Don’t really understand the low rating of this rehab. The only person willing to change has to be yourself. The only outcomes of this is rehab is SOBRIETY, DEATH OR LASTLY PRISON. They genuinely care about your being and I’m glad that God placed me in the care of these people. I wish nothing but the best for EVERYONE that comes through here but you HAVE to do it for yourself.
You have family, friends that care deeply about you and you can better yourself with the personal time you get to yourself. Look for something to believe in because you can not only make a difference in not only yourself but for your children and the people who surround you and love you.

I really appreciate how kind and courteous everyone is. It took a while to get an initial appointment to see a new psychiatrist and therapist when I first moved to the area, but there is such a nationwide shortage of mental health workers, it's totally understandable. I now have a therapist I see twice a week, a psychiatrist I see once a month, an IHH caseworker, AND a peer support counselor all in one place! Plus, they offer telehealth, making it convenient for people like me who can't drive and have limited access to transportation.

I've tried a few methadone clinics, this one is the best I've seen. They do have a few rules that seem rather stupid, but they have gov oversight, so ya have to deal with that kind of BS anywhere you go. They are definitely the nicest and the friendliest out of all the ones T have been to.
Update... the staff that you interact with i.e. the counclers and the nurses are definitely very nice and appear to be honestly intrested in the clients wellbeing, however it took a few months...like 6 or 8 months for the office staff to get my VA insurance worked out and I had to pay cash in the meantime. That was over 2 years ago and they still have not re-embersed a single Penney however I verified with the Va the were paid twice once by me and once by the Va. Should be a law against that sort of thing. I believe it is called fraudulent billing.... If they end up owning you money don't expect to see it soon...however if you owe them and can not pay the will start detoxing you, they did to me when I told them I get paid in 3 days ... they detoxed me for those 3 days. Good luck if you have no other options.

Great place. Great counclers. Clean. They have clean bathrooms. Very friendly staff. They have the new check in mobile system so it saves your spot in line. They are fair. Some of the rules are a little silky but they don't set those, Corporate does. So it's not the staffs fault at this location. They probably saved my life. The doctors is very helpful and understanding. She listens. The nurse is a godsend. And the counclers are top of the line.

After nine months my child is discharged. I was scared to send her but it's been the best decision for our difficult situation. Don't read too much into the negative reviews, the kids don't like that they have rules to follow which is why they are there and they don't like the way things are done but it's tough love. Are things as perfect as we'd like? No, we still have struggles but our kid is diagnosed and on the proper meds. If what's being taught in the house they live in (world views of those working there) don't line up with your personal values, don't be afraid to speak up. Because of our feeling so lost and desperate, we were too afraid to say anything. I finally said what I thought and I said my kid wasn't allowed to participate, I sure wish I'd have said it sooner! When you are all out of options and completely exhausted, send your kid, it'll be OK. We had 10 years of therapists and I wish I could take Alex with us! Alex, you are the Best, you take no crap!❤️
