I had to take alcohol classes at Urban dreams December 2024, and I can honestly say it was a very positive experience. The staff at Urban Dreams were always professionals, respectful, and supportive, which made the process much easier to go through. Our Instructor, Kristen Steele, went above and beyond in every class. She was not only knowledgeable but also approachable, making sure that everyone felt comfortable and understood the material. Kristen shared a lot of valuable information that wasn't just about completing a requirement, but about really learning how alcohol can impact our lives and how to make better choices moving forward. I also had a substance abuse evaluation with Felicia Chumley, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She is one of the kindest, most attentive people I've met in this process. Felicia made feel completely comfortable from the start, which really helped me open up and be honest about my situation. Felicia made what could have been a stressful experience into something positive and encouraging. I would definitely recommend Urban Dreams to anyone who needs this classes or simply wants to gain more understanding about alcohol and its effects.

48hr class instruction was next Level with Rachel as my instructor. Material was clear and poiniant. Natasha was amazing in her role as our security person. Highly recommend.

I was reading through these comments and I wanted to address a few things. I've been there for 3 months. I've been at another treatment centers in the past like UCS. A lot of the things the comments are true about places like UCS. Where they shame patient or we're running some sort of financial scam. Covert action is absolutely not one of those places. Everyone always very friendly to me I feel like I have a room full of friends every time I go there. My counselor is lovely she's always very sweet to me shes concerned legitimately about my needs. They're very well priced I think it's $70 for a week if you don't have insurance. Which is only $5 a day and as a user I always seem to be able to scrounge up enough money to get high I can definitely come up with 5 bucks and I did. The program is effective is the first time that I've been cleaned in nearly 15 years. This will be the first Christmas I've been sober with my family. But not only save lives there but they give you a life worth saving. And I saw some comments about Judy and I think she is an absolute darling I love her to death and she is the nicest most caring doctor I've ever met in my entire life. She always remembers my name just by my face. And she always treats me like a long lost friend. I look forward to speaking with her every month when I come to get my renewal. All in all it's a wonderful place and I thank them very much for giving my life back 😀

This place is a life saver! I was there when they first opened up and found my way back again. They truly care!!

I have been using this clinic for a long time and have had nothing but good experiences. The staff has always been great and I've received the care I needed when I needed it. I feel the VA gets bad press because of a few isolated incidents and people giving bad reviews tend to be the loudest. I know of a few other veteran friends of mine that have had great service as well from the VA.

I had my first appointment at the Knoxville clinic yesterday and it was amazing. The caring professionals went out of their way to help and guide me every step of the way. I can not express how grateful I am to know that dedicated and caring people not only exist, but thrive to help our veterans…🫡💪🙏🇺🇸

I've only been here for about a month, I was welcomed when I came. James is good at listening and he's observant. He is empathetic and knowledgeable. One thing for me is that this is the first time I've come to therapy that I was the one who chose to be here, that seems to be a difference for me.

I’ve only been seeing my therapist for a few months, but I have already had tremendous improvement. I genuinely look forward to my therapy sessions every week! They were so quick to accept me as a client and the process was simple. I couldn’t be happier with Choices!!!

My life was unmanageable and I was looking for a way out of this life. God used a few people in my life to get me here to Sheepgate so he could begin a good work in my life that He will be able to use for His kingdom. Through Sheepgate God has restored me to His grace and His mercy and has restored my marriage and relationships with my children. YSS saved my life, then gave me purpose in life. I was a very troubled kid, a burden on society, and my parents were at their wit's end. They were desperate when they turned to YSS. And while I fought it at first (couldn't stand authority), I eventually surrendered to the program/the process and my life turned 180 degrees. Today, as a person in long-term recovery, my purpose is to create hope and opportunities for others that are struggling. So very grateful to YSS, as they believed in me more than I believed in myself.

I attended cfr in person in 2022. I feel that they listened well. i really appreciated all the resources they helped with. It was a great start to where I am at in my sobriety and recovery. The different groups kept it interesting and when there was an unsafe moment they handled it extremly well. Only thing that was challanging was the frequent change of staff. but it was one great person in exchange for the next.

Since I've moved here from Colorado, I had difficulty getting on medically assisted treatment (MAT) CFR was the only agency that really made an effort in scheduling me a s a p, they seem me & assessed me right away. Got me set up with groups & individual counselling that have been beneficial to me. Thank you very much April, Dana, Jessie & Caroline for your help & patience with me because I know I've been difficult at making my appointments & other places would have discharged me by now. I'm so happy that yous are still here for me.😘💯❤️

Absolutely the best !! We have received absolutely excellent care from the doctors and nurses the mission cancer center has among the best in Iowa. They are so caring and supportive. The surgeons, just wow!! Dr VanManen and Dr Kolmorgan and Dr Riggs are so awesome! They literally saved my wife’s life. I cannot say enough good things about the whole staff!

I am deeply grateful to Dr. Garth Summers, Dr. Blaise Waller, and the entire labor and delivery team for the exceptional care I received. On August 16th, I delivered my twin boys, Ozzy and Jameson, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Dr. Summers expertise and calming confidence made it possible for me to have a natural delivery, even with my second twin arriving breech. His skill and judgment ensured a smooth and safe experience, and I could not have asked for better care.
