I can't stand the negative reviews. YES I WAS THERE. Six months ago, I almost didn't stay but I did. Such incredible staff and an incredible program. Met some of the greatest people to ever want to change their life around. Residential was amazing. PHP also an incredible program attended both with full support from all staff and peers. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RECOVERY WORKS TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO BETTER THEMSELVES.

I can't leave 5 stars, but I can leave 4. This facility does have issues, but I did receive a call from the compliance manager, and she resolved my concerns and issues. So good work recovery works and keep up the good work.

Let me just say I was a patient at Medmark for years and above everything no matter what because they open at 4:45 AM says it all. They generally want to meet everyday people’s needs to live a normal life.In and out the door before 5am to do what you need to do w your life. Try and find another clinic that does that for you. You won’t. Working men and women this your clinic. Just no weed. Sorry.

I do not typically do these reviews however I felt very strongly I needed to. I have been in the program for over 7 years. The program honestly saved my life after trying several other things. My addiction became like most had back problems and my doctors were very free to prescribe the opioids and benzodiazepines. Xanax was actually the worst for me hospitalized for over 10 days due to all the seizures. Anyways the nurses Yolanda Jackie Val are sweethearts and have never judged me once. Yolanda is the one person who always tells me she is proud of me I don’t even hear that from family. Kim who runs front desk is also great. In my experience I have had around 6 counselors and sorry to say this is the downfall here. I don’t know if they are overworked micromanaged or just don’t care but I have had to go elsewhere for my counseling. I have promise for my new counselor April who is new to this location. Since starting she has been on top on my case not letting anything slide. She gets accomplished what the 5 others took months to do and I appreciate that. Non judgmental follow-up and just caring she accomplishes where most can’t and this is what keeps me clean and alive and I thank her for that more than I can say. Doctor is a different story for a different day I will just say to the women ask that a third person be in the room. That’s all!

I came to this place because I really needed and wanted a change. I have been hurt in so many ways in life and I was spiraling out of control in my own addiction and distraction from my trauma. I thought I was fine. That I could just numb my pain and I thought I was fun. But I found myself more depressed, more upset and never really resolving or addressing any of issues or trauma. I was using alcohol as therapy, an escape to try to forget my trauma and pain. But ever since coming here to this wonderful place, I have finally been given my freedom back, my joy, my peace, my sleep, in fact it’s been so long since I’ve slept well at night I forgot what it was like. And on another note: I have my hobbies back! My confidence and I am so happy and thankful to the amazing staff here and I have been amazed by my treatment. I feel empowered, encouraged and allowed to be me and open about myself. I no longer have the tremendous amounts of shame or disappointment in myself. I have pride in myself and will continue on my journey to be healthy, happy and substance free. This place has given me my life back and I have and will encourage others that I know or meet that need help to this place. I’m lucky that I wanted help, now I feel even luckier that I found a place I can absolutely with 100% confidence tell people if you’re ready, they’re ready for you too. Key word ready. I encourage anyone that is ready for help to go here. You will get the help you need and you will see the light again. It may take you however long, but this place I cannot speak more highly of. I will be forever grateful for the staff here for helping me get my freedom and myself back. 10/10

This methadone clinic is likely the best of the bunch. They still drop the ball at times though. When it results in missing a dose I see red. But, like I said, this one is likely the best of the 3 in town. Staff is genuine and dedicated.

I loved the place and its staff. The location is good. Great view of the mountains. A good size backyard to have fun in during the summer. A basketball hoop to enjoy throwing the ball in on some days. The food is very good. And have a potlach with other treatment facilities which I think is good to commune with others in the same situation as I. Was able to get lots of help for my addiction. I graduated from here a few years back then not listening to referrals for outpatient I started using again after working. With more of a committed ability I have now I am motivated for another try to figure this out and I feel safe going aback to Chanlyut. I was treated with outmost respect and dignity. Got good knowledgeable skills and had fun that I thought I wasn't going to have again. The sauna is very helpful during spiritual time. I absolutely enjoyed it. Our meetings were always appropriate and respectable to us as individuals in addiction. I felt it was. The outings were always fun to enhance out natural chemistry of dopamine. I did feel a urgently feeling of wanting to live on its terms again. I laugh at that because of my back to addiction life but now it's not a joke because of life is precious. I hope I feel this message will reach out to many. And hope that many are finding hope from this disease of addiction.

Salvation Army is awesome it's a good organization and truly do help people and unfortunately their prices are going crazy because they shouldn't be that high. If you can buy something brand new pets cheaper than getting something at a second hand store it's just wrong.

When I showed up at Chris Kyle, I was scared. I didn't want the help; I just wanted to be left alone. Once I started to accept my situation (which took a few weeks), being there, surrounded by so many different people with different stories but similar situations, I started to feel like I wasn't alone. After the first month, I knew I wasn't alone. I went in feeling hopeless, and now I'm probably the best I've ever been. The entire program was amazing, the staff is phenomenal, I've made lifelong friends, and the all-around support while there truly has changed my life. Thank you to everyone involved in my care.

I cannot say enough good things about this place it’s a lifesaver for veterans, active duty and their spouses struggling with substance abuse and mental health. The staff here is so friendly and helpful. The food is amazing and the chef is very friendly lady as well. If they are not able to get you the help you need which is unlikely then they will be able to find other treatment centers that can help you.

I've been going here for a while now (almost 3 years) and while it has 100% helped me on my journey to recovery, I have been trying to get then to lower my dose a little at a time so I can e mentally get off od ir. Anyways, besides that it is an adequate methadone clinic like any other. It us a bit cleaner than some others I've seen which is a plus and it usually doesn't have a long line to wait in to dose. All in all I give it a 4 out of 5 stars.
