share block out the other girls' faces. Staff was always kind and amazing and learned how to crochet and my favorite part was there was no bars in the windows. I didn't feel like I was in jail. I'm hoping they can help someone close to me right now but it's up to that person. It's non-profit so it's important to remember where you come from!!

This place is a joke. More of a jail than a rehab.

Our family has been working with Keshonda Pruitt as we find housing for my nephew. She has gone above and beyond to help us at every turn. She is dedicated, very capable and responsive to our many questions and concerns. We have had a wonderful experience. She exceeds our expectations and is a blessing.

KESHONDA PRUITT was wonderful in helping my uncle get emergency housing as well as assisted him with other resources. She was great in communicating with him and us, his family, and did what she promised to do. Her line of work is hard and many are burnt out but she demonstrated commitment to her clients and great work ethic!

I’ve had a really positive experience with the Decision Points group. The program is well-structured, meaningful, and focused on real-life situations, which has helped me learn a lot and feel more confident in the choices I make. The environment is always supportive and respectful, and everyone is encouraged to share at their own pace. Alexia and Morgan are outstanding facilitators. They’re patient, understanding, and genuinely care about everyone in the group. They make the sessions feel safe and welcoming, explain things clearly, and encourage open, honest conversations without any judgment. Because of their guidance, I’ve gained new insight, personal growth, and a stronger sense of direction. Anyone looking to improve their decision making and build healthier habits this is the group to be in. I’m grateful for the experience and everything I’ve learned here. RDA!

I love coming to thrive, they have such a great energy everytime I see them. All of the staff that is. From The ladies up front, to the people all around. I Couldn't be more grateful for all of them. I couldnt imagine what they have to go through on a daily basis honestly. Especially dealing with someone like me 😆... This is by far the absolute best clinic I've ever been to and the staff here are on point and always very pleasant and friendly and just make sure you are taken care of and I leave the clinic with a smile on my face every single morning. I'll definitely be missing these people since I moved out of the area.

I had an overall excellent experience at Aspire. The mental health counciling was great and the IOP that I was part of really taught me a lot!

Edit 11/19/25: While my last procedure was the worst of them (full hysterectomy post op care wise) & that is what this previous review (below) review was originally about…. I’d like to redeem them as I went back for breast cancer reconstructive surgery 11/18 & the lead RN came in to assure me that they have made changes in post-op care. They did, I wasn’t rushed to wake up shaking uncontrollably, chattering jaw, or vomiting & they gave me an oxygen mask right away. I know alot of people get sick coming out, but they finally realized I was a lot more than just that & they didn’t brush it off this time. It was a much smoother recovery room & sent home aware of what was happening & without a puke bag. June 2025: I want to start off with I’ve had multiple surgeries and treatments at Jupiter for miscarriages, I birthed my kids, and went through breast cancer all with amazing care!… I recently had a full hysterectomy in their new building outpatient and had THE ABSOLUTE WORST POST OP CARE EVER! I am known to have trouble coming out of anesthesia: they couldn’t boot me out fast enough. My husband said it was awful, my body shaking, trembling uncontrollably, my jaw wouldn’t stop chattering, I was being forced to wake up with a smell stick, while being put on oxygen because I wasn’t breathing and dry heaving- let’s not forget the extreme pain I was in from just coming out of a major procedure. With all of this just 2 hours after my surgery they couldn’t shove me in wheelchair fast enough with a puke bag and yelling at me to keep my eyes open. When I spoke to my surgeon about this, she was LIVID. It takes a 2 second phone call or text from a nurse to update on a patients condition. NO ONE told my Dr they kicked me out in that shape just 2 hours after a procedure. I was hit with it at all and had the worst few days following that.

The care here is really good.
