I had a wonderful experience considering the circumstances. The entire staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly but especially undertaking. I particularly thought very highly of Jennifer but the rest of the staff were exceptional also. The food was the best I've ever had. Hopefully I will never require this service ( God.willing) but if I did it would definitely be Summer House. I am forever grateful to the entire staff. They are doing God's work for sure. I would recommend Summer House to anyone who needs help.

Unfortunately, I have been to several detox places over the last 10 years. Without a doubt, Summer House is head and shoulders above the rest. Every single staff member from Mike, Burt, Jen, Ronnie, Gunnar and Tiffany, to the therapists, nurses and support staff, treat you like family and genuinely care and consistently go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. In addition, the food is incredible. If you go to any other detox, you're making a big mistake that could effect the trajectory of your life.

Truth be told, this is the very best services for detox and treatment that I've ever had the pleasure of getting myself together. The staff is wonderful, excellent! From the nurses to the tech's to the kitchen. Even very nice ladies come and clean the rooms. Shout out to Tony who is a straight shooter and will hold us accountable for the part we played in our addiction and our recovery. Mental health is also treated, they help dual diagnosis clients with mental health, addiction or both. The other shout outs go to Martha who was my counselor. She helped me so very much and she, like the rest truly care about helping you to be your best version of yourself. I learned a lot. And mS. Masha is also a straight shooter, I enjoyed her groups, Brad's group. Adam couldn't be more compassionate and understanding when I called sobbing and crying for help. They came right away and brought me to treatment. The nurse's there are 5 stars. The good and snacks vlare delicious and like a restaurant! There is movie night l, bingo, basketball, arts and crafts karaoke. We can wear our own clothes and are allowed mp3 players. The rooms are like hotels with your own t.v. I can't leave out the wonderful tech's, simply beautiful people work there. I've been twice and have been clean now since September 2026. Let me also mention and advise the IOP after detox. This is the next step, I've heard nothing but good things about it. I owe Evolutions my life, literally. Thank you Evolutions for all the very best help you provided me!!!!!!! It's a combination of all different departments of this program that were very helpful to me along the way into my new journey to a better way of life. At Clinical, Therapists put their heart into making sure to help you unlock what started it all, classes give you knowledge on your mental state, what brings you to your rock bottom or this sick cycle of addiction. Back at housing was surrounding yourself with the people who really want to get help and are not shy to sit down and share their stories with you and relate with you on different levels. Techs are down to earth so it makes it easier for you to vent what's going on with you at the moment but blunt /real enough to help you decompress and snap out of whatever you're going through at that moment. All staff genuinely want you to grow and live life on life terms and become who you were suppose to be without the use of drugs. Heidi is the Bomb! I love her to death, to see her be there for everyone. The heart she has for helping people in this fellowship and newcomers at Comfort is one of a kind! I'm grateful to have her in my life, someone you could look up to, no matter what!

This place is very professional and confidential. I took my teenager daughter for addiction, depression and anxiety. Even though there is not magic solution and you have to work really hard at home, we improved a lot in communication and I learned a lot in the way. I am really grateful !!! and I recommended this place for teens, GOOD LUCK !!!

This is an amazing treatment center for treatment of mental health and/or substance abuse disorders. The staff is compassionate, hardworking, and extremely accommodating. Staff will go above and beyond for their “patients” that are treated like family and recovery is 100% possible if you do your part. I’d totally recommend this place for people who want to improve their lives, make better choices, or simply learn to connect with yourself again. There’s a holistic approach to treatment where you can attend yoga classes, tai-chi lessons, art therapy sessions, group/individual therapy, informative talks/discussions, and music therapy. Overall a great place that can definitely feel intimidating or controlling at first but it all makes sense once you understand that they are only trying to make you feel better.

The staff are amazing they truly care about the patient. The only downside is trying to contact them. The answering machine invites you to leave a message but NO ONE gets back. Their communication is very poor but this is down to management not the wonderful staff who go the extra mile to help you. Since day 1 this place has been the best for my son. The staff is very friendly and super nice 👌. They are definitely interested on his well being. Even when they used to have the small place on the first floor they were very clean and organized. I definitely recommend this place. My son had to change therapist because his first one had to leave this office but we were very pleased with her and we continue to be with his new therapist. I want to say thanks because you guys make the difference.

I'm not Ron Richards I'm Ron Polanski I was at banyan health systemfor 3 months in 2025 I basically just left there the only bad things that I saw was the doctor and the nurse family diagnose pretty much what you had and that's it at least they fire the one nurse when I was there due to not having enough money to pay a few people when I left I'm not going to talk about about this place they kept me there a month extra like I asked all the stuff was good to me they were concerned about things Andrea Zoe Oscar I'm sure my therapist isn't there anymore but I don't want to put his name out there each room had a bathroom everything was clean because we kept them clean they keep you up they keep you doing things 7:00 up until 8:00 at night all these people most of them lives on the streets they don't complain about that if you get what I'm saying anyway addicts want to complain about everything once they get clean do you and only you and stop complaining get out there live life on life's terms and you can make all your decisions and not worry about this that and the other thing do your life first before you put every thing down you are lucky to go to this program at banyan on 59th Street Northwest 1st avenue don't forget that Ronald Polanski checking out have a good day 🙏🙏👍

Dr. Ricart is the best doc ever - I have been seeing him for over 5 years and being under his care is has had a huge impact on the quality of my life. If you are struggling with anxiety or stressful life events, or bad days have become bad weeks or months, I highly recommend Dr. Ricart. He is compassionate and his office is 100% on point. I started here bc the self pay rates were reasonable when I didn't have insurance and continued even after I got commercial insurance bc there really isn't a better doctor in this field in Miami. To address some of the issues mentioned in the other reviews: make your next appointment before you leave and go to there 5040 location if you can. I have had no problem at that locations however the one in Midtown is hard to communicate with.
