This is the third VA facility I've dealt with. They are the best by far. When I have to bring my young children with me, the staff are always so friendly and interactive eith them. Not every visit has gone as planned, but the hiccups were understandable and efforts were made to mitigate them.

St greg’s helped me take the time and learn the tools I needed to get down to my core of what my addiction was. I was blessed to be able to come to St Gregory Recovery Center for help with alcohol addiction. I am over one year sober now thanks to the caring and knowledgeable staff. Their approach is evidence based and scientific, but also faith based. I experienced God working in my life to help take away my urges to drink and change my thought patterns. I also learned to live the 7 virtues with a great group of peers who all supported each other! Thanks to what I learned at St. Gregory, with a clear and sober head I am able to address and “fix” other flaws and weaknesses as well. Don’t waste your time anywhere else.

Jessi Allard was my therapist/counselor at EFR. That woman helped me change my life within a year. I pushed and tried so hard because I was at rock bottom and she did not let me fail. She showed me that I was capable and worthy of so much in life. It is very rare for me to find a therapist that would listen to me. So finding Jessi and getting an actual diagnosis was the best thing that could have ever happened to me! When I needed extra help she scheduled me twice a week, and if I needed space or less time it would be once a week. She is very accommodating, very outgoing, very stylish, full of life, and a great listener! I highly highly recommend Jessi!

I have been using this clinic for a long time and have had nothing but good experiences. The staff has always been great and I've received the care I needed when I needed it. I feel the VA gets bad press because of a few isolated incidents and people giving bad reviews tend to be the loudest. I know of a few other veteran friends of mine that have had great service as well from the VA.

Staff was great! Made you really work to make the changes you wanted in your life. Got hard at times and lots of tears were shed but I am a better person because of the tools they taught me in how to overcome the hardships in my life and how to change how I looked at the world. You have to want to change and the staff fosters that environment.

Open door mission has repeatedly not returned my calls to see if there’s room for my mother who is a double amputee for weeks now. The lady over the phone says she has a single room available. I said my mom can take care of herself and can even do chores that are required. We are told to get down there today and when they see my mother they say NO rooms are available at all, then tell me they can’t take my mother at all. I explain to them that she can take care of herself and puts her prosthetic legs on and goes to her doctors appointments by herself. This is complete discrimination. Unacceptable to turn someone away for a disability. Wasting our time was a complete extra slap to the face.

They have now canceled mine and my kids appointments for the third time.
I now will not be able to get the work I needed done do to I had to have it done before my son turned 1yrs old and they kept rescheduling me.
Was also supposed to have someone call for one of my kids for a intake paperwork and still no call. My other 2 kids they canceled thier appointments now for the 3rd time along with mine.

I have seen several people go through bridges and stayed Sober! Yes it has it negativity and rules but the program it self is priceless! A Great place to look at when driving by. The reviews don't really hold a standard for the possibilities of actual recovery from telling your self that you should quit and doing so. If I were to agree with the way the building looks then it would contrast a rating of 4 stars in this case. People are good hearted all around in varieties. There in no reason to say that the hard working cops are not justifiable for their duties when trying to help treat people and their drug addictions.

On August 16th, I delivered my twin boys, Ozzy and Jameson, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Dr. Summers expertise and calming confidence made it possible for me to have a natural delivery, even with my second twin arriving breech. His skill and judgment ensured a smooth and safe experience, and I could not have asked for better care. Couldn’t be more thankful for the amazing birth experience I had. The nurses and doctors are genuinely the best. Dr. Goodejohn provided me with so much peace throughout my entire high risk pregnancy, L&D, & am extremely blessed she delivered my baby.. Dr. Summers is just as great & is very calm & reassuring. Nurses are very respectful and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, are very respectful about coming in for checks throughout the night, and privacy. Couldn’t recommend a better place all around!!!

I really appreciate how kind and courteous everyone is. It took a while to get an initial appointment to see a new psychiatrist and therapist when I first moved to the area, but there is such a nationwide shortage of mental health workers, it's totally understandable. I now have a therapist I see twice a week, a psychiatrist I see once a month, an IHH caseworker, AND a peer support counselor all in one place! Plus, they offer telehealth, making it convenient for people like me who can't drive and have limited access to transportation.

I went to St. Gregory’s beginning of July and graduated after 28 days. Unfortunately I did not follow through on what I knew I needed to do in order to stay sober (AA, SMART Recovery, Wilma’s after care program, Intensive Out Patient) and ended up relapsing. I went back a month later and was welcomed with open arms, no judgement, nobody asking “what happened.” They have amazing staff that want nothing more than to see their clients succeed and the information I’ve received there is invaluable as long as I follow through on what I need to do.

This place saved my life. All of the staff members genuinely care about their clients. The structure of their program really hit home with me. They were very caring and educated on the subject matter of addiction. They provide individual counseling and therapy as well as group sessions throughout the day. They have their own personal gym with treadmills, ellipticals, weights, basketball, volleyball, pickle ball and more. You are allowed smoke breaks as well. They have a 24 hour salad bar along with three meals per day which I really enjoyed. The residents I witnessed all did a complete 180 from the time they checked in as time went along. I give all staff and the facility an A. I Definitely recommend this place to anyone suffering from alcohol or drug addiction. I met many amazing people through this place that I now get to call my friends. Special shout out to Wilma for all that she does for Saint Gregories.😊
