Went here end of 2019 to the beginning of 2020 & I've been sober since & definitely grateful for that. I always recommend this place to others struggling with addiction. Because this place really gives you a safe environment to get clean & make the changes on yourself & away from people & things to build that life without using anymore. They were able to make something easier, that most places make harder. After 20 years of doping, I spent 6 months here. It saved my life! I'm not saying it's for everyone. If you're sensitive, you won't make it anywhere.

This place feels like a high school gymnasium from a low-budget 70s horror film. While attempting to visit a suffering family member, I first experienced complete confusion in even successfully entering the building. When I finally figured out how to be buzzed in, I quickly wished I had not. The place is dimly lit and creepy. The staff (or lack thereof) was rude. It is places like these that really punctuate what is wrong with America's overall behavioral health picture. It felt like a bottom-of-the-barrel holding tank for forgotten members of our society.

My fiance saw Dr. Allen for outpatient and he's absolutely wonderful! The staff in the front office are great too! It's the nurses that suck. They have absolutely no bedside manner. They speak to you like you're an inconvenience, get snippy and rude on a dime even when not provoked. They are just rude as hell and not fit to be in this field and dealing with people with fragile mental health. 0/5 for the outpatient nurses, but 5/5 for the doctor himself.

The place is great. My daughter is there. Only complaint i have is there policy. Me and my wife drove 1 1/2 hour. And only one can visit. Then was told my service dog could NOT come inside.

I went to the Lake City emergency department with acute pain in lower back. from triage and treatment the staff was wonderful, personal and caring. even security opened the door for us. The doctor and nurse treated me and was released quickly. The nurse, Paige, was very observant watching me while I attempted to stand and walk. She stopped by the room and talked with us on different subject. This is my first visit to a VA emergency room and they made us very comfortable. Eventhough you don't want to visit the emergency room, I hope future visits will be this pleasant.

Our loved one has now moved on to a sober-living home in another state for career-related reasons. While we wish he had chosen to stay longer and then continue with TARC’s sober-living program, which we understand is also very strong, we remain deeply grateful for the foundation TARC helped him build.

Amazing place......if you have a loved one struggling with addiction, call them today! My son attended 4 months and is now at their sober living house. The staff is like family to him! They truly care about their patients and the families. It is a wonderful place.

At Recovery Village in Umatilla, Florida all my needs were met by the staff and my peers. I didn’t have expectations when I arrived here, so leaving with a solid treatment plan, all of my appointments made by Chris my case manager, and I completed all my assignments from my therapist. I have the shout out for my therapist, Barb, Kelly, who works in the kitchen, some BHT’s named Shannon, Candy, Sherrie, Roz, Dorian, Ron, Mary, and I’m sure there’s many more but I’m being rushed to finish the survey Lol. I have been a client for over 7 years in St Augustine. I would like to thank the staff, they do the best job they can considering the amount of turnovers with Directors, and always being understaffed. Kathy, has hung in there and has always had my back. It's unfortunate that the Corporate office, does not appreciate the fact, that the few employees they have working for them are hard working, dedicated, and give 110% to make sure clients are treated with the utmost care.
