My dad was brought here for continued care, and I can confidently say this is the best LTACH we’ve experienced. Most of the employees here are incredibly compassionate, attentive, and genuinely caring. The staff overall are truly GREAT!
Starting with the 3rd floor Nursing Manager, Joshua — an exceptional leader. He is understanding, a great listener, and was consistently supportive. He made a difficult time so much more bearable for our entire family. We are truly grateful for his presence and professionalism.
A big thanks also goes to the night-shift Nurse Supervisor, Chris, who was equally outstanding and always on top of things.
The nursing team deserves major recognition as well. Sylvia is top tier, and Andrea, Brigitte, Fidaa, Bosky, Jennifer, Dorian, Ritchie, Rincy, and Agaa were all excellent and deeply caring throughout.
Respiratory Tech Joby stood out for his professionalism and kindness, along with team members like Vikram, Mercy, Billy, Benzie, and Anna. Unfortunately, I have to give 4 stars instead of 5 due to one very poor experience with a tech named Sheena, which did affect our overall impression of the respiratory department.
I also want to commend the wonderful security team at the main entrance — Fedle, Bob, and Jerry were always warm and helpful. Special shoutout to Jasimine for her positive attitude.
There are many more staff members whose names I can’t recall, but they all contributed to a truly positive experience. If you’re considering this facility for a loved one, I wholeheartedly recommend it. You can bring your family member here with peace of mind knowing they’ll be well cared for.

I grew up in maryville was living there since the age of im guessing 9 in the 90s I’m 36 now I had to move out because they were closing down because so many bad things were happening I was like 15 16 yrs old when I had to move away I was so sad that was the only family I knew at that time before all the violence happened and they had to close it down too reopened it.😩 I was always grateful for the activities, Mystic waters, six flags and the best days and memories I have were on Christmas when they showered all the kids with garbage bags Full of gifts. My most memorable memories were camping. They used to take us to Wisconsin Eagle River or Crystal Lake oh, how I miss those days Stock pantry with food, supportive staff and plenty of fun activities, sports schools on campus basketball teams, and recreational things to do like swimming on campus 🙏 I wish I could remember all the staff I used to stay in the Reeding home And another two homes I can’t remember the names right on the same campus Father Smith was very memorable also I can go on all day 🥲🙏

Came in on court order for dui counselling. Walked out with a better knowledge of addiction to alcohol and drugs in my particular case. The bonus I got was that I learned more about myself that has improved my relationships with work, friends, and family. The center helped with getting my license and my life back. I'm still drug and alcohol free. Plus they worked within my finances to get the job done. I can't say enough good things about my experience there. I'm grateful to all involved.

My psychiatrist recommended Suncloud because I was going through a really tough time in my life. I was hesitant because I was at another treatment facility and didn't have a great experience. I was pleasantly surprised when I came to Suncloud because the staff were all so kind and genuinely cared about helping you. Their process groups can be tough but are so helpful in working through your trauma. It's been a year now since I started treatment and I can confidently say that I learned the skills and created an amazing support group that have helped me be in such a better place. Even after you're out of treatment, they have an awesome alumni group with plenty of opportunities to connect with others that have gone through similar things. I highly recommend Suncloud.

My main take away from treatment at Banyan is that a lot of the staff can relate and helped with sharing their recovery. My Case Manager Maggie helped with my aftercare plan and transition into sober living. I have grown in every area of my life thanks to Banyan.

A true master class of what MAT program should be, from the amazing Stephanie who you can find dutifully behind the front desk, doing so much for the clients that without her hard work dealing with insurance companies, insuring transportation etc Many people myself included would not have been able to utilize this fantastic place of healing. Furthermore the Director Margo Brooks can not be given enough credit for the way she ensures a place that is conducive to the healing taking place and the humanizing of folks that more often then not have been let down by less Impressive institutions such. I owe my life and sanity to these great people. And that is to say nothing of the 5 star nursing staff. God bless these fine upstanding people and the hard and often thankless job they do. So this comes from the bottom of my heart and I'm sure I speak for many others when finally giving you the just thanks you so rightfully deserve now.
If ever I needed to recommend anyone to get treatment I always have an extra CAP business card in my wallet, they are that good and so much better at what they do from others in their field. That is a firsthand truth.

This hands down is the best clinic in Chgo. I have been to several different clinics through the years and this clinic seems to be the one that is working for me. I have been able to maintain my sobriety here. Counselors are great hours are convenient Nurses are super cool and I've never really had a long wait to get medicated. Love it here

I've been there 5 times because I didn't fully listen to them the first 4 times. I've been sober 8 years now. I am forever grateful to the staff and big book people who came in to help the ignorant, selfish, low bottom, sick individuals like I myself once was. The physician who saw me today for a routine check up went above and beyond. Dr. Doss was unhappy to hear that a previous prescription I had was unaffordable for me, so she took extra time to find an alternative but equally effective prescription option. She also was very attentive in asking about my family history and took extra care after learning that I was adopted to make sure she had an understanding that I was aware of paying attention to any possible inherent conditions and gave me not negative responses, but positive encouragement to stay on top of my health. Social distancing was in full swing at the Deerfield office, and the desk attendants were very diligent in directing patients as such.
